Description
本出願は、2015年11月13日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2015−0159379号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜3
下記の表1に示した成分を、その記載された含量でスーパーミキサーに投入して混練した後、二軸押出機を用いて、バレル温度200℃で溶融混練させた後、押出加工(ペレタイザーを使用)してペレットを得た。このペレットを射出機から射出して、物性テストのための試片として使用した。
*B(SAN樹脂):アクリロニトリルが27重量%含まれたLG化学の92HR
*C(ポリエーテルエステルアミド):Arkema社のMH2030(融点200℃、ASTM D257に従い測定した表面固有抵抗1×107Ω)
*D(エトキシ化アルキルアミン系帯電防止剤):CECA Arkema社のNoroplast 832
[試験例]
前記実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜3で収得した樹脂組成物ペレットを射出して試片を製造し、これを用いて加湿量、変形量、衝撃強度及び流動性を測定した。測定結果を下記表1にまとめた。
*加湿量:直径215mm、厚さ1.6mmのエアワッシャーディスクが46枚装着されたLG電子の加湿器(モデル:LAW−A049AS)で6時間実験して、加湿量を測定した。
Claims (10)
- (a)アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン樹脂22.5〜50重量%と、
(b)スチレン−アクリロニトリル樹脂47.5〜75重量%と、
(c)ポリエーテルエステルアミド樹脂1〜6重量%と、
(d)エトキシ化アルキルアミン系帯電防止剤1.5〜3重量%と
を含む、樹脂組成物であって、
前記樹脂組成物の重量%は、(a)、(b)、(c)および(d)成分の合計重量に対するものである樹脂組成物。 - 前記(b)スチレン−アクリロニトリル樹脂は、スチレン55〜80重量%及びアクリロニトリル20〜45重量%を含む単量体混合物から重合され、
前記スチレン−アクリロニトリル樹脂の重量%は、前記スチレンおよび前記アクリロニトリルの合計重量に対するものである、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。 - 前記(c)ポリエーテルエステルアミド樹脂は、ASTM D257に従い測定した表面固有抵抗が2×109Ω以下である、請求項1または2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記(c)ポリエーテルエステルアミド樹脂は、反応性末端を有するポリアミドと反応性末端を有するポリエーテルとの縮重合生成物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記(d)エトキシ化アルキルアミン系帯電防止剤は、アルキル基の炭素数が13個〜15個である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、難燃剤、抗菌剤、滴下防止剤、滑剤、充填剤、安定剤、顔料及び染料からなる群から選択された1種以上の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- (a)アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン樹脂22.5〜50重量%、(b)スチレン−アクリロニトリル樹脂47.5〜75重量%、(c)ポリエーテルエステルアミド樹脂1〜6重量%、及び(d)エトキシ化アルキルアミン系帯電防止剤1.5〜3重量%を押出機に投入し、バレル温度180℃〜220℃で混合及び押出するステップを含み、
前記樹脂組成物の重量%は、(a)、(b)、(c)および(d)成分の合計重量に対するものである
樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物から製造された、成形品。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物から製造された加湿器のディスク、空気洗浄器のディスク、加湿器のディスクアセンブリ、または空気洗浄器のディスクアセンブリを含み、
前記ディスクアセンブリは、平行に結合されている複数のディスクを含む
製品。 - 前記製品は、加湿器、空気清浄機、または加湿器兼用空気清浄機である、請求項9に記載の製品。
