Claims (4)
- アレイ段と、回路とを有する照明モジュールであって、
前記アレイ段は、
固体照明エレメントの少なくとも一つのアレイと、
前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイのための強度制御電圧の入力と、前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイの入力に電気的に接続された、可変抵抗電圧の出力とを有する可変抵抗器とを含み、
前記回路は、
前記可変抵抗器の前記出力に電気的に接続され、前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイの入力に接続された出力を有する電圧レギュレーターを有し、
前記電圧レギュレーターは、
前記可変抵抗器の前記出力に電気的に接続され、前記可変抵抗器の前記出力から前記可変抵抗電圧を受信する誤差増幅器と、
前記誤差増幅器に電気的に接続され、前記誤差増幅器から出力を受信するパルス幅変調発生器と、
前記パルス幅変調発生器に電気的に接続され、前記パルス幅変調発生器から電流パルスを受信し、前記固体照明エレメントの前記アレイの前記入力に接続された前記出力を有し、前記アレイ用のアレイ電圧を出力する電力回路と、を含み、
前記誤差増幅器は、前記可変抵抗器の前記可変抵抗電圧と、前記電力回路の前記アレイ電圧とを入力として受信して、前記可変抵抗電圧と前記アレイ電圧とを加算する加算増幅器を含むことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 前記可変抵抗器は、電界効果トランジスタ、バイポーラトランジスタ、およびデジタル電位差計の一つを含む請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記電圧レギュレーターは、降圧レギュレーター回路を含む請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。
- アレイ段と、回路とを有する照明モジュールであって、
前記アレイ段は、
固体発光エレメントの少なくとも一つのアレイと、
強度制御電圧の入力と、前記固体発光エレメントの前記アレイの入力に電気的に接続された、可変抵抗電圧の出力とを有する電界効果トランジスタと、を含み、
前記回路は、
前記電界効果トランジスタに電気的に接続された降圧レギュレーター回路を有し、
前記降圧レギュレーター回路は、
第1の入力で前記電界効果トランジスタの前記出力から前記可変抵抗電圧を受信するように配置された誤差増幅器と、
前記誤差増幅器に電気的に接続され、前記誤差増幅器から出力を受信するパルス幅変調発生器と、
前記パルス幅変調発生器に電気的に接続され、前記パルス幅変調発生器から電流パルスを受信する降圧電力段と、を含み、
前記降圧電力段の出力は、前記固体発光エレメントの前記アレイと、前記誤差増幅器の第2の入力とに電気的に接続され、前記アレイ用のアレイ電圧を出力し、
前記誤差増幅器は、前記電界効果トランジスタの前記可変抵抗電圧と、前記降圧電力段の前記アレイ電圧とを入力として受信して、前記可変抵抗電圧と前記アレイ電圧とを加算する加算増幅器を含むことを特徴とする照明モジュール。
