Description

The present invention relates to a washing machine.

Conventionally, in a fully automatic washing machine, a lint collecting structure shown in FIG. 10 is adopted as one of the structures for collecting lint and dust coming out of the laundry during washing. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a washing machine in which such a filter collecting structure is adopted.

FIG. 10 (a) is a cross-sectional view of an essential part of the washing and dewatering tank 500 showing a lint filter collecting structure. A recirculating water passage 520 is formed by the water passage forming member 510 on the side surface portion of the washing and dewatering tank 500. The water channel forming member 510 is provided with a filter mounting portion 511 which is recessed rearward, and the filter unit 530 is detachably provided to the filter mounting portion 511. In the filter mounting portion 511, a first support shaft 512 projecting upward is formed on the lower surface 511a, a first axial hole 513 is formed on the upper surface 511b, and an outlet 514 is formed on the rear surface 511c. The second shaft hole 531 provided in the lower part of the filter unit 530 is fitted into the first support shaft 512, and the second support shaft 532 provided in the upper part of the filter unit 530 is fitted into the first shaft hole 513. Thus, the filter unit 530 can be rotated by a predetermined angle in the left-right direction with the first support shaft 512 and the second support shaft 532 as rotation axes. The reflux channel 520 is connected to the side of the pulsator 540.

When the pulsator 540 rotates, the water pushed outward by the pumping vanes 541 of the pulsator 540 is guided into the circulating water channel 520, flows out from the outlet 514, and is washed out through the filter unit 530, as shown by arrow F1. It is returned into the water tank 500. At this time, lint and the like contained in water are collected by the filter unit 530.

Further, the filter unit 530 is rotated by the water flow generated by the rotation of the pulsator 540, and the water flowing along the inner peripheral wall of the washing and dewatering tank 500 is filtered from the intake port 533 on the rear surface as shown by arrow F2. It flows into the unit 530 and passes through the filter unit 530. At this time, lint and the like that flowed in with the water are collected by the lint filter unit 530.

Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2000-334198

The water channel formation member 510 may be formed of a resin material. In this case, the water channel forming member 510 is manufactured by molding using a mold.

FIG. 10 (b) is a view showing the main part of a mold M for forming the water channel component 510. For example, for molding the water channel forming member 510, a metal mold M configured by the first mold M1 on the front side and the second metal mold M2 on the back side and divided in the front-rear direction of the water channel forming member 510 may be used. In this case, since one side of the first support shaft 512 is formed by the second mold M2, the second mold M2 passes through the rear surface 511c of the filter mounting portion 511 at a position behind the first support shaft 512. The opening 515 is to be formed. In addition, it is also possible to add the 3rd metal mold | die which slides to the protrusion direction of the 1st spindle 512 to the metal mold | die M, and to form the 1st spindle 512 by this 3rd metal mold | die. However, in this case, although the opening 515 is not formed, a slide mark is formed on the rear surface 511c, which may deteriorate the appearance quality or cause hooking of thread waste or the like.

An opening 515 formed in the water channel forming member 510 communicates with the circulating water channel 520. For this reason, as shown by arrow F 3 in FIG. 10A, a part of the water flowing toward the outflow port 514 flows out of the opening 515. The drained water returns to the washing and dewatering tank 500 without passing through the filter unit 530. If this happens, the collection efficiency of the lint etc. by the filter unit 530 may be reduced.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the washing machine which can improve the collection efficiency of lint etc.

