Description
Claims (7)
- プライマリプーリと、セカンダリプーリと、前記プライマリプーリおよび前記セカンダリプーリのそれぞれのプーリ溝に巻き掛けられて前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとの間でトルクを伝達する巻掛け伝動部材とがケース内に収容され、前記プーリ溝の溝幅を変化させることによって変速比を変更する無段変速機において、
前記プライマリプーリおよび前記セカンダリプーリのうちのいずれか一方である第1プーリと前記ケースの内面との間に配置された遮蔽部材を有し、
前記遮蔽部材は、前記プライマリプーリおよび前記セカンダリプーリのうちのいずれか他方である第2プーリとは反対側であり、前記巻掛け伝動部材が前記第1プーリに巻き掛けられた部分の外周を覆う板部を有し、
前記板部は、
前記巻掛け伝動部材が前記第1プーリに巻き掛かり始める箇所における前記巻掛け伝動部材に対する接線の前記遮蔽部材側への延長線と交わるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機において、
前記板部は、前記第1プーリの外周に沿った円弧部を備えている
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機において、
前記板部は、
前記第1プーリに対する巻き掛け半径が最大の状態で前記巻掛け伝動部材が前記第1プーリに巻き掛かり始める箇所における前記巻掛け伝動部材に対する接線の前記遮蔽部材側への延長線よりも前記第1プーリの半径方向で外周側に位置する第1端部と、
前記第1プーリに対する巻き掛け半径が最小の状態で前記巻掛け伝動部材が前記第1プーリに巻き掛かり始める箇所における前記巻掛け伝動部材に対する接線の前記遮蔽部材側への延長線を挟んで前記第1端部とは反対側に位置する第2端部とを有する
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項3に記載の無段変速機において、
前記第2端部は、前記第1プーリに対する巻き掛け半径が最大の状態で前記巻掛け伝動部材が前記第1プーリから前記第2プーリに向けて離脱する箇所における前記巻掛け伝動部材に対する接線の前記遮蔽部材側への延長線よりも前記第1プーリの半径方向で外周側に位置するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項4に記載の無段変速機において、
前記第2端部は、前記第1プーリと前記第2プーリとの回転中心軸線を結んだ直線に平行な方向もしくは前記方向よりも前記第2プーリの半径方向で外側に向けた方向に前記巻掛け伝動部材を誘導する向きに形成されている
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項4または5に記載の無段変速機において、
前記第1プーリおよび前記第2プーリは、回転中心軸線が水平になるように配置され、
前記第2端部は、前記第1プーリの下側に配置され、
前記第2端部側の予め定めた長さの範囲には、前記第1プーリの側面に対向するように前記第1プーリの半径方向で内側に延びたフランジ部が形成されて、前記範囲の部分の断面形状がU字状になっている
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項6に記載の無段変速機において、
前記板部と前記第1プーリの外周縁との間隔が、前記遮蔽部材における前記板部以外の部分と前記第1プーリとの間隔より広い
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。
