Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle horn mounted as an alarm on a vehicle such as an automobile.
The configuration of the vehicle horn that generates an alarm sound by intermittently moving the shaft (movable core) to and from the iron core (fixed core) by the action of the electromagnet and vibrating the diaphragm is not limited to a wide range. Are known. In such a vehicle horn, the alarm sound is adjusted (tuned) by adjusting the distance (gap) between the opposed surfaces of the shaft and the iron core. Here, since the attractive force of the electromagnet is inversely proportional to the square of the gap between the shaft and the iron core, the gap adjustment between the shaft and the iron core must be performed strictly, and the alarm sound adjustment of the vehicle horn is very troublesome. This was a process.
Patent Document 1 proposes a configuration example for eliminating such inconvenience related to alarm sound adjustment of a vehicle horn. The electromagnetic horn disclosed in Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which an inclined surface is formed on one facing surface and an eccentric protrusion is formed on the other facing surface so that the gap between the shaft and the iron core can be easily adjusted. Has been.
However, in the configuration of the electromagnetic horn disclosed in Patent Document 1, the shaft and the iron core must be manufactured in a complicated shape, and there is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the electromagnet and thus the vehicle horn increases. . Further, in order to increase the attractive force of the electromagnet, it is necessary to reduce the gap. However, in the complicated shaft and iron core shape disclosed in Patent Document 1, only a small part of the gap on the opposing surface is used. However, it is difficult to reduce the gap with respect to the entire facing surface. In addition, if the gap is forcibly reduced, there is a problem that the shaft collides with the iron core and abnormal noise is mixed into the alarm sound.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is as follows.
That is, it is possible to inexpensively manufacture the iron core that is a fixed core and the shaft that is a movable core, and it is possible to easily adjust (tune) an alarm sound in a vehicle horn, and to produce a large volume and high quality. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle horn that can emit an alarm sound and can be reduced in size and weight.
As a result of intensive studies by the inventor in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the following configuration has been conceived. That is, the present invention includes a body, an electromagnet having a fixed core fixed to the body, and a diaphragm attached to the body together with a movable core disposed to face the fixed core, and the fixed core And the opposed surface of the movable core is continuous with the first opposed surface portion chamfered so as to be opposed to a plane orthogonal to the moving direction of the movable core with respect to the fixed core, and is continuous with the first opposed surface portion and with respect to the fixed core. A second opposing surface portion chamfered so as to be opposed to the contact / separation direction of the movable core in a non-orthogonal plane, with respect to a change in the movement distance of the movable core in the contact / separation direction with respect to the fixed core, vehicle Ho, characterized in that the shortest distance variation difference unit amount of change in the minimum distance is different at the opposing surface each other of the stationary core and the movable core is formed It is.
When the movable core is moved toward and away from the fixed core in this way, the shortest distance between the opposed surfaces of the fixed core and the movable core with respect to the amount of movement of the movable core moved toward and away from the fixed core. The amount of change in the separation distance can be made different (less). Thereby, when the position of the movable core is in the vicinity of the contact plate (contact switching region), the change in the attractive force of the electromagnet with respect to the change in the gap can be reduced. Thereby, since the change of the attractive force of the electromagnet with respect to the gap adjustment variation is reduced, the accuracy of the gap adjustment can be relaxed. Further, in the contact-on region where the movable core is separated from the fixed core, the attractive force of the electromagnet is increased, so that the number of turns of the coil can be reduced while maintaining the sound pressure level. Furthermore, the shape of the opposing surface of a fixed core and a movable core can be made into a simple shape. Therefore, the cost and weight of the vehicle horn can be reduced. And since the gap can be made wider than the electromagnet of the conventional vehicle horn, the vehicle horn that emits an excellent sound quality alarm sound without collision between the stationary core and the movable core of the electromagnet Can be provided.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said 2nd opposing surface part has opposed in the direction orthogonal to the contact / separation moving direction of the said movable core with respect to the said fixed core .
Thereby, the shape of the opposing surface of a fixed core and a movable core is simplified, it becomes possible to reduce the manufacturing cost of a fixed core and a movable core, and a fixed core and a movable core can be shape-processed with high precision.
In addition, in at least one of the fixed core and the movable core, an angle formed by the first facing surface portion and the second facing surface portion continuous with the first facing surface portion is greater than 90 °. Preferably it is formed .
As a result, the rate of change in the attractive force of the electromagnet with respect to the change in the gap (core gap) can be reduced, the accuracy of gap adjustment can be relaxed, and the contact plate can be tuned more easily. .
Moreover, it is preferable that the shortest separation distance change amount difference portion is formed at a plurality of locations in the facing surfaces of the fixed core and the movable core.
As a result, the rate of change in the attractive force of the electromagnet with respect to the amount of change in the gap in the contact switching area can be made more gradual, and tuning of the alarm sound in the vehicle horn is further facilitated.
By adopting the configuration of the vehicle horn according to the present invention, it is possible to make the change amount of the shortest separation distance change amount difference portion on the facing surface different from the movement amount of the movable core with respect to the fixed core (to a smaller amount). it can. That is, when the position of the movable core is in the vicinity of the contact plate (contact switching region), the amount of change in the attractive force of the electromagnet with respect to the change in the gap can be reduced. As described above, it is possible to provide a low-cost vehicle horn that is convenient and space-saving and has excellent sound quality.
Hereinafter, embodiments of a vehicle horn according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a
Although the
The
An
The configuration of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the
The positions of the
Further, the
By winding the
Further, the strength of the
The
Moreover, the
The facing surface of the
Moreover, the opposing surface of the
It is known that the suction force is inversely proportional to the square of the separation distance between the separation distance between the facing surfaces of the
As shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, when the
Thereby, when the position of the
Further, in the contact-on region where the
Further, the range in which the shortest separation distance d1 in the plane portion orthogonal to the contact / separation direction of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the angle θ formed by the first facing surface portions 22C1 and 26A1 and the second facing surface portions 22C2 and 26A2 of the
Even in the form shown in FIG. 10, as shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, with respect to the movement amount (D 1 -d 1) in the direction in which the
By the way, the
The alarm sound of the
In this regard, in the present embodiment, the

By adopting the shape of the
By adopting such a configuration of the
Further, the outer
Although the form of the
Further, the concave and convex portions disposed on the opposing surfaces of the
Further, the protrusions formed on the
In FIGS. 10 and 11, the angle formed by the
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 12, the opposing surface of the
The