A washing machine according to a main aspect of the present invention comprises a washing and dewatering tank for containing laundry, a pulsator rotatably disposed at the bottom of the washing and dewatering tank, and a pulsator provided on a side surface of the washing and dewatering tank And a water passage forming member made of resin forming the circulation water passage between the circulation water passage through which the water sent by the rotation of the water flows and the inner peripheral wall of the washing and dewatering tank, and a filter mounting portion formed on the water passage forming member And water rotatably returned from the reflux water channel to the inside of the washing and dewatering tank and water flowing along the inner circumferential wall by the water flow generated by the rotation of the pulsator. And d) a filter unit for collecting thread waste and the like contained in the water passed through. Here, the filter mounting portion includes a support shaft serving as a rotation shaft of the filter unit, and an opening formed behind the support shaft and in communication with the circulating water channel. Furthermore, on the surface of the water channel formation member facing the reflux water channel, a wall is formed toward the inner peripheral wall side to suppress the flow of water from the opening.

According to the above configuration, since the water flowing in the circulating water channel can be well led to the inside of the filter unit, it is expected that the collection efficiency of the lint etc. by the filter unit can be improved.

In the washing machine according to this aspect, the wall may be configured to surround at least three sides below and at the right and left of the opening.

According to said structure, it can suppress that the water which divided once hitting the lower wall of a wall part flows in into an opening from a side, and can control outflow of water from an opening still more.

When it is set as said structure, a clearance gap may be further formed between the said wall part and the said inner peripheral wall.

With such a configuration, even if water discharged from the laundry intrudes into the inside of the wall portion surrounding at least three sides of the opening during the dewatering process, the intruded water can be introduced into the circulating water channel from the gap. You can pour it out. Therefore, it can prevent that water remains in the inside of a wall part.

In the washing machine according to this aspect, the wall portion may be configured to include an overhang portion having a shape in which a central portion protrudes to the upstream side of the reflux water channel from both end portions in the left-right direction of the opening.

According to the above configuration, the water flowing in the circulating water channel is smoothly divided into right and left by hitting the overhang. Since the fall of the flow velocity of the water in a reflux channel can be suppressed by this, thread waste etc. can be put on the flow of water, and can be carried well to a filter unit.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the washing machine which can improve the collection efficiency of thread waste etc. can be provided.

A drainage port 20 a is formed at the outer bottom of the outer tank 20. A drainage valve 40 is provided at the drainage port 20a. The drain valve 40 is connected to the drain hose 41. When the drain valve 40 is opened, the water stored in the washing and dewatering tank 21 and the outer tank 20 is drained to the outside of the machine through the drain hose 41.

At the rear of the top plate 12, a water supply unit 50 for supplying tap water into the washing and dewatering tank 21 is disposed. A water supply valve 51 is connected to the water supply unit 50, and the water supply valve 51 is connected to a water tap. The detergent is introduced to the water supply unit 50 when the washing operation is performed. When the water supply valve 51 is opened, tap water is introduced into the water supply unit 50. The introduced tap water flows out of the water supply unit 50 after being mixed with the detergent in the water supply unit 50, and is supplied into the washing and dewatering tank 21.

The fully automatic washing machine 1 performs the washing operation of various operation courses. The washing operation comprises a washing step, an intermediate dewatering step, a rinsing step and a final dewatering step.

In the washing step and the rinsing step, the pulsator 23 rotates rightward and leftward in a state where water is stored in the washing and dewatering tank 21. The rotation of the pulsator 23 generates a water flow in the washing and dewatering tank 21. In the washing step, the laundry is washed with the generated water stream and the detergent contained in the water. In the rinsing step, the generated water stream rinses the laundry.

In the intermediate dewatering process and the final dewatering process, the washing and dewatering tank 21 and the pulsator 23 rotate together at high speed. The laundry is dewatered by the action of the centrifugal force generated in the washing and dewatering tank 21.

The fully automatic washing machine 1 of the present embodiment is characterized by a lint collecting structure configured of a reflux water channel 25 and a filter unit 27. The lint collecting structure will be described in detail below.

