Description
Claims (12)
- 成型用の金型に樹脂を注入することで成型され、内視鏡における挿入部の起上台が設けられた先端部材に装着されて、前記先端部材の少なくとも一部を覆い、前記起上台が収容される空間を外部に露呈させる開口部を有する、内視鏡の先端カバーにおいて、
前記開口部の周縁部に一端が接続された、線状に延びる薄肉部と、
前記薄肉部をまたぐように配置された、二つの樹脂注入ゲート痕と、
を具備しており、前記二つの樹脂注入ゲート痕は、前記金型のゲートからキャビティ内に注入された樹脂が前記薄肉部に沿ってウェルドラインを形成する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする内視鏡の先端カバー。 - 前記二つの樹脂注入ゲート痕は、前記薄肉部を中心として線対称に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端カバー。
- 前記二つの樹脂注入ゲート痕は、前記先端部材と対向する面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端カバー。
- 前記薄肉部は、前記先端部材と対向する面に凹部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端カバー。
- 前記薄肉部は、前記挿入部における挿入方向を向いた面を構成する面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端カバー。
- 前記薄肉部の他端が、前記挿入方向を向いた面の側方に隣接する面に延長されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡の先端カバー。
- 前記薄肉部は、前記開口部から該開口部と対向する面に至るよう延びていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡の先端カバー。
- 前記薄肉部は、前記先端カバーの後端まで延びていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内視鏡の先端カバー。
- 成型用の金型に樹脂を射出注入することで成型され、内視鏡における挿入部の先端部材に装着されて該先端部材の少なくとも一部を覆う、内視鏡の先端カバーにおいて、
前記先端カバーに設けられた、所定の方向に線状に延びる薄肉部と、
前記薄肉部をまたぐように配置された、二つの樹脂注入ゲート痕と、
を具備しており、前記二つの樹脂注入ゲート痕は、前記金型のゲートからキャビティ内に注入された樹脂が前記薄肉部に沿ってウェルドラインを形成する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする内視鏡の先端カバー。 - 前記二つの樹脂注入ゲート痕は、前記薄肉部を中心として線対称に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の内視鏡の先端カバー。
- 前記二つの樹脂注入ゲート痕は、前記先端部材と対向する面側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の内視鏡の先端カバー。
- 前記薄肉部は、前記先端部材と対向する面に凹部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の内視鏡の先端カバー。
