Description
The present invention relates to exhaust unit for clean rooms.
In a clean room in a regenerative medicine facility or an experimental animal breeding facility, a plurality of rooms with different cleanliness classes are often arranged. Among these clean rooms, those installed in regenerative medicine facilities are sometimes referred to as cell preparation rooms and the like. In these clean rooms, in order to suppress the leakage of air from a less clean room to a higher room, a difference in room pressure between adjacent rooms is provided.
As a technology relating to air conditioning in a clean room, for example, the technologies described in
In the prior art described later with reference to FIG. 8 and the technique described in
Moreover, although the exhaust duct may be provided with a motor damper for room pressure control, room pressure control with opening adjustment by the motor damper makes it difficult to perform high-precision room pressure control. Furthermore, the pressure loss is large due to the long path exhaust duct. In addition, in pressure control by the motor damper, if the amount of passing air is small, the fluctuation of the chamber pressure becomes large, and therefore, the amount of air can not be set low from the viewpoint of stabilizing the chamber pressure. Therefore, since the air is ventilated in the exhaust duct provided with the motor damper with a large air volume, a great deal of energy is required for the air conditioning processing and air blowing of the introduced outside air. In addition, the installation cost of exhaust ducts for long and complicated paths and the cost of the motor damper with the room pressure control function are required, and the installation work also takes time.
Therefore, as in the technique described in
The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is that the room pressure in the clean room can be controlled with a simple configuration and with high accuracy, and energy saving and equipment cost are also achieved. cheaper installation work also to provide a exhaust unit for easy clean room.
The present inventors diligently studied to solve the above problems. As a result, the following findings were found, and the present invention was completed. That is, the gist of the present invention is to supply air to the plurality of clean rooms through the air supply duct for guiding the outside air of the outside of the building to the plurality of clean rooms disposed in the building and the air supply duct. An air conditioning system for a clean room, comprising: an air supply device; and a second exhaust device for discharging the exhaust from the plurality of clean rooms to the outside of the plurality of clean rooms and to the inside of the building to the outside of the building. And an exhaust unit for a clean room as an exhaust device for exhausting exhaust air from the plurality of clean rooms to the inside of the building, the dust removal system removing dust in the air A filter, a blower fan for blowing air after dust has been removed by the dust removal filter, and a flow of air by the blower fan A differential pressure measuring device that measures a differential pressure between the pressure on the upstream side and the pressure on the downstream side, and the blower fan so that the differential pressure measured by the differential pressure measuring device falls within a predetermined setting range And an exhaust unit for a clean room, comprising: a blower fan control device to be controlled.
According to the present invention, can control the chamber pressure in the clean room in a simple configuration and with high precision, energy saving and the equipment cost is cheaper installation work can also provide exhaust unit for easy clean room.
In order to make it easy to understand the configuration of the clean room air conditioning system of the present embodiment, first, the configuration of the clean room air conditioning system that has been conventionally used will be described.
FIG. 8 is a block diagram of a conventional clean room
The
Further, the
演算制御装置は、図示しないが、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、I/F(インターフェイス)、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)、センサ回路、制御回路等を備え、ROMに格納されている所定の制御プログラムがCPUによって実行されることにより具現化される。 Constant air flow control and room pressure control are performed by an arithmetic and control unit (not shown) incorporated in each device. The arithmetic and control unit (not shown) is a central processing unit (CPU), a random access memory (RAM), a read only memory (ROM), an interface (I / F), a hard disk drive (HDD), a sensor circuit, a control circuit, etc. And is embodied by execution of a predetermined control program stored in the ROM by the CPU.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The configurations shown in the drawings are schematic, and the present invention is not limited to the illustrated configurations. Moreover, in the following FIGS. 1-7, the code | symbol same about the same thing as the member shown in said FIG. 8 shall be attached | subjected, and the detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.
[1. First embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a clean room
FIG. 2 is a block diagram of a
The ceiling exhaust unit 40 (exhaust device) shown in FIG. 2 has a tubular shape, and the
In the
As described above, the differential pressure between the pressure in the
In the
As the
Returning to FIG. 1, the description of the entire
Furthermore, since there is no exhaust duct, adjustment at the time of trial operation before the normal operation of the
However, in the present invention using the
Further, in the
[2. Second embodiment]
FIG. 3 is a block diagram of the
[3. Third embodiment]
FIG. 4 is a block diagram of the
The
[4. Fourth embodiment]
In the air conditioning system 100 (see FIG. 1), the air exhausted to the
FIG. 5 is a configuration diagram of a clean room
[5. Fifth embodiment]
FIG. 6 is a configuration diagram of a clean room
As shown in FIG. 6, in the
The room pressure of the
[6. Sixth embodiment]
In the
FIG. 7 is a block diagram of a clean room
The room pressure of the
[6. Modified example]
As mentioned above, although this embodiment was mentioned and described six specific embodiments, this embodiment is not restrict | limited at all to the said example, and can be implemented, adding a change suitably. Moreover, each embodiment can also be implemented combining suitably. For example, the ceiling exhaust unit provided in the
Further, for example, predetermined values such as the air supply volume to each clean room and the differential pressure of each clean room may be determined appropriately.
Furthermore, although two and three clean rooms are provided as the plurality of clean rooms in the illustrated example, four or more clean rooms may be provided. Further, although not shown in the drawings, each clean room may be provided with an airtight door capable of maintaining airtightness at the time of closing.
Further, as described above, in each of the
Furthermore, although the
