Claims (11)
- 平面コイルパターンからなるアンテナコイルと、
前記アンテナコイルの一方の主面を覆う磁性シートと、
一方の主面が前記アンテナコイルの前記一方の主面と接し、他方の主面が前記磁性シートの一方の主面と接するよう、前記アンテナコイルと前記磁性シートを接着する粘着層と、
前記平面コイルパターンに沿って前記アンテナコイルの他方の主面に設けられた樹脂層とを備えることを特徴とするアンテナ装置。 - 前記磁性シートは、前記アンテナコイルの外周端及び内周端と平面視にて重なる領域を避けて設けられている、請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記磁性シートの他方の主面側には金属体が設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記磁性シートの他方の主面側には回路基板が設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記樹脂層は、前記アンテナコイルをめっきにより形成する際に触媒として作用する金属を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記磁性シートを貫通して前記アンテナコイルの前記外周端及び内周端にそれぞれ接続される第1及び第2のコンタクトプラグをさらに備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記アンテナコイルの前記外周端及び内周端は、前記樹脂層に覆われることなく露出している、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- アンテナコイル及び磁性シートを含むアンテナ装置の製造方法であって、
樹脂製の支持フィルムの表面に前記アンテナコイルと同一の平面形状を有する樹脂層を形成する工程と、
前記樹脂層の表面に前記アンテナコイルをめっきにより形成する工程と、
粘着層の一方の主面が前記アンテナコイルの一方の主面と接し、前記粘着層の他方の主面が磁性シートと接するよう、前記粘着層を介して前記アンテナコイルと前記磁性シートを接着する工程と、
前記支持フィルムを前記樹脂層から剥離する工程とを備えることを特徴とするアンテナ装置の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂層は無電解めっき用の触媒を含み、
前記アンテナコイルをめっきにより形成する工程は、
前記樹脂層の表面に前記アンテナコイルを構成する下地めっき層を無電解めっきにより形成する工程と、
前記下地めっき層を電解めっきにより成長させる工程とを含む、請求項8に記載のアンテナ装置の製造方法。 - 前記アンテナコイルをめっきにより形成する工程は、
前記樹脂層の表面に無電解めっき用の触媒を付着させる工程と、
前記触媒が付着した前記樹脂層の表面に前記アンテナコイルを構成する下地めっき層を無電解めっきにより形成する工程と、
前記下地めっき層を電解めっきにより成長させる工程とを含む、請求項8に記載のアンテナ装置の製造方法。 - 前記支持フィルムを剥離した後、前記アンテナコイルの外周端及び内周端を覆う前記樹脂層を除去する工程をさらに備える、請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置の製造方法。
