軸受リングを形成するために、内面および外面を有する一般的な環形状を与えるように鋼ワッシャを機械加工するステップと、

機械加工ステップに続いて、軸受リングを熱処理するステップを含み、
熱処理ステップに続いて、既定の形状および既定の最終寸法を与えるために、軸受リングの内面および外面を修正するステップを含む。

Claims (3)
- 玉軸受の製造方法であって、
化学組成が質量パーセントで2.3%の炭素と、4.2%のクロムと、7%のモリブデンと、6.5%のタングステンと、10.5%のコバルトと、6.5%のバナジウムとを含む鋼粉末(10)を焼結して焼結鋼(12)を得るステップ(110)と、
軸受リング(18)を形成するために、前記焼結鋼(12)を成形するステップと、
を含み、
前記成形するステップが、
棒鋼(14)を形成するために、前記焼結鋼(12)を圧延するステップ(120)と、
その寸法が、作製すべき前記軸受リング(18)の既定の寸法と実質的に等しい鋼ワッシャ(16)を形成するために、前記棒鋼(14)を切断するステップ(130)と、
前記軸受リング(18)を形成するために、前記鋼ワッシャ(16)を機械加工して内面(18A)および外面(18B)を有する環状形状を与えるステップ(140)と、
を含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 機械加工ステップ(140)に続いて、前記軸受リング(18)を熱処理するステップ(150)を含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 熱処理ステップ(150)に続いて、前記軸受リング(18)の前記内面(18A)および前記外面(18B)を修正して既定の形状および既定の最終寸法を与えるステップを含む、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
