Description
The present invention relates to a method for suppressing temperature cracks in concrete, and more particularly to a method for suppressing temperature cracks in concrete in which the temperature of existing concrete is controlled in response to temperature changes in the newly installed concrete to suppress temperature cracks in the new concrete.
Conventionally, in concrete placement work for concrete structures where there is a concern about the occurrence of temperature cracks during concrete hardening, such as mass concrete, countermeasures for suppressing temperature cracks have been taken. As typical curing means, post-cooling such as pipe cooling and air cooling is known. For example, pipe cooling is a method of cooling concrete when the temperature rises by passing water or air through a pipe or the like previously piped after placing the new concrete. This measure is an effective measure for both external restraint and internal restraint as restraint conditions for generating cracks (
In the invention disclosed in
Therefore, a preheating technique has been proposed that relaxes the restraint on the new concrete by raising the temperature of the existing concrete when placing the new concrete on the existing concrete. Yes. In
Another preheating technique to increase the temperature of the existing concrete surface is to cover the existing concrete side with a mat that combines, for example, heat insulating material and heating wire, and then heat the top of the existing concrete where the mat cannot be laid. There is a method of increasing the concrete temperature by creating a space by covering the top of the concrete with a sheet or the like, and increasing the ambient temperature in the space. As a result, the temperature difference between the existing concrete and the new concrete is reduced to prevent the occurrence of temperature cracks in the new concrete.
However, in the invention disclosed in
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and to control the temperature of the existing concrete according to the temperature change of the new concrete to surely suppress the temperature crack of the new concrete. The object is to provide a method for suppressing temperature cracking of concrete.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a method for suppressing temperature cracking of concrete in a structure in which temperature cracking occurs in new concrete cast in tandem with the existing concrete, and is provided before the new concrete is cast. Heat the concrete, raise the concrete temperature of the existing concrete to the maximum temperature expected for the new concrete, and in the temperature drop process after the new concrete is placed, the cooling pipe in the new concrete and the heating pipe in the existing concrete The hot water heated through the cooling pipe is passed through the heating pipe so that the temperature drop speed of the new concrete and the temperature drop speed of the existing concrete are approximately equal, and the hot water temperature is Until the temperature reaches the specified temperature difference Circulated allowed, characterized in that the temperature is lower the new concrete and existing concrete.
This is a method for suppressing temperature cracking of concrete in a structure that causes temperature cracks in the new concrete cast in tandem with the existing concrete. It is assumed in the new concrete by supplying heat to the existing concrete before placing the new concrete. The existing concrete is expanded to the maximum expansion amount of the concrete, and in the temperature shrinking process after the new concrete is placed, the cooling pipe in the new concrete is connected to the heating pipe in the existing concrete, and the temperature shrinkage gradient of the new concrete The hot water heated through the cooling pipe is passed through the heating pipe so that the temperature shrinkage gradient of the existing concrete is approximately equal to the temperature of the existing concrete, and the hot water is heated until the hot water temperature becomes a predetermined temperature difference from the outside air temperature. Circulate new concrete and existing concrete The characterized in that the temperature is contracted.
In the above suppression method, it is preferable that the heat supply to the existing concrete is performed by using a cooling pipe that is piped and used in the existing concrete as a heating pipe and allowing hot water to flow through the pipe.
It is preferable to measure the temperature of existing concrete, measure the amount of expansion, measure strain, and measure the temperature of new concrete, collect each data, and then sequentially analyze and control the temperature of the existing concrete based on each data.
As described above, according to the present invention, the temperature and the amount of expansion of the existing concrete are managed according to the temperature change of the new concrete to suppress the temperature crack of the new concrete. There is an effect that cracks can be reliably reduced.
Hereinafter, the process of one embodiment of the method for suppressing temperature cracking of concrete according to the present invention and the control of the concrete temperature in each process will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a construction sequence diagram schematically showing a construction example in which the concrete temperature cracking suppressing method of the present invention is applied to a concrete wall structure. The figure shows a concrete structure wall body having a large amount of concrete cast for one lift and having a high possibility of occurrence of temperature cracks. The wall body of the n-th stage (hereinafter, i-th lift wall body i (i = 1)). ˜n).) The case of stacking and placing is shown. As shown in the figure, the new concrete (wall i) is placed on the existing concrete (wall (i-1)) with a predetermined curing period.
