Description
Claims (14)
- 複数のカッタ(10)を装着するためのカッタヘッド(20)であって、
前記複数のカッタ(10)の各々を収容するための個別の受入穴部(25.1〜25.n)と、
前記受入穴部(25.1〜25.n)内での前記カッタ(10)の固定のための固定手段(35.1、35.2、55)と、
少なくとも1つの受入穴部(25.1)に隣り合い、該少なくとも1つの受入穴部(25.1)から薄い壁又は層(41)によって分離され、流体およびそこに印加される圧力で満たされるように構成された、カッタヘッド(20)内の空洞部(40.1)とを備え、
前記薄い壁又は層(41)は、前記空洞部内の流体の流体圧力によって変形可能であり、前記固定手段(35.1、35.2、55)とは独立して、前記カッタ(10)に直接印加される流体的固定を提供するようにした、カッタヘッド(20)。 - 前記空洞部(40.1)は、該カッタヘッド(20)の材料内において、前記受入穴部(25.1)の中心軸(LA)と平行に伸び、又は前記中心軸(LA)に対して横方向に伸び、又は前記中心軸(LA)に対して斜め方向に伸びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド(20)。
- 該カッタヘッド(20)は端面(31)を有する本体部(30)を備えていて、前記受入穴部(25.1〜25.n)は、前記端面(31)に設けられ、前記本体部(30)の内部へ伸びていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のカッタヘッド(20)。
- 前記空洞部(40.1)は前記端面(31)からアクセスすることができるように構成されていて、前記空洞部(40.1)は、前記本体部(30)の内部へ、前記端面(31)に対して垂直な方向に伸び、又は前記端面(31)に対して斜めの方向に伸びていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカッタヘッド(20)。
- 前記空洞部(40.1)は、周面(33)からアクセスすることができるように構成されていて、前記本体部(30)の内部へ、前記端面(31)に対して平行な方向又は斜めの方向に伸びていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカッタヘッド(20)。
- 前記の薄い壁又は層(41)は、前記受入穴部(25.1)の一部分と前記空洞部(40.1)の一部分との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のカッタヘッド(20)。
- 前記受入穴部(25.1)の各々に1つずつ空洞部(40.1)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のカッタヘッド(20)。
- 1つの空洞部(40.1)が複数の受入穴部(25.1)に関連づけられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のカッタヘッド(20)。
- 1つの共通の空洞部(40.1)が設けられていて、該共通の空洞部(40.1)は、1つの薄い壁又は層(41)によって複数の受入穴部(25.1)からそれぞれ分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のカッタヘッド(20)。
- 1つ又は複数の空洞部(40.1)を閉止することができる少なくとも1つの閉止手段(60)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のカッタヘッド(20)。
- 前記閉止手段(60)は、中央通路穴(63)を有するプラグ(61.1)を含む少なくとも1つのシール群又はシールユニット(61)と、圧縮体として用いられるねじ付きのピン(62)とを備え、前記プラグ(61.1)を通して、流体の供給及び流体の除去の少なくとも一方を行うことができるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のカッタヘッド(20)。
- 加工対象物の切削加工のためにカッタヘッド(20)を使用する前に、少なくとも1つの空洞部の内部の流体の圧力を調整することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載のカッタヘッド(20)の使用方法。
- 前記の圧力の調整を、道具を用いて手動操作で実施することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の使用方法。
- 前記の圧力の調整を、流体圧力をカッタヘッド外部で予め設定することにより実施することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の使用方法。
