Description
The present invention relates to a steel bar material accumulating apparatus that accumulates a plurality of steel bar materials in order to ship a steel bar material such as a reinforced steel bar (deformed bar steel) or a round steel bar as a bundle.
Manufacture and shipment of steel bars such as steel bars (deformed bars) and round bars are performed as follows. A steel strip (billet) is hot-rolled to form a long material having a total length of about 80 to 120 m, and after cooling the long material, it is cut into predetermined lengths (for example, 8 m), Steel bars are used. And these bar steel materials are accumulated for every designated number, and this designated number of bar steel materials are bundled into one and shipped.
Patent Document 1 (see FIG. 2) discloses an apparatus for accumulating steel bars. This apparatus includes a conveyor device that conveys a bar steel material in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof, and a stacker that receives the bar steel material that is conveyed by the conveyor device and falls from the end of the conveyor.
The stacker described in
When the number of bar steel materials specified in the pocket is accumulated, the stacker descends and carries these bar steel materials to the next process (binding machine). In the binding machine, the work of binding these steel bars with a binding wire is performed, and the bundled steel bars are shipped.
As described above, the steel bars are collected and bundled for each designated number, but when they are stacked in the stacker, the steel bars fall freely into the pockets. ) Crossing with other steel bars may cause twill in the steel bars. In particular, when the pocket is deepened (increased), the falling distance of the steel bar increases, and the twill tends to occur in the bar steel to be accumulated.
If twill is generated in the accumulated steel bars, the steel bars are bound as they are, and the bound steel bars are shipped after being stored in a warehouse. In this way, the steel bars are bundled in a state where the twill is generated, and when other bundles are stacked or transported in the bundle, the steel bars are bent and the straight stretchability is poor. In this case, the commercial value is lowered.
In addition, at the shipping destination, the wire is unwound and the bar steel material is taken out from the bundle one by one. If the bar steel material has a twill, the bar steel material and the bar steel material are crossed. This makes it difficult to take out the other steel bars, which takes time and reduces work efficiency.
Therefore, the present invention has an object to provide a bar steel material accumulating device capable of suppressing the bar steel material from skewing and crossing with other bar steel materials when the bar steel materials are accumulated. To do.
The steel bar material accumulating device of the present invention is capable of transporting a predetermined number of steel bars along a linear transport path extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and a chain type conveyor device having a sprocket at the end, A slide device having a long arm member in the same direction in order to receive the bar steel material from the end, and to place the received bar steel material side by side in a direction parallel to the extended virtual line of the straight conveyance path; A stacker located below the arm member and capable of placing the steel bars in a direction parallel to the extended imaginary line; and a regulating member for transferring the steel bars from the arm members onto the stacker. ,
The arm member is at a height position at which the steel bar can be placed on the arm member while moving along the arc at the end of the conveyor device,
When the arm member receives the bar steel material from the end, the slide device moves the arm member in a forward direction parallel to the extended imaginary line, which is lower than the conveying speed of the bar steel material by the conveyor device. A drive unit that moves at a speed;
The restricting member moves the arm member on which a predetermined number of the steel bars are moved in the forward direction in order to transfer the steel bar from the arm member onto the stacker. And the movement of the steel bar placed on the arm member is restricted.
According to the present invention, it is possible to place the steel bar material conveyed by the conveyor device on the arm member while moving it along the arc at the end thereof, and in addition to this, it is more than the conveying speed by the conveyor device. By moving the arm member in the forward direction at a low moving speed, the predetermined number of steel bars can be placed on the arm member with an average uniform overlap along a direction parallel to the extended imaginary line.
Then, the arm member on which a predetermined number of steel bars are placed in an average uniform overlapping shape is moved in the forward direction, and the movement of the steel bars placed on the arm members is regulated by the regulating member, so that the average uniform The steel bars can be transferred onto the stacker while maintaining the overlapping shape. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the bar steel material from skewing or crossing with other bar steel materials when the bar steel material is accumulated.
When the steel bar on the arm member is transferred onto the stacker, the drive member moves the arm member in a backward direction opposite to the forward direction. When the above operation is repeated, the next group of steel bars is placed on the stacker on the stacker. However, the bar steel is averaged in each of the previous group and the next group. Since such an overlapping shape is maintained, it is possible to prevent the bar steel material from skewing or crossing with another bar steel material on the stacker.
Moreover, it is preferable that the upper surface of the arm member on which the steel bar material is received and loaded from the terminal end is at a position below the linear conveyance path and above a horizontal line passing through the center of the sprocket.
Thereby, it becomes the structure by which the arm member was provided in the height position which can be mounted on an arm member, moving a steel bar along the circular arc in the terminal end of a conveyor apparatus.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said slide apparatus is comprised so that the height position of the said arm member can be changed.
In this case, according to the size of the bar steel material, the arm member can be provided at a height position where the bar steel material can be placed on the arm member while moving along the arc at the end of the conveyor device. .
Further, the moving speed of the arm member in the forward direction when the bar steel material is transferred to the stacker is higher than the moving speed of the arm member in the forward direction when the arm member receives the bar steel material from the terminal end. Is preferred.
In this case, the bar steel material on the arm member whose movement is restricted by the restriction member can be placed on the stacker one after another, and the bar steel material stays in place by increasing the moving speed of the arm member. The movement of the bar steel material in the movement direction of the arm member is suppressed by the action of inertia to be continued, and the bar steel material can be dropped and placed on the lower stacker. As a result, it is possible to suppress the steel bar material from skewing or crossing with another steel bar material on the stacker.
According to the present invention, a predetermined number of steel bars conveyed by the conveyor device can be placed on the arm member with an average uniform overlap, and further, the steel bars are transferred onto the stacker while maintaining this shape. Can be replaced. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the bar steel material from skewing or crossing with other bar steel materials when the bar steel material is accumulated.

The heating furnace 2 heats a steel slab that is a material of a steel bar to be manufactured. The rolling mill 3 rolls this steel piece and continuously forms a long steel material A1 having a predetermined cross-sectional shape. The inspection device 4 includes a hot flaw detector that inspects the long material A1, and detects a defective portion such as a shape abnormality or a scratch generated in the long material A1. The dividing device 5 includes a cutting machine (dividing shear), and cuts the long material A1 into an intermediate material A2 having a predetermined length.

[Conveyor device 11]
The

[About the slide device 21]
The
The
The
The
The
By controlling the operation of the
The
At the time of delivery, the
Note that the

In the
By rotating the
When the
Here, the moving speed V1 of the

As described above, the
Further, since the
When the
When the
For this reason, the predetermined number of
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 8, the
In this way, by moving the
As described above, by moving the
In addition, in FIG. 6, the moving speed V <b> 11 of the
Thereby, the
When the
When the operations shown in FIGS. 3 to 8 are performed in order, and this series of operations is repeated, the next group G2 rod is placed on the previous group of
When the specified number of

The
