Description
The present invention relates to a plate-shaped resin laminate printing plate (printing resin plate) for forming a high-definition pattern and a printing apparatus using the plate-shaped resin laminate printing plate.
In recent years, organic electroluminescent elements using organic functional materials (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “organic EL elements”), organic solar cells, and organic functional layers aimed at reducing the weight and flexibility of electronic members. Organic functional elements such as transistors have been actively developed. These organic functional elements generally require an organic functional layer having a film thickness of several tens to several thousand nm to be patterned on a substrate.
Organic functional materials used as organic functional layer materials include low-molecular materials and high-molecular materials. Generally, low-molecular materials are formed into thin films by vapor deposition or the like, and then patterned using a fine pattern mask. However, according to this method, there is a problem that patterning accuracy becomes difficult to obtain as the substrate becomes larger. Further, in the vapor deposition method, it is difficult to form a layer so that the film thickness is uniform with respect to the enlarged substrate. Moreover, since vapor deposition is performed under high vacuum, a large-scale apparatus is required.
On the other hand, a method has been attempted in which an organic functional material is dissolved or dispersed in a solvent to form a coating liquid (ink) and a thin film is formed by a wet process. Examples of wet processes for forming a thin film include spin coating, bar coating, and dip coating.
In particular, thin film formation by a printing method is effective for high-definition patterning (see, for example,
By the way, in general, the circuit pattern of the electronic member has a definition of several millimeters (mm) to several nanometers (μm).
For example, in the case of an organic EL display, with a diagonal size of 2 inches and 320 pixels × 240 pixels (QVGA), one pixel size is 120 μm, and the pixel width per pixel is about 20 to 40 μm. The total pitch accuracy and line width (pixel width) accuracy required for such a pixel width are required to be about 0.1 μm to 5 μm. If it is more than this, there may be a problem that an appropriate pattern shape cannot be obtained and a problem that good element characteristics cannot be obtained.
In order to obtain the above-described accuracy, not only the accuracy of the printing apparatus but also the accuracy of the printing plate used for printing is important. In particular, when printing is performed with a printing plate mounted on the plate cylinder, the printing plate is mounted on the plate cylinder when the printing plate is attached to the plate cylinder so that the printing cylinder and the printing plate do not shift during printing. Must adhere to.
As a method for bringing the printing plate into close contact with the plate cylinder, one of the upper and lower sides of the printing plate of the plate-shaped resin laminate is mounted on the plate cylinder, and the other is sandwiched between jigs with an adjusting mechanism provided in the plate cylinder. There is a method achieved by pulling in the circumferential direction of the plate cylinder by an adjusting mechanism until the printing plate of the plate-like resin laminate is in close contact with the plate cylinder.
However, the printing plate of the plate-shaped resin laminate is somewhat stretched in the circumferential direction by pulling. Furthermore, by extending in the circumferential direction, the width direction of the printing plate of the plate-like resin laminate is reduced. Therefore, the above-mentioned total pitch is different from the dimension before being attached to the plate cylinder, and there arises a problem that printing within the above-described accuracy becomes difficult.
The main cause of the change in the size of the printing plate of the plate-like resin laminate due to the pulling depends on the material of the support material constituting the printing plate of the plate-like resin laminate.
General plate-like resin laminate printing plate substrates include metal substrates such as steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, polyethylene terephthalate film, polyethylene naphthalate film, polybutylene terephthalate film, polycarbonate film, etc. There are thermoplastic resin base materials.
When a printing plate using these base materials is brought into close contact with the plate cylinder, elongation occurs in the circumferential direction, and the above-described problem occurs.
The present invention is intended to solve such a problem, and even if the printing plate of the plate-shaped resin laminate is mounted on the plate cylinder, the target is the total pitch dimension of the printing plate of the plate-shaped resin laminate.

The low molecular organic light emitting ink was produced as follows.
First, the low molecular weight organic light-emitting material was weighed in a tetralin solution as a solvent so as to have a concentration of 3 wt%, and dissolved using a stirrer. Further, a polymer material (molecular weight 5 million) as a thickener is weighed so as to be 0.5 wt% with respect to the solvent, added to the solution of the low molecular weight organic light emitting material, and stirred with a stirrer. The mixture was stirred and dissolved to obtain a low molecular weight organic light emitting ink.
