Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle vibration damping control device.
Conventionally, there has been proposed a vehicle vibration damping control device that improves the vibration damping effect against disturbance while matching the torque command value with the normative response (see Patent Document 1). In this apparatus, the first control block inputs a motor torque command value and calculates a first torque target value using a vehicle transfer characteristic modeled in advance. The second control block includes a model Gp (s) of the torque input to the vehicle and the motor angular velocity transfer characteristic Gp (s) and a bandpass filter H (s) having a frequency near the torsional vibration frequency of the vehicle as a center frequency A second torque target value is calculated by inputting a deviation between the detected value of the motor angular velocity and the estimated value of the motor angular velocity, having a filter having a characteristic of H (s) / Gp (s). The third control block has a motor angular velocity based on the first torque target value and the second torque target value subjected to the delay process in the
However, the vehicle vibration damping control device described in Patent Document 1 has the following problems. In other words, an angle error exists in an angle sensor (such as a resolver) used for detecting the motor angular velocity, and rotation speed vibration due to the angle error occurs. In order to reduce this rotational frequency vibration, filtering such as averaging is performed in the rotational frequency detection. In particular, conventionally, the filtering process is set so that sufficient filtering is performed in a high rotational speed region where the rotational speed fluctuation is large. For this reason, the delay (dead time) due to this filtering process becomes large, and the feedback gain has to be adjusted to be low in order to ensure the stability of the feedback loop system.
On the other hand, in the extremely low rotation range, torque ripple period disturbance due to synchronization of torque ripple corresponding to the mechanical angle of the motor and drive shaft torsional resonance frequency becomes apparent. For this reason, although it is desired to suppress the torque ripple period disturbance by feedback control, the feedback gain must be set low for the above reason, and the torque ripple period disturbance cannot be sufficiently suppressed.
The present invention has been made to solve such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to reduce vibrations for a vehicle that can reduce rotational frequency vibration and further suppress torque ripple cycle disturbance. It is to provide a control device.
The vehicle vibration damping control device according to the present invention performs a delay process based on a delay time corresponding to a delay element of the control system, with respect to the first torque target value calculated by the first torque target value calculating means. A delay processing means, a filtering means for applying a filtering process based on the delay time to the motor angular velocity detected by the angular velocity detection means, and a second torque target value calculated by the second torque target value calculation means. The delay processing means and the filtering means switch the delay time based on the vehicle speed, and the amplification means switches a predetermined gain based on the vehicle speed.
According to the present invention, since the delay time is switched based on the vehicle speed and the predetermined gain is switched, the delay time can be appropriately set in order to reduce the rotational speed vibration in a high rotational speed range where the rotational speed fluctuation becomes large. The predetermined gain can also be set appropriately to ensure the stability of the feedback loop due to the dead time. On the other hand, even in the low rotation range, the delay time and the predetermined gain can be made appropriate, and torque ripple period disturbance can be sufficiently suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the rotational frequency vibration and to further suppress the torque ripple period disturbance.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the

In addition, the vibration suppression control unit 3 includes a control block (amplifying unit) 39. The

FIG. 3 is a comparison diagram of control results between the vehicle vibration damping
As shown in FIG. 3A, in the control by the vehicle vibration damping control device described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2013-223374 in which the delay time L2 and the feedback gain Kfb are not switched, the drive shaft torque and the motor rotational speed are vibrated. I can see that
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3B, according to the control by the vehicle vibration damping
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a control result at the time of switching between the delay time L2 and the feedback gain Kfb in the vehicle vibration damping
As shown in FIG. 4A, when the delay time L2 and the feedback gain Kfb are switched simultaneously, instantaneous switching without hysteresis occurs, so switching chattering occurs (the chattering portion is indicated by hatching), and unnecessary feedback torque is generated. Has occurred. As a result, a stable system cannot be maintained.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4B, when a hysteresis is provided for switching between the delay time L2 and the feedback gain Kfb, a means for giving a linear gradient between the switching is used, so that unnecessary feedback torque is used. Does not occur. In addition, since the order in which the feedback gain and the dead time are switched after the stability margin is secured, a stable control system can be maintained.
Specifically, when the vehicle speed is lowered (that is, when the motor speed is lowered), the delay time L2 is first reduced by the
On the other hand, when the vehicle speed is increased (that is, when the motor speed is increased), the feedback gain Kfb is first reduced by the
In this way, according to the vehicle vibration damping
In addition, the delay time L2 is switched so as to decrease when the angular velocity is lowered, the feedback gain Kfb is switched so as to increase, and the delay time L2 is switched when the vehicle speed is increased, and the feedback gain Kfb is decreased. Therefore, in each case, it is possible to set an appropriate delay time L2 and feedback gain Kfb, thereby reducing the rotation speed vibration and further suppressing the torque ripple period disturbance.
In addition, the delay time L2 is decreased prior to the increase of the feedback gain Kfb when the angular velocity is decreasing, and the delay time L2 is increased after the feedback gain Kfb is decreased when the angular velocity is increasing. The order is defined so as to switch the gain Kfb and the dead time L2, and it is possible to provide a high-quality system that does not deteriorate the stability even during a temporary period before and after the switching.
As described above, the present invention has been described based on the embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
