Description
Claims (16)
- 遠位端を有し、遠位先端で終端するガイドワイヤと、
前記遠位端の付近に配置された除去可能な角度つきガイドワイヤ格納デバイスと
を備え、
前記除去可能な角度つきガイドワイヤ格納デバイスは、前記ガイドワイヤの前記遠位端の角度を維持するためのひとつ以上の内部構造を含み、
前記ひとつ以上の内部構造は、内側に突出した円錐形状を有し、
前記除去可能な角度つきガイドワイヤ格納デバイスは、前記ガイドワイヤを受設するための内部チャネルを有し、
前記ガイドワイヤの前記遠位端は、前記円錐形状に沿って形成された前記内部チャネル内において前記角度で維持される
ことを特徴とする物品。 - 前記除去可能な角度つきガイドワイヤ格納デバイスは、前記内側に突出した円錐形状の手前で前記ガイドワイヤ格納デバイスを長手方向にサポートするスパインをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記ガイドワイヤの前記遠位端の前記角度を維持するための前記ひとつ以上の構造は、前記円錐形状の側面と対向するひとつ以上の内壁を有し、前記円錐形状の側面と前記ひとつ以上の内壁との間で前記内部チャネルが伸長する、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の物品。
- 前記除去可能な角度つきガイドワイヤ格納デバイスは開口部を有し、前記開口部を通じて、前記ガイドワイヤの少なくとも前記遠位端が挿入され、前記ガイドワイヤが前記内部チャネルに受設される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記開口部は、スリットである、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の物品。
- 前記ガイドワイヤは、摩擦係合によって、前記除去可能な角度つきガイドワイヤ格納デバイス内に保持される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の物品。
- 前記ガイドワイヤは、内視鏡である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ガイドワイヤの移動を制限し、かつ、前記ガイドワイヤの進入を容易にするための、前記ガイドワイヤの前記遠位端に近接したガイドワイヤの一部を包囲するイントロデューサーをさらに備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 除去可能な角度つきガイドワイヤ格納デバイスの端部は、前記イントロデューサーの少なくとも一部に結合されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の物品。
- 前記ガイドワイヤは、本体部分および前記ガイドワイヤの前記遠位端を含む角度つき部分を有し、前記角度付き部分は、前記ガイドワイヤの前記本体部分に関して45°の角度を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ガイドワイヤは、内部ワイヤおよび外部ケーシングを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ガイドワイヤの前記内部ワイヤは、十分な形状記憶および超弾性を示し、金属、合金、ニッケル、チタンまたはニチノールワイヤから形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の物品。
- 前記ガイドワイヤの前記内部ワイヤは直径が先細りしており、前記ガイドワイヤの前記遠位端から1mmから3mmで終端する、ことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の物品。
- 前記外部ケーシングは、0.4GPa以上の剛性係数を有する弾性特性をもつポリマーを有し、通常の使用条件下でその形状を保持するのに十分に堅固である、ことを特徴とする請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の物品を使用する方法であって、
除去可能な角度つきガイドワイヤ格納デバイスの前記内部チャネル内にガイドワイヤを受設する工程と、
前記ガイドワイヤの前記遠位端を、前記内部チャネル内に前記角度で配置する工程と、
前記除去可能な角度つきガイドワイヤ格納デバイス内に配置された前記ガイドワイヤを、パッケージし、格納し、または、その両方を行う工程と
を備える方法。 - 前記ガイドワイヤは、摩擦係合によって、前記除去可能な角度つきガイドワイヤ格納デバイス内に保持される、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
