Description
図1は契約支援システムの概略構成を示しており、契約支援システムは、契約支援装置10と管理装置21とサーバ31とが電気通信回線40を通して通信するように構成されている。サーバ31は、契約支援システムの必須構成ではなく、図1に示しているサーバ31は、サービスプランを取得するために設けている。したがって、サービスプランをサーバ31との通信によって得るのでなければ、サーバ31は省略することが可能である。すなわち、契約支援システムの最小構成は、契約支援装置10と、管理装置21とであって、管理装置21は、契約支援装置10と通信し、対象スペース20での電力使用に関する実績情報を契約支援装置10に引き渡す構成であればよい。
実施形態1では、対象スペース20で節電を実施した場合に需要家が受け取る報酬は、アグリゲータ30が定めた報酬情報によって決まる。一方、対象スペース20が電力系統から受電した電力量に対して需要家が支払う費用は供給事業者が定めた電気料金によって決まる。上述した例では、需要家が得る報酬が最大化されるようにアグリゲータ30が提供するサービスプランのみを考慮した提案を作成している。これに対して、需要家が支払う費用が減少し、需要家が受け取る報酬が増加するように、作成部14は、供給事業者の電気料金とアグリゲータ30のサービスプランとの組み合わせを提案として作成してもよい。

Claims (5)
- 電力の需要家に提供される複数のサービスプランを取得するサービス情報取得部と、
電力が供給される対象スペースでの電力使用に関する実績情報を取得する実績情報取得部と、
前記実績情報に基づいて前記複数のサービスプランから前記需要家に推奨するサービスプランを抽出する情報抽出部と、
前記情報抽出部が抽出したサービスプランを用いて前記需要家に提供する推奨情報を作成する作成部と、
前記作成部が作成した前記推奨情報を出力する出力部とを備え、
前記複数のサービスプランは、前記需要家が前記対象スペースにおいて電力系統からの受電量の削減を実施した場合に前記需要家が受け取る報酬に関する報酬情報を含み、
前記複数のサービスプランは、前記需要家に電力を供給する供給事業者と前記需要家とを仲介するアグリゲータが提供し、前記報酬は、前記需要家が節電要請に応じた場合に前記需要家に提供され、
前記実績情報は、
前記対象スペースにおいて、節電しない場合に前記電力系統から受電する電力の推移と、前記節電要請により節電した場合に前記電力系統から受電する電力の推移とを含み、
前記情報抽出部は、節電しない場合に前記電力系統から受電する前記電力の推移と、前記節電要請により節電した場合に前記電力系統から受電する前記電力の推移との差と、前記複数のサービスプランに含まれている前記報酬情報とに基づいて、前記複数のサービスプランから前記需要家に対する報酬が最大となるサービスプランを抽出する
ことを特徴とする契約支援装置。 - 前記複数のサービスプランは、前記報酬を時間帯と組み合わせた情報を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の契約支援装置。 - 前記需要家が前記電力系統から受電する電力の価格に関して複数の料金プランを取得する価格情報取得部をさらに備え、
前記情報抽出部は、前記実績情報に基づいて前記複数の料金プランから前記需要家の支払い額が最小になる料金プランを抽出し、
前記作成部は、前記推奨情報に前記情報抽出部が抽出した料金プランを含める
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の契約支援装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の契約支援装置と、
前記契約支援装置と通信し、前記対象スペースでの電力使用に関する実績情報を前記契約支援装置に引き渡す管理装置とを備える
ことを特徴とする契約支援システム。 - コンピュータが、
電力の需要家に提供される複数のサービスプランを取得するサービス情報取得ステップと、
電力が供給される対象スペースでの電力使用に関する実績情報を取得する実績情報取得ステップと、
前記実績情報に基づいて前記複数のサービスプランから前記需要家に推奨するサービスプランを抽出する情報抽出ステップと、
前記情報抽出ステップで抽出されたサービスプランを用いて前記需要家に提供する推奨情報を作成する作成ステップと、
前記作成ステップで作成された前記推奨情報を出力する出力ステップとを実行し、
前記複数のサービスプランは、前記需要家が前記対象スペースにおいて電力系統からの受電量の削減を実施した場合に前記需要家が受け取る報酬に関する報酬情報を含み、
前記複数のサービスプランは、前記需要家に電力を供給する供給事業者と前記需要家とを仲介するアグリゲータが提供し、前記報酬は、前記需要家が節電要請に応じた場合に前記需要家に提供され、
前記実績情報は、
前記対象スペースにおいて、節電しない場合に前記電力系統から受電する電力の推移と、前記節電要請により節電した場合に前記電力系統から受電する電力の推移とを含み、
前記情報抽出ステップにおいて、前記コンピュータは、節電しない場合に前記電力系統から受電する前記電力の推移と、前記節電要請により節電した場合に前記電力系統から受電する前記電力の推移との差と、前記複数のサービスプランに含まれている前記報酬情報とに基づいて、前記複数のサービスプランから前記需要家に対する報酬が最大となるサービスプランを抽出する
