Description
The present invention relates to a column beam connection structure of a structure.
Conventionally, when a damping member such as a viscoelastic damper is provided for a structure such as a building, the damping member is inserted between the upper beam and the lower beam via a brace or a stud. It is common. However, in this case, since the substantially center of the space between the upper beam and the lower beam is blocked with a damping member or the like, the construction plan may be greatly restricted.
A technique capable of solving this problem is disclosed in Patent Document 1. That is, in Patent Document 1, as shown in the schematic side view of FIG. 1, the
However, in this configuration, as shown in FIG. 1, at the end 120e1 of the
In this regard, since a floor finishing material (not shown) such as a slab or a double floor is generally arranged on the beam, the protrusion of the member onto the beam is made inconspicuous by the slab or the floor finishing material. be able to. Therefore, it is considered that some protrusion on the beam is allowed, that is, it cannot be a great restriction on the architectural plan.
The present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a damping member that attenuates vibration of a structure such as a building in a column-beam joint, while the damping member is provided. In addition, it is intended to alleviate the constraints of the architectural plan by suppressing the protrusion of the column receiving part under the beam.
In order to achieve this object, the invention shown in claim 1
It is a column beam connection structure of a structure,
The beam has an upper flange, a lower flange disposed below the upper flange, and a web connecting the upper flange and the lower flange,
The connecting member provided at the end of the upper flange in the beam length direction is placed on the upper surface of the receiving portion provided on the column from above, so that the beam is connected to the end of the upper flange. Is supported by the pillar as a supporting position,
The column and the beam are connected via a viscoelastic damper disposed to face a side surface of the web or an upper surface or a lower surface of the lower flange so as to attenuate vibrations, and the viscoelastic damper is connected to the column. And the beam does not have a deformation limiting function for limiting the amount of deformation exceeding a certain amount when the beam undergoes relative deformation .
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the beam is supported by the column by placing the beam connecting member on the column receiving portion. Therefore, the beam can be rotated relative to the column at a large rotation angle, whereby the vibration of the structure is input to the viscoelastic damper as the relative rotation at the large rotation angle. Therefore, the vibration can be reliably damped.
The connecting member is provided at the end of the upper flange of the beam in the beam length direction, and the connecting member is placed on the upper surface of the column receiving portion from above, so that the upper The beam is supported by the column with the end of the flange as a support position. Therefore, the arrangement position of the receiving part in the vertical direction can be made substantially the same position as the beam, thereby preventing the receiving part from jumping out under the beam. As for the viscoelastic dampers, since it is arranged to face the upper surface or lower surface of the beam of the web side or the lower flange, easily matches the viscoelastic damper in RyoNaru, thereby, of the visco-elastic dampers Jumping out under the beam is also suppressed. And the restriction | limiting of a building plan can be eased through suppression of jumping out of the receiving part and the viscoelastic damper under a beam.
Incidentally, the connecting member provided on the upper flange jumps out on the beam, but as described above, it is difficult to be a restriction on the building plan. In other words, since slabs and floor finishing materials are generally arranged on the beams, the jumping out of the connecting members onto the beams becomes inconspicuous by the slabs and floor finishing materials, thereby limiting the construction plan. It's hard to fall.
The invention shown in claim 2 is a column beam connection structure of a structure according to claim 1,
The receiving part of the column and the web of the beam are connected via the viscoelastic damper .
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the viscoelastic damper connects the receiving portion of the column to the web of the beam. Therefore, it becomes easy to store the viscoelastic damper in the beam structure of the beam, and as a result, it is possible to more reliably suppress the viscoelastic damper from jumping under the beam.
The invention shown in claim 3 is the column beam connection structure of the structure according to claim 1 or 2,
The receiving portion is arranged so as to be accommodated in a beam formation of the beam in the vertical direction.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the receiving portion is disposed so as to be within the beam formation in the vertical direction. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the receiving portion from jumping under the beam.
The invention shown in
The viscoelastic damper is arranged so as to be within the beam formation of the beam in the vertical direction.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the viscoelastic damper is disposed so as to be within the beam formation in the vertical direction. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the viscoelastic damper from jumping under the beam.
The invention shown in claim 5 is a column beam connection structure of a structure according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
The connecting member is embedded in a slab or floor finish provided on the beam.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the connecting member is embedded in the slab or the floor finish, the connecting member can be made inconspicuous on the beam. Therefore, the connecting member is unlikely to be a restriction on the building plan.