FIG. 2 is a main part longitudinal cross-sectional view of the washing and dewatering tank 21 in which the peripheral portion of the reflux water channel 25 is shown. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part of the washing and dewatering tank 21 in which the peripheral part of the reflux water channel 25 is shown, and FIG. 3 (a) shows a state when clockwise water flow is generated. ) Shows the condition when a counterclockwise water flow is generated. FIG. 4 is a view showing the configuration of the filter unit 27, FIG. 4 (a) is a perspective view of the filter unit 27, and FIG. 4 (b) is a side longitudinal sectional view of the filter unit 27. As shown in FIG. 5 and 6 are a front view and a rear perspective view showing the configuration of the water channel forming member 26, respectively.

The filter unit 27 includes a lint filter 110 and a filter case 120. The lint filter 110 is formed of a mesh bag body. The filter case 120 is formed in a hollow longitudinally long rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the rear surface is opened as the intake port 121. An attachment opening 122 is formed on the front surface of the filter case 120, and the lint filter 110 is attached to the attachment opening 122.

An elastic piece 123 which can be bent downward is formed at the upper end portion of the filter case 120, and an upper support shaft 124 which protrudes upward is formed on the upper surface of the elastic piece 123. In addition, the operation piece 125 is formed at the front end of the elastic piece 123. The user can bend the elastic piece 123 downward by depressing the operation piece 125 with a finger. Furthermore, a lower shaft hole 126 is formed at the lower end portion of the filter case 120.

The water channel forming member 26 is formed of a resin material, extends in the vertical direction, and slightly bulges forward. The surface of the water channel forming member 26 faces the inside of the washing and dewatering tank 21, and the back surface thereof faces the inside of the circulating water channel 25. A filter mounting portion 201 is formed on the surface of the water channel forming member 26 in a shape corresponding to the filter case 120 of the filter unit 27.

In the filter mounting portion 201, a lower support shaft 202 projecting upward is formed at a bottom portion 201a thereof, and an upper shaft hole 203 is formed at an upper portion 201b thereof. The lower spindle 202 corresponds to the spindle of the present invention.

A plurality of outlets 204 are formed in the central portion and slightly below the rear surface 201 c of the filter mounting portion 201. In addition, a recess 205 is formed on the upper surface of the rear surface 201 c of the filter mounting portion 201. When the filter unit 27 is attached to the filter attachment portion 201, the recess 205 accommodates the rear portion of the elastic piece 123 of the filter unit 27.

Furthermore, in the rear surface 201 c of the filter mounting portion 201, a rectangular opening 206 slightly larger than the lower support shaft 202 is formed at a position behind the lower support shaft 202. The water channel forming member 26 is manufactured by molding using a mold. The opening 206 is formed to pass through a mold forming the lower spindle 202 during molding and manufacturing, as described in FIG. 10 (b). The opening 206 communicates with the circulating water channel 25.

On the surface of the water channel forming member 26, a plurality of right channels 207 and left channels 208 which are depressed in the same manner as the filter mounting portion 201 and extend in the left-right direction are formed respectively on the left and right sides of the filter mounting portion 201.

On the back surface of the water channel formation member 26, a water channel partition rib 209 having a double structure is formed toward the rear. The inner region of the water channel partition rib 209 is the circulating water channel 25. Furthermore, on the back surface of the water channel formation member 26, a water blocking wall portion 210 is formed around the opening 206 toward the rear, that is, toward the inner peripheral wall 21 a side of the washing and dewatering tank 21. The water blocking wall portion 210 corresponds to the wall portion of the present invention. The water blocking wall portion 210 is formed in a rectangular tubular shape so that the four sides of the opening portion 206 are surrounded, and has a lower wall 211, an upper wall 212, a left wall 213, and a right wall 214. As shown in FIG. 2, when the water channel forming member 26 is attached to the inner circumferential wall 21 a of the washing and dewatering tank 21, a predetermined gap S is formed between the water blocking wall portion 210 and the inner circumferential wall 21 a.

