Description
本出願は、2015年8月28日付けで韓国特許出願第10−2015−0121688号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
前記反応器10は、流入口11を有するハウジング12と、ハウジング12内に配置される分散トレー20と、前記分散トレー20に設けられる複数個の分配器30とを含む。
Claims (14)
- 第1流動空間を有する内側下降管と、
内側下降管の少なくとも一部の領域を取り囲むように配置され、内側下降管の第1流動空間と仕切られた第2流動空間を有する外側下降管と、
複数個のスロットを有し、スロットを通過した流体が第1流動空間及び第2流動空間のうち少なくとも一つの流動空間に流動できるように、前記内側下降管又は外側下降管に装着されるキャップと、を含み、
内側下降管は、第1直径及び第1高さを有し、
外側下降管は、第1直径より大きい第2直径及び第1高さより小さい第2高さを有するように設けられ、
スロットは、キャップの高さ方向に沿って形成され、キャップの下端部から、内側下降管と外側下降管との間の高さまで開放されるように設けられる、分配器。 - キャップと内側下降管を固定させるための第1固定要素を含み、
第1固定要素は、キャップと内側下降管を離隔された状態で固定させるように設けられる請求項1に記載の分配器。 - 内側下降管と外側下降管を固定させるための第2固定要素を含み、
第2固定要素は、内側下降管と外側下降管を離隔された状態で固定させるように設けられる請求項1又は2に記載の分配器。 - 内側下降管及び外側下降管は、それぞれ中空のシリンダー形状を有し、
それぞれの中心軸が同一軸上に位置するように配置される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の分配器。 - キャップは、外側下降管及び内側下降管の少なくとも一部の領域をそれぞれ取り囲むように配置される請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の分配器。
- 流入口を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置され、複数個の流動ホールを有する分散トレーと、
前記分散トレーに装着される複数個の分配器と、を含み、
それぞれの分配器は、第1流動空間を有する内側下降管と、
内側下降管の少なくとも一部の領域を取り囲むように配置され、内側下降管の第1流動空間と仕切られた第2流動空間を有する外側下降管と、
複数個のスロットを有し、スロットを通過した流体が第1流動空間及び第2流動空間のうち少なくとも一つの流動空間に流動できるように、前記内側下降管又は外側下降管に装着されるキャップと、を含み、
内側下降管は、第1直径及び第1高さを有し、
外側下降管は、第1直径より大きい第2直径及び第1高さより小さい第2高さを有するように設けられ、
内側下降管は、分散トレー上に位置する内側下降管の高さが外側下降管の高さより大きいように配置され、
スロットは、キャップの高さ方向に沿って形成され、キャップの下端部から、内側下降管と外側下降管との間の高さまで開放されるように設けられる、下降流触媒反応器。 - 内側下降管は、分散トレーを貫通するように配置され、
外側下降管は、分散トレーに装着される請求項6に記載の下降流触媒反応器。 - 前記分配器は、スロットと第1流動空間を連結する第1流路と、スロットと第2流動空間を連結する第2流路と、を有する請求項6又は7に記載の下降流触媒反応器。
- スロットの特定の位置を基準に、第1流路は、第2流路の長さより長く形成される請求項8に記載の下降流触媒反応器。
- ハウジング内に液体−気体混合物が供給され、分散トレー上の液体の水位が外側下降管の高さより低いと、気体は、第1流路及び第2流路のうち少なくとも一つを介して分散トレーの下方に流動する請求項8又は9に記載の下降流触媒反応器。
- ハウジング内に液体−気体混合物が供給され、分散トレー上の液体の水位が外側下降管の高さより高いと、気体は、第1流路を介して分散トレーの下方に流動し、液体は、第2流路を介して分散トレーの下方に流動する請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の下降流触媒反応器。
- キャップと内側下降管を固定させるための複数個の第1固定要素を含み、
第1固定要素は、キャップと内側下降管を離隔された状態で固定させるように設けられる請求項6〜11のいずれかに記載の下降流触媒反応器。 - 内側下降管と外側下降管を固定させるための複数個の第2固定要素を含み、
第2固定要素は、内側下降管と外側下降管を離隔された状態で固定させるように設けられる請求項6〜12のいずれかに記載の下降流触媒反応器。 - 内側下降管及び外側下降管は、それぞれ中空のシリンダー形状を有し、
それぞれの中心軸が同一軸上に位置するように配置される請求項6〜13のいずれかに記載の下降流触媒反応器。
