Description
マトリックス−フィラメント繊維とも呼ばれる海島型繊維には、均質な複合繊維が含まれる。海島型繊維を生成するための方法は、米国特許第4,445,833号に記載されている。こうした方法の1つは、第2成分ポリマーまたは芯の流れそれぞれについて1つの管を有する小さい管を介して第2成分ポリマーの流れを外側成分ポリマーの流れに注入する工程を含む。組み合わされた流れは紡糸口金穴内で合流し、1つの海島型複合流を形成する。
界面せん断応力(MPa)=最大荷重(N)/接触面積(mm2)、および
接触面積=繊維断面の周長×埋め込み長(コンクリート中の繊維)。
Claims (8)
- 5モル%から82.5モル%のエチレンを有するエチレン−ビニルアルコール(EVOH)ポリマーを第1成分としてかつ外側成分として含み、ならびに一方は無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリプロピレンおよびもう一方はポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンのポリマーブレンドを第2成分として含むコンクリート補強のための複合高分子マクロ繊維組成物であって、前記複合高分子マクロ繊維の前記第2成分中の前記無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリプロピレンは、前記第2成分のポリマーブレンド固体の総重量に基づいて無水マレイン酸割合が0.06から0.25wt%である、複合高分子マクロ繊維組成物。
- 前記EVOHポリマーは60モル%から82.5モル%のエチレンを有する、請求項1に記載の複合高分子マクロ繊維組成物。
- 前記複合高分子マクロ繊維の前記第2成分中の前記無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されたポリプロピレンは、前記第2成分のポリマーブレンド固体の総重量に基づいて無水マレイン酸割合が0.06から0.08wt%である、請求項1又は2に記載の複合高分子マクロ繊維組成物。
- 前記複合高分子マクロ繊維の前記第2成分および前記第1かつ外側成分は、第1かつ外側成分の海における第2成分の島、第2成分の芯−第1かつ外側成分の鞘、第2成分および第1かつ外側成分の分割パイ、並列した第2成分および第1かつ外側成分、ならびに第2成分および第1かつ外側成分のそれぞれの融合したマイクロフィラメント繊維から選択される配置内に位置する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複合高分子マクロ繊維組成物。
- 湿性コンクリート混合物及び、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合高分子マクロ繊維組成物を含む湿性組成物。
- 湿性組成物の総重量に基づいて0.002wt%から0.4wt%の前記複合高分子マクロ繊維を含む、請求項5に記載の湿性組成物。
- 湿性組成物の総重量に基づいて0.006から0.25wt%の前記複合高分子マクロ繊維を含む、請求項5に記載の湿性組成物。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合高分子マクロ繊維を含む不織布。