The filter unit 27 is mounted on the filter mounting portion 201 of the water channel forming member 26. When mounting the water channel forming member 26, the user first fits the lower shaft hole 126 of the filter unit 27 into the lower spindle 202 of the filter mounting portion 201. Next, the user pushes down the operation piece 125 of the filter unit 27 and bends the elastic piece 123 downward so that the upper support shaft 124 is lower than the upper shaft hole 203 of the filter mounting portion 201. Move backwards. Then, when the upper support shaft 124 reaches the position of the upper shaft hole 203, the user releases the bending of the elastic piece 123 and inserts the upper support shaft 124 into the upper shaft hole 203. The filter unit 27 is fixed to the water channel forming member 26 in a state where it can be rotated by a predetermined angle rightward or leftward when viewed from the front of the water channel forming member 26 with the upper spindle 124 and the lower spindle 202 as rotation axes. Be done.

Next, with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the collection operation of the lint etc. by the filter unit 27 will be described.

In the washing step or the rinsing step, when the pulsator 23 is rotated, the water between the washing and dewatering tank 21 and the outer tank 20 is sucked into the pump chamber 24 through the water flow hole 21c by the pump action of the pumping vanes 23b. Pushed out. As shown by the arrow F 1, the extruded water ascends in the reflux water channel 25, flows out from the outlet 204, and is returned into the washing and dewatering tank 21 through the lint filter 110 of the filter unit 27. At this time, lint and the like contained in water are collected by the lint filter 110.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, when the clockwise or counterclockwise water flow is generated by the rotation of the pulsator 23, the filter unit 27 is inclined to the right or left. As a result, as shown by arrow F 2, the water flowing along the inner circumferential wall 21 a of the washing and dewatering tank 21 flows into the filter unit 27 from the inlet 121 of the rear surface and passes through the lint filter 110. At this time, lint and the like contained in water are collected by the lint filter 110.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the flow of water heading in the reflux water channel 25 to the outlet 204. The opening 206 located upstream of the outlet 204 is surrounded by the water blocking wall 210, and the water rising in the circulating water channel 25 strikes the lower wall 211 of the water blocking wall 210 and is divided into left and right It flows on the left and right sides of the part 210 and reaches the outlet 204. As a result, it is possible to suppress that part of the water flowing in the circulating water channel 25 flows out of the opening 206.

In addition, the case where the water discharged | emitted from the laundry intrudes into the inside of the impermeable wall part 210 through the opening part 206 may arise at the time of a spin-drying | dehydration process. In this case, the entering water flows into the circulating water channel 25 from the gap S between the water blocking wall portion 210 and the inner circumferential wall 21a. Therefore, it is hard for water to remain in the inside of the water blocking wall portion 210.

<Effect of this embodiment>
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the impermeable wall portion 210 provided on the back surface of the water channel formation member 26 can suppress part of the water flowing in the circulating water channel 25 from flowing out from the opening 206. Therefore, the water flowing in the circulating water channel 25 can be well led to the inside of the filter unit 27, so that it is expected that the collection efficiency of the lint etc. by the filter unit 27 can be improved.

Further, according to the present embodiment, since the water blocking wall portion 210 is configured to surround the four sides of the opening portion 206, water once divided by the lower wall 211 flows into the opening portion 206 from the side. Therefore, the outflow of water from the opening 206 can be further suppressed.

Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, since the gap S is formed between the water blocking wall portion 210 and the inner circumferential wall 21 a of the washing and dewatering tank 21, the water penetrates into the water blocking wall portion 210 during the dewatering process. It is possible to flush out the drained water from the gap S into the reflux water channel 25 and prevent the water from remaining in the water blocking wall portion 210.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not restrict | limited at all by the said embodiment, Moreover, the embodiment of this invention can also be variously modified in addition to the above. .

<変更例1>
<Modification 1>
Fig.8 (a) is a back perspective view of the principal part of the water channel formation member 26 which shows the structure of water blocking wall part 210A based on the example 1 of a change.

