Description
The present invention relates to an interior provided in a vehicle, and more particularly, to an interior for a vehicle such as a rear shelf capable of causing vibration to a vehicle body.
An automobile having a rear shelf at the rear of the passenger compartment is well known. Generally, the rear end portion of the rear shelf is arranged in a non-fixed state in a narrow portion between the rear glass and the rear panel (rear portion of the vehicle body). Therefore, for example, when vibration from a differential gear, woofer, or other speaker is transmitted to the rear shelf in addition to vibration during driving, the rear end of the vehicle collides with the rear door or the rear of the vehicle body, causing abnormal noise or colliding with each other. The part will be damaged. In order to prevent such abnormal noise and scratches, a vibration isolating member is provided at the rear end of the rear shelf. As a conventional anti-vibration member, for example, a foam anti-vibration member made of a foam rubber material called EPT SEALER (registered trademark of Nitto Denko Corporation) is used. This foam vibration isolator has a flat sheet shape. The foam vibration-proof member is cut out to an appropriate size, bent into a U shape, and attached to the rear end of the rear shelf so as to straddle from the front side to the back side.
In
The rear end of the rear shelf is close to the rear glass ceramic line. Therefore, if the accuracy of attaching the foam vibration-proof member is poor, the foam vibration-proof member can be seen from the outside of the vehicle and the appearance is impaired.
Further, since the anti-vibration rubber of
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to easily and accurately attach a vibration isolating member in a vehicle interior such as a rear shelf having the vibration isolating member.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention includes an interior body and an anti-vibration member that has elasticity and is provided at an end portion of the interior body.
(A) a base portion that follows the back surface of the interior body;
(B) A cross-section that is continuous with the base portion and orthogonal to the width direction along the end portion is U-shaped, and integrally includes a covering portion that covers the end portion, and an inner surface of the covering portion A recess having a depth smaller than half the thickness of the covering portion is formed to extend in the width direction.
According to this characteristic configuration, the U-shaped covering portion of the vibration-proof member is arranged so as to straddle from the back side to the front side across the end surface of the end portion of the interior body. Thereby, even if the interior of the vehicle vibrates, it is possible to prevent the generation of vibration noise and damage to the interior body and the vehicle components disposed in the vicinity thereof. When attaching the vibration isolating member to the interior body, the covering portion is applied to the end surface of the end portion of the interior body, or is hooked on a corner formed by the front side surface and the end surface of the interior body. Thus, the vibration isolator can be accurately positioned. Thereby, the vibration isolating member can be easily and accurately attached to the interior main body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the amount of covering of the front surface of the vibration isolating member from being varied, and to prevent the appearance from being damaged. Further, by providing the depression, the covering portion can be easily deformed according to the outer shape and thickness of the end portion of the interior body within a certain range. That is, the shape following property of the vibration isolating member with respect to the end shape of the interior body can be ensured. Therefore, the vibration isolator can be reliably installed at the end of the interior body. In addition, by limiting the depth of the recess, the U-shape of the covering portion can be reliably maintained, and the covering portion can be reliably prevented from coming off from the end portion of the interior body. In short, it is possible to achieve both shape followability of the vibration-proof member with respect to the interior body and stable mounting property to the interior body.
The depth of the recess is preferably about 1/2 to 1/4 of the thickness of the covering portion, and more preferably about 1/2 to 1/3.
It is preferable that the covering portion independently maintains a U-shaped cross-sectional shape. Here, “self-supporting” means that the anti-vibration member maintains a U-shaped cross-sectional shape without applying an external force to the anti-vibration member or generating almost no internal stress.
It is preferable that a protrusion piece projecting toward the vehicle body is integrally provided on the outer surface of the vibration isolation member.
By elastically applying the projecting piece to the vehicle body, it is possible to absorb the vibration of the interior of the vehicle, and to more reliably prevent the generation of abnormal noise.
Examples of the vehicle interior include a rear shelf. In this case, the interior body is a rear shelf body. It is preferable that the vibration isolating member is provided at a rear end portion of the rear shelf main body. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent abnormal noise from being generated from the rear end portion of the rear shelf, and damage to the rear end portion of the rear shelf or the rear door or the rear vehicle body in the vicinity thereof.
According to the present invention, the vibration isolation member can be easily and accurately attached to the interior body. Moreover, the vibration isolating member can be stably installed at the end of the interior main body while ensuring the shape following property of the vibration isolating member with respect to the end shape of the interior main body.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a rear portion of a
A rear shelf 3 (vehicle interior) is provided at the rear of the vehicle interior of the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, one or a plurality of
The
The main component of the
As shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B, each
As shown in FIG. 2A, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the covering
As shown in FIG. 2, the back
The end
The front
As shown in FIG. 1, the covering
In normal times (when the
A
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a projecting
In the rear shelf structure configured as described above, when the
In addition, by providing the
When vibration from a differential gear or a speaker such as a woofer is transmitted to the
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the following embodiments, the same reference numerals are given to the drawings for the same configurations as those already described, and the description thereof is omitted.
The number, width (dimension in the vehicle width direction), arrangement interval, and the like of the
In the mode shown in FIG. 4A, only one
In the mode shown in FIG. 4B, the width (dimension in the vehicle width direction) of each
As shown in FIG. 4A, when the width of the vibration isolator 30 (dimension in the vehicle width direction) is increased, the width of the projecting

FIG. 5B shows a stage in the middle of assembling the
When attaching the
