Claims (4)
- 液化二酸化炭素を送液するためのポンプ室、及び前記ポンプ室を通る液化二酸化炭素流路とは別の冷媒流路を備えたポンプヘッドと、
前記冷媒流路を含む冷媒用の循環流路と、
前記循環流路上に配置され前記循環流路内で前記冷媒を循環させる冷媒用ポンプと、
前記循環流路上で前記ポンプヘッドから離れた位置に配置され、前記循環流路内を通る冷媒を冷却するように構成された冷却部と、
を備えた液化二酸化炭素送液ポンプ。 - 液化二酸化炭素を前記ポンプ室に導く流路も前記冷却部内を通るように配置され、前記冷却部は前記ポンプ室に導かれる液化二酸化炭素も冷却するように構成されている請求項1に記載の液化二酸化炭素送液ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプヘッドは前記ポンプ室内を背面側からプランジャが往復移動するプランジャポンプであり、
前記ポンプヘッドは前記ポンプ室側から正面側に取り外し可能に構成されており、
前記冷媒用ポンプ及び前記冷却部は前記正面側以外の位置に配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の液化二酸化炭素送液ポンプ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の液化二酸化炭素送液ポンプと、
前記液化二酸化炭素送液ポンプから液化二酸化炭素が供給される移動相流路にモディファイアを供給するモディファイア供給流路と、
前記移動相流路とモディファイア供給流路との合流部の下流の移動相流路に試料を注入する試料注入部と、
前記試料注入部の下流に配置された分離カラムと、
前記分離カラムの下流に配置され、前記分離カラムにおける移動相が超臨界流体状態になる圧力に維持する背圧弁と、
前記分離カラムと前記背圧弁の間又は前記背圧弁の下流に配置された検出器と、
を備えた超臨界流体クロマトグラフ。