Further, when the connecting member is embedded in the slab, the slab functions as a reinforcing material that reinforces the connecting member. Therefore, for example, even when a compressive force acts on the connecting member from above, damage such as buckling is effectively prevented. As a result, the connecting member can function soundly for a long time as the main body of the beam-column joint.
The invention shown in claim 6 is a column beam connection structure of a structure according to claim 5,
The connection member is covered with the slab or floor finish material from above and is not exposed upward.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the connecting member can be completely hidden from the upper side by the slab or the floor finishing material. Therefore, the connecting member does not become a restriction on the building plan.
The invention shown in claim 7 is a column beam joint structure of a structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
The connecting member is supported on the upper surface of the receiving portion via an elastic member for support .
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, based on the elastic deformation of the supporting elastic member inserted between the connecting member and the upper surface of the receiving portion, the structure is slightly vibrated, for example, on the beam. The beam can rotate relative to the column at a relatively large rotation angle even during a minute vibration of the order of several tens of microns such as a human walking vibration. Such relative rotation is input to the viscoelastic damper. Therefore, the minute vibration can be effectively damped.
The invention shown in claim 8 is a column beam connection structure of a structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
The connecting member is disposed with a gap between the pillar and the outer peripheral surface,
The gap is filled with an elastic filler.
According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, the filler has elasticity. Therefore, when an external force is applied, the filler is rapidly deformed based on its own elastic deformation. Therefore, it is possible to maintain the state in which the gap is tightly closed while preventing the relative rotation of the connecting member with respect to the column. As a result, the upper space and the lower space can be reliably partitioned as separate spaces with the beam as a boundary.
The invention shown in claim 9 is a column beam connection structure of a structure according to claim 8,
The pillar is a steel material,
The filler is a fireproof coating material.
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, since the filler is a fireproof coating, it can also serve as a fireproof coating for a column made of steel. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform fireproof coating separately, and cost reduction can be achieved.
The invention shown in
The connecting member is fixed to the upper surface of the upper flange and is provided to protrude in the beam length direction from the beam,
A lower surface of a portion of the connecting member that protrudes from the beam is placed on an upper surface of the receiving portion.
According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, since the connecting member is fixed to the upper surface of the upper flange of the beam, the connecting member can be provided so as not to jump out toward the web. As a result, the space in the vicinity of the side surface of the web can be used exclusively for the arrangement of the viscoelastic damper , and as a result, the viscoelastic damper can be easily arranged to face the side surface of the web.
According to the present invention, while the viscoelastic damper that attenuates the vibration of a structure such as a building is provided in the column beam joint, the viscoelastic damper and the receiving portion of the column are suppressed from projecting under the beam, The restrictions on the architectural plan can be relaxed.
=== This Embodiment ===
FIG. 2A to FIG. 4 are explanatory diagrams of the column beam connection structure of the structure 1 according to this embodiment. FIG. 2A is a schematic side view of a column beam connection structure, and FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 2A. 3 and 4 are a sectional view taken along line III-III and a sectional view taken along line IV-IV in FIG. 2A, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 2A, the
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, a receiving
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2A, a connecting
Of the connecting
2A, the end surface 20wse of the
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2B, the
Incidentally, in this example, as shown in FIG. 2B, each of the beam
Moreover, as a material of this
By the way, in this example, the
In this example, as shown in FIG. 2A, the connecting
However, when the receiving
As shown in FIG. 2A, the connecting
However, in some cases, not all of the connecting
2A, if the connecting
By the way, as shown in FIG. 2A, the end face 30es of the connecting
Further, desirably, as shown in the schematic side view of FIG. 5, a plate-like
In this way, even under the slight vibration of the structure 1, the
In this example, hard rubber is used as the
=== Other Embodiments ===
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, said embodiment is for making an understanding of this invention easy, and is not for limiting and interpreting this invention. Further, the present invention can be changed or improved without departing from the gist thereof, and needless to say, the present invention includes equivalents thereof. For example, the following modifications are possible.
In the above-described embodiment, a square steel pipe is used for the
In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, an H-section steel is used for the
In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the H-section steel having the same cross-sectional shape as the

In the above-described embodiment, the T-shaped steel is used as the connecting
In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2B, the column beam connection structure according to the present invention is applied only to one
In the above-described embodiment, the connecting
