Abstract
【課題】チムニーの内部で気相反応物と液相反応物とをよく混合させて固定層反応器の触媒層上における液相反応物の分散性能を向上させることにより、液相反応物の流れ均一度による触媒との接触効率およびこれによる反応効率を向上させることができるようにした、反応器のチムニートレイを提供する。
【解決手段】本発明のチムニートレイは、複数の貫通孔を有するトレイ、および前記貫通孔に垂直に嵌合され、少なくとも一つの排出口が対向して貫設されたチムニーを備えるチムニートレイにおいて、前記チムニーは、前記トレイの下側から延長され、前記トレイの法線方向に対して10〜40°の角度を有する円錐形の下端部を備えることを特徴とする。これにより、優れた分散性能による反応効率の向上を達成することができる。

Description
図5に示すように、前記排出口は、チムニーの横断面の接線方向に対して傾くように対向して貫設される。これは流入する液相反応物が回転力を受けることができるように排出口に一定の角度を持たせるためである。一側の第1排出口に対向して設けられた他側の第1排出口は、互いに同一の角度で傾いて設けられ、液相反応物が回転力を受ける方向が同一となるようにする。前記第1排出口を介してチムニー内に流入して流下する液相反応物は第1排出口によって回転力を受けて縦芯部の液相反応物の流量が減少する。よって、これを補充するために、第1排出口の上側に、縦芯部へ液相反応物が流入するように対向して貫設される複数の第2排出口を有する。前記第2排出口は、縦芯部へ液相反応物が流入するようにしなければならないので、図4に示すように、チムニー外部の横断面の接線方向に対して垂直な形で貫設される。
気相および液相反応物の流量を前記実施例と同様に適用し、但し、従来のチムニートレイを用いて分散性能をテストした。
比較例2
既存の前記特許文献1のチムニートレイを用いて同一の気相および液相反応物の流量で分散性能をテストした。

Claims (6)
- 複数の貫通孔を有するトレイ、および前記貫通孔に垂直に嵌合され、少なくとも一つの排出口が設けられた多数のチムニーを備えるチムニートレイにおいて、前記チムニーは、前記トレイの下側から前記トレイの法線方向に対して10〜40°の角度を成すように一体に設けられて延長される円錐形の下端部を備えることを特徴とする、チムニートレイ。
- 前記チムニーは上部カバーをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチムニートレイ。
- 前記チムニーの下端部は触媒層から180〜220mm離隔していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチムニートレイ。
- 前記下端部はトレイの法線方向に対して25〜35°の角度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチムニートレイ。
- 前記排出口はチムニーの横断面の接線方向に対して傾くように対向して貫設されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチムニートレイ。
- 前記多数のチムニーは、格子状に配列され、個別チムニーに対向して設けられた排出口の貫通部を互いに連結した仮想の線が、隣接した他のチムニー上に設けられた排出口の貫通部を互いに連結した仮想の線と直交の関係にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のチムニートレイ。
