(a)静止(装着された)位置。
(b)初期貫通/回転の開始/湾曲端部5の伸展の開始の位置。
(c)継続する貫通/継続する回転の位置。
(d)中間まで貫通/中間まで回転(管室内において、静止位置からおおよそ90度のロッド回転)の位置。
(e)管室3内におけるロッド素子2の前方への貫通(軸方向の展開)及び回転の終了を示す、完全に展開された状態。ロッド素子2の湾曲端部5が、上の図に示されるような管内で相対的に平板化した形状とは対照的に、その自然な形状を達成したことも示す。
(1)捕捉されたターゲットと、経皮的な切り込みから出るための道中で通過しなければならない組織との間の摩擦を減じる。
(2)捕捉されたターゲットに対し、さらにいっそう積極的な湾曲端部のグリップ力を与える。
(3)経皮的な切り込み至る抜き取り径路上の健康な組織の汚染を防止する。
Claims (5)
- 組織を切断するための装置であって、
中央管、及び、
前記中央管の周りに配置された複数の管室を備え、
前記複数の管室はそれぞれ、それぞれの内部に配置されたロッド素子を含み、
前記ロッド素子のそれぞれは、シャープな前縁を含む、湾曲しかつ未結合の自由端部を有し、
前記湾曲しかつ未結合の自由端部は、前記管室の内表面に対して付勢されることにより第1の曲率半径を有し、
前記複数のロッド素子のそれぞれは、対応する前記管室からの展開のために構成され、
前記複数のロッド素子それぞれの前記湾曲しかつ未結合の自由端部は、対応する前記管室の外部に展開されたときに第2の曲率半径を有するように構成され、
前記第2の曲率半径は、前記第1の曲率半径より小さく、
前記複数のロッド素子は、展開された状態において、自身の軸を中心に回転し、その前記湾曲しかつ未結合の自由端部の前記シャープな前縁が所定の経路を描くことにより、前記組織を切断して取り除くように構成される
