Claims (9)
- 複数のバスバーによる積層構造の積層バスバーユニットの製造方法であって、
夫々が2個所以上に電極端子部を有する複数の金属平板状のバスバーを準備する工程と、
前記複数のバスバーの夫々の全面に耐熱性及び絶縁性を有する電着塗料を用いた電着塗装によって塗装膜を析出させる工程と、
前記塗装膜が形成された前記複数のバスバーのうち所定のバスバーの塗装膜に加熱処理を施して完全硬化させる工程と、
前記塗装膜が形成された前記複数のバスバーのうち前記所定のバスバー以外のバスバーに加熱処理を施して半硬化させる工程と、
前記完全硬化の塗装膜を有するバスバーと前記半硬化の塗装膜を有するバスバーを交互に重ね合せて加圧加熱処理を施して前記半硬化の塗装膜を完全硬化させることにより、前記複数のバスバーを完全硬化した塗装膜で接着して積層構造とする工程と、
を有することを特徴とする積層バスバーユニットの製造方法。 - 前記電着塗料は、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、エポキシ及びポリアミドイミドのうちのいずれかからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層バスバーユニットの製造方法。
- 前記塗装膜を析出させる工程の前に、前記複数のバスバーの夫々の電極端子部にマスキングを施す工程と、
前記積層構造とする工程の後に、前記マスキングを除去して前記電極端子部を露出させる工程と、
を設けることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の積層バスバーユニットの製造方法。 - 前記積層構造とする工程の後に、前記電極端子部を被覆する完全硬化した塗装膜を除去して該電極端子部を露出させる工程を設けることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の積層バスバーユニットの製造方法。
- 複数のバスバーによる積層構造の積層バスバーユニットの製造方法であって、
夫々が2個所以上に電極端子部を有する複数の金属平板状のバスバーを準備する工程と、
前記複数のバスバーの夫々の全面に耐熱性及び絶縁性を有する電着塗料を用いた電着塗装によって塗装膜を析出させる工程と、
前記塗装膜が形成された前記複数のバスバーに加熱処理を施して半硬化させる工程と、
前記半硬化の塗装膜を有するバスバー間に空間保持部材を挟んで重ね合せて加圧加熱処理を施して前記半硬化の塗装膜を完全硬化させることにより、前記複数のバスバーを完全硬化した塗装膜で接着して積層構造とする工程と、
を有することを特徴とする積層バスバーユニットの製造方法。 - 前記電着塗料は、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、エポキシ及びポリアミドイミドのうちのいずれかからなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の積層バスバーユニットの製造方法。
- 前記空間保持部材は、ガラスビーズ又はシリカビーズ、あるいは前記電着塗料と同類のシート状部材のうちのいずれかからなることを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6のいずれかに記載の積層バスバーユニットの製造方法。
- 前記塗装膜を析出させる工程の前に、前記複数のバスバーの夫々の電極端子部にマスキングを施す工程と、
前記積層構造とする工程の後に、前記マスキングを除去して前記電極端子部を露出させる工程と、
を設けることを特徴とする請求項5〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の積層バスバーユニットの製造方法。 - 前記積層構造とする工程の後に、前記電極端子部を被覆する完全硬化した塗装膜を除去して該電極端子部を露出させる工程を設けることを特徴とする請求項5〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の積層バスバーユニットの製造方法。
