Claims (3)
- 機械を製造する製造工程において、機械の完成品または途中まで製造された機械が正常に動作するか否かを試験する試験システムであって、
複数の機械に接続され、予め定められた基本試験を実施する複数の試験装置と、
複数の試験装置にネットワークを介して接続された試験管理装置とを備え、
試験装置は、それぞれの機械に個別に接続されており、
試験管理装置は、試験装置から受信した基本試験の結果に基づいて、機械に異常があるか否かを判定する判定部と、
判定部が機械に異常があると判定した場合に、異常の原因を特定するための追加試験を設定する追加試験設定部と、
追加試験を実施する試験装置を設定し、追加試験を実施する試験装置が行う予定の基本試験を他の試験装置に実施させることを決定する調整部と、
追加試験の結果に基づいて異常が生じている部分を推定する異常部分推定部と、を含み、
追加試験は、基本試験と異なる試験であり、
異常部分推定部にて異常の生じている部分が特定できない場合に、追加試験設定部は完了した追加試験と異なる別の追加試験を設定し、試験装置は前記別の追加試験を実施する、機械の試験システム。 - 機械の製造の計画を管理する生産計画装置を備え、
生産計画装置は、試験管理装置にネットワークを介して接続されており、
試験管理装置は、異常部分推定部により推定された異常が生じている部分の修理の依頼を生産計画装置に送信する、請求項1に記載の機械の試験システム。 - 機械の製造の計画を管理する生産計画装置を備え、
調整部は、生産計画装置から受信した製造計画に対して、機械の製造が遅れないように、作業計画に時間の余裕がある他の試験装置に、基本試験を実施させることを決定する、請求項1に記載の機械の試験システム。
