Claims (10)
- 反射体層、
前記反射体層にわたって広がる誘電体層であって、前記反射体層及び前記誘電体層が550nmを超える波長を有する入射白色光の70%超を反射する、誘電体層、及び
前記誘電体層にわたって広がる選択吸収層であって、550nm未満の波長を有する前記入射白色光の70%超を吸収する、選択吸収層
を備え、
前記反射体層、誘電体層、及び選択吸収層が全方向性反射体を形成し、前記全方向性反射体が、550〜700nmの間の中心波長、幅200nm未満の幅、及び前記全方向性反射体を0と45oの間の角度から見た場合の60nm未満の色ずれを有する可視電磁放射線の狭い帯域を反射し、前記全方向性反射体は赤色全方向構造色を示す、
赤色全方向構造色を表示する多層積層体。 - 前記反射体層が、50〜200nmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の多層積層体。
- 前記誘電体層が、30〜300nmの厚さを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の多層積層体。
- 前記選択吸収層が、20〜80nmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層積層体。
- 前記全方向性反射体が、1μm未満の総厚を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多層積層体。
- 前記中心波長が、30 o 未満の色相シフトを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層積層体。
- 前記誘電体層が、0.1QWを超え、かつ3.0QW未満の光学的厚さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多層積層体。
- 前記誘電体層が、1.6を超える屈折率を有し、かつZnS、TiO 2 、HfO 2 、Nb 2 O 5 、Ta 2 O 5 、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される誘電材料を含有するか、又は、前記誘電体層が、Fe 2 O 3 、Cu 2 O、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される有色の誘電材料を含有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多層積層体。
- 前記選択吸収層が、Cu、Au、Zn、Sn、及びこれらの合金からなる群から選択される有色の金属を含有するか、又は、前記選択吸収層が、Fe 2 O 3 、Cu 2 O、及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される有色の誘電材料を含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の多層積層体。
- 前記誘電体層に加えて第二の誘電体層をさらに備え、前記第二の誘電体層が前記選択吸収層にわたって広がり、かつ、前記第二の誘電体層が前記選択吸収層について前記誘電体層と反対側に配置され、
前記反射体層、誘電体層、選択吸収層、及び第二の誘電体層が、前記全方向性反射体を形成する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多層積層体。