The water blocking wall portion 210 </ b> A in the present modified example is configured of only the lower wall 211 extending in the left and right direction at the lower edge of the opening 206. The width of the water blocking wall portion 210A is larger than the width of the opening 206. Water rising in the circulating water channel 25 strikes the water blocking wall portion 210A and is divided into right and left, and flows on both left and right outer sides of the opening 206 to reach the outlet 204.

Therefore, according to this modification as well, it is possible to suppress that part of the water flowing in the circulating water channel 25 flows out from the opening 206, and it can be expected to improve the collection efficiency of the lint etc. by the filter unit 27. .

<変更例2>
<Modification 2>
FIG. 8B is a rear perspective view of the main part of the water channel formation member 26 showing the configuration of the water blocking wall portion 210B according to the first modification.

The water blocking wall portion 210B in the present modified example includes, under the lower wall 211, an overhanging portion 215 having a substantially V shape in which a central portion projects to the upstream side of the circulating water channel 25 than both left and right ends.
Water rising in the circulating water channel 25 strikes the overhang portion 215 and is divided into right and left, and flows on both left and right sides of the water blocking wall portion 210B to reach the outlet 204.

Therefore, according to this modification as well, it is possible to suppress that part of the water flowing in the circulating water channel 25 flows out from the opening 206, and it can be expected to improve the collection efficiency of the lint etc. by the filter unit 27. .

Furthermore, according to this modification, the water flowing in the circulating water channel 25 is smoothly divided into right and left by hitting the overhanging portion 215. Since the fall of the flow velocity of the water in the reflux water channel 25 can be suppressed by this, thread waste etc. can be put on the flow of water, and can be carried to the filter unit 27 favorably.

Other Modifications
In addition to the water blocking wall portion 210 of the above embodiment, the water blocking wall portion 210A of the first modification, and the water blocking wall portion 210B of the second modification, as a wall portion that suppresses the flow of water from the opening 206 For example, as shown in FIG. 9, various impermeable wall portions 210C-210I may be provided in connection with the opening 206.

For example, as shown in FIG. 9A, a water blocking wall portion 210C may be provided without the upper wall 212 and surrounding the opening 206 with the lower wall 211, the left wall 213 and the right wall 214. Further, as shown in FIG. 9B, a water blocking wall portion 210D is provided which has a lower wall 211, a left wall 213 and a right wall 214, but the left and right walls 213, 214 do not extend to the upper end of the opening 206. May be As in the case of the water blocking wall portions 210C and 210D in FIGS. 9A and 9B, when at least the lower side and the three sides of the opening 206 are surrounded, the water once divided by the lower wall 211 opens from the side. Since it can suppress flowing in, the outflow of the water from the opening 206 can be further suppressed as compared with the water blocking wall portion 210A configured only by the lower wall 211 as in the first modification.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG.9 (c), there may not be the lower wall 211 and the impermeable wall part 210E in which the V-shaped overhang part 215 is formed from the right and left walls 213 and 214 may be provided. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 9D and 9E, water blocking wall portions 210F and 210G may be provided which have overhangs 216 that are not V-shaped but arc or U-shaped. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9F, a water blocking wall portion 210H may be provided which is configured only by the V-shaped overhanging portion 215. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9 (g), a water blocking wall portion 210I configured only by the arc or U-shaped overhang portion 216 may be provided.

Further, in the above embodiment, the water channel forming member 26 extends upward to the position of the balance ring 22, and the portion above the filter unit 27 functions as a baffle against which the laundry stirred by the water flow is rubbed. However, the upper part may be eliminated because it does not function as the reflux channel 25.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the outer tub 20 and the washing and dewatering tub 21 are inclined forward, but they may not be inclined.

Although the fully automatic washing machine 1 of the above embodiment does not have a drying function, the present invention can also be applied to a fully automatic washing machine provided with a drying function.

Besides the above, the embodiment of the present invention can be variously modified as appropriate within the scope of the technical idea shown in the claims.
