Claims (15)
- 管状の主移植片本体を備えている管腔内人工器官であって、
前記主移植片本体が、
管状の側壁、近位端、及び遠位端と、
該側壁の前記近位端の近くに取り付けられている第一のステントと該第一のステントの遠位側に隣接して取り付けられている第二のステントとであって、該第一のステントと第二のステントとの各々が山部と谷部とを有している、第一のステント及び第二のステントと、
前記側壁内における前記第一のステントの山部と前記第二のステントの谷部との長手方向での間に配置されている穴と、
前記穴内に配置されて前記側壁に取り付けられている管状の分岐部であって、第一の端部開口と第二の端部開口とを備えており、逆行形態と順行形態との間で柔軟に配向させることができる管状の分岐部と、を備えており、
前記逆行形態においては、前記第一の端部開口は前記側壁の前記遠位端に向けて配向され、前記第二の端部開口は前記側壁の近位端に向けて配向されており、
前記順行形態においては、前記第一の端部開口は前記側壁の前記近位端に向けて配向され、前記第二の端部開口は前記側壁の遠位端に向けて配向されるようにされており、

- 前記スリットが、前記分岐部の外周長の約2/5から約1/2の長さを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官。
- 前記側壁が、如何なるステントも無い状態で前記第一のステントと前記第二のステントとの間に配置されている変形可能な移植片領域と、前記変形可能な移植片領域の周囲に少なくとも部分的に支持されている外周と、を備えており、
前記側壁に設けられている前記穴は前記変形可能な移植片領域内に配置されており、前記分岐部は前記変形可能な移植片領域から外方に向かって延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。 - 前記分岐部が更に、生体適合性の移植片材と、前記分岐部の該生体適合性の移植片材に取り付けられた支持構造体とを備えており、該分岐部の前記支持構造体が、Z型ステント、螺旋状ステント、又は環状リングのうちの少なくとも1つからなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記分岐部が当該人工器官の前記近位端から約5mm〜約30mmの距離だけ隔てられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記分岐部が、少なくとも部分的に前記第一のステントの山部と該第一のステントの谷部との長手方向での間に配置されており且つ前記第一のステントの互いに隣接しているストラットの周方向での間に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記第一のステントが前記側壁の内側面に取り付けられており、前記第一のステントの前記山部が一連の山部からなり、該一連の山部のうちの一つが、隣接している山部よりも大きい角度を有する幅広の山部からなり、該幅広の山部が前記分岐部に対して周方向で整合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記側壁の前記近位端の近くに配置された第三のステントを更に備えており、
前記第一のステントは前記側壁の内側面に取り付けられ、前記第三のステントは前記側壁の外側面に取り付けられており且つ一連の山部を備えており、前記第三のステントは少なくとも部分的に前記第一のステントに重なっており、前記第三のステントの第一の山部は前記分岐部と前記第一のステントの山部との各々と周方向で整合しており、前記第三のステントの第二の山部は前記第一のステントの前記谷部と周方向で整合している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。 - 前記側壁の前記近位端の近くに配置された第三のステントを更に備えており、
前記第一のステントと前記第三のステントとの各々が前記側壁の表面に取り付けられており、前記第一のステントの前記山部は一連の山部からなり、該第一のステントの谷部が一連の谷部からなり、前記第三のステントは一連の山部と一連の谷部とを有し、該第三のステントは前記第一のステントよりも振幅が小さく且つ前記第一のステントよりも山部と谷部との数が多く、前記第三のステントは前記第一のステントの近位側に配置されており、前記第一のステントと第三のステントとは、互いに入れ子状の関係にある、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。 - 前記側壁の前記近位端の近くに配置されている第三のステントを更に備えており、前記第一のステントは前記第三のステントよりも大きな断面積を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記側壁の前記近位端が傾斜が付けられた端部を備えており、前記側壁の頂部長手方向長さが前記側壁の底部長手方向長さよりも長くなっていることによって該傾斜が付けられた端部を形成している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記第一のステントが前記側壁の内側面に取り付けられており、該第一のステントの前記山部が一連の山部からなり、該一連の山部のうちの一つは隣接する山部よりも大きい角度を有する幅広の山部からなり、該幅広の山部は前記分岐部と周方向で整合しており、
前記側壁に設けられている前記穴が、前記第一のステントの前記幅広の山部と谷部との間において長手方向に配置されたスリットであって、前記側壁の外周に沿って少なくとも部分的に且つ前記第一のステントの互いに隣接しているストラットの間に延びており、前記分岐部の外周の約2/5から約1/2の間の長さを有するスリットからなり、
前記分岐部は、前記側壁から内方に向かって延びている第一の部分と、前記側壁から外方に向かって延びている第二の部分と、前記側壁に取り付けられている中間部分と、生体適合性の移植片材と、前記分岐部の前記生体適合性の移植片材に取り付けられ且つZ型ステント、螺旋状ステント、又は環状リングのいずれか少なくとも1つからなる支持構造体と、を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。 - 前記主移植片本体と前記分岐部との内側に予め装填された形態で延びているカテーテルを更に備えており、該カテーテルは、該人工器官の逆行送り込みができるように前記主移植片本体の遠位端の穴を通って前記分岐部の中へと延在している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記主移植片本体と前記分岐部との内側に予め装填された形態で延びているカテーテルを更に備えており、該カテーテルは、該人工器官の順行送り込みができるように前記主移植片本体の近位端の穴を通って前記分岐部の中へと延在している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。
