Claims (5)
- 一方向に配列された複数の感圧素子により構成される感圧素子列と、前記感圧素子列が形成される感圧面の前記一方向における端部に配置され、前記感圧素子列と電気的に接続されたチップ側端子部と、を有する半導体基板を備え、前記半導体基板は、前記感圧面に垂直な方向における厚みが他の部分よりも薄い薄肉部を有し、前記一方向が生体の動脈の走行方向に交差する状態で、前記感圧面が前記生体の体表面に押圧されて使用されるセンサチップと、
凹部を有し、前記凹部の底面に、前記センサチップの前記半導体基板が固定される基板と、を備え、
前記基板の前記凹部の側壁の、前記凹部の底面を基準として所定高さにある面には、前記チップ側端子部と電気的に接続するための基板側端子部が設けられ、
前記チップ側端子部と前記基板側端子部とを接続する導電部材と、
前記導電部材を覆う保護部材と、を更に備える圧脈波センサ。 - 請求項1記載の圧脈波センサであって、
前記チップ側端子部は、前記感圧面の前記一方向における両端部にそれぞれ配置された第一の端子部と第二の端子部により構成され、
前記基板側端子部は、前記第一の端子部と電気的に接続するための第三の端子部と、前記第二の端子部と電気的に接続するための第四の端子部とにより構成され、
前記感圧面に垂直な方向からみた平面視において、前記第三の端子部、前記第一の端子部、前記第二の端子部、及び前記第四の端子部はこの順で前記一方向に並んでおり、
前記導電部材は、前記第一の端子部と前記第三の端子部とを接続する第一の導電部材と、前記第二の端子部と前記第四の端子部とを接続する第二の導電部材とにより構成され、
前記保護部材は、前記第一の導電部材と前記第二の導電部材をそれぞれ個別に覆うものである圧脈波センサ。 - 請求項1又は2記載の圧脈波センサであって、
前記凹部の底面を基準としたときの、前記チップ側端子部が形成される前記感圧面の高さと、前記基板側端子部が設けられる前記基板の面の高さが同じになっている圧脈波センサ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の圧脈波センサであって、
前記一方向における前記センサチップの端面と前記基板との間に、温度及び湿度による体積変化が前記保護部材よりも少ない材料が埋められている圧脈波センサ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の圧脈波センサと、
前記圧脈波センサによって検出される圧脈波に基づいて生体情報を算出する生体情報算出部と、を備える生体情報測定装置。