The conventional technology shown in FIGS. 11 (a) to 11 (c) with respect to the generation behavior and mechanism of the thermal crack at this time, taking as an example the construction process for constructing the
The concrete temperature cracking suppression method of the present invention has the following technical features in order to realize suppression of temperature cracking of the target concrete.
(1) Before placing the new concrete, it is assumed in the new concrete by reusing the cooling pipe used for the curing of the concrete that will be the existing concrete as a heating pipe and supplying heat to the new concrete Warm the existing concrete to the maximum temperature, or pay attention to the expansion amount as another control factor and warm the existing concrete to expand according to the maximum thermal expansion amount of the new concrete.
(2) When the temperature of the new concrete drops after placing, the water heated through the cooling pipe of the new concrete is passed through the heating pipe of the existing concrete and circulated, and the new and existing concrete are kept at the same temperature. The temperature is lowered with a gradient.
(3) Measure the temperature of existing concrete, measure the total horizontal expansion, measure strain, and measure the temperature of new concrete, collect each data, and based on that information, analyze and control the temperature of the existing concrete one after another .
The cooling pipe piped in the above-mentioned existing concrete is a pipe route set according to the shape, scale, required cooling effect, etc. of the target structure, and smoothly the route from the feed side to the return side As long as the layout can be circulated, either horizontal piping or vertical piping may be used.
The technical features of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the respective drawings in FIG.
(A) Temperature cracking by making the rise temperature (Tc 1 ) or maximum expansion strain εexpc 1 of existing concrete due to heat supply substantially equal to the maximum temperature (Tc 2 max) or maximum expansion strain εexpc 2 max of new concrete due to heat generation Suppress.
Here, in the present invention, the temperature crack index Icr (t) defined by the following equation is adopted as an index for suppressing the temperature crack.
Temperature crack index Icr (t) = ft (t) / σt (t)
Where σt (t): Maximum value of temperature stress in new concrete at age t days ft (t): Tensile strength of new concrete at age t days In the present invention, the required level of temperature crack index Icr (t) Accordingly, it is preferable to set the set value (temperature) of Tc 1 with respect to Tc 2 max in the following three stages.
(1) Tc 1 = Tc 2 max
In this case, before the new concrete is placed, the existing concrete is warmed and heated by passing hot water of a predetermined temperature through the already installed cooling pipe, and the existing concrete is installed before the thermal expansion of the new concrete is maximized. Ensure that the concrete produces the same amount of thermal expansion. As a control factor for the temperature crack at this time, either the concrete temperature or the thermal expansion amount may be used.
(2) Tc 1 > Tc 2 max
When it is necessary to set a large safety factor in the temperature cracking index, it is preferable to make the concrete temperature of the existing concrete larger than the maximum temperature of the new concrete (which can be obtained by a prior temperature analysis). In this case, a slight prestress is introduced into the newly installed concrete when the temperature drops, and the probability of occurrence of temperature cracks can be further reduced.
(3) Tc 1 <Tc 2 max
When external factors such as weather conditions are good, temperature cracking can be suppressed even if the temperature setting of the existing concrete is set lower than the assumed maximum temperature of the new concrete.
(B) The temperature drop rate (temperature gradient: ΔTc 1 ) or shrinkage gradient (Δεsc 1 ) of the existing concrete heated to a predetermined temperature by heat supply, and the temperature drop rate (temperature gradient: ΔTc 2 ) of the new concrete during the hardening process. Alternatively, it is almost equal to the contraction gradient (Δεsc 2 ). For this purpose, after the concrete temperature of the new concrete exceeds the maximum temperature, the heated water circulated in the cooling pipe piped to the new concrete is circulated in the heating pipe of the existing concrete. By circulating hot water of the same temperature, the expansion amount in the vicinity of the boundary surface of each concrete is synchronized, and then the concrete temperature is gradually lowered, thereby reducing the external restraint by the existing concrete to the new concrete. The probability of occurrence of temperature cracks can be reduced.
FIG. 3 shows the elapsed days and member center temperature showing an embodiment in which the above-described method for suppressing temperature cracking of (A) and (B) is applied to concrete placement and temperature control in the structural model shown in FIG. It is the graph which showed the relationship with the change of. In the graph, the elapsed time indicating construction progress is applied as the horizontal axis, and the central temperature in the wall thickness direction of the
Hereinafter, the control process in one embodiment of the method for suppressing temperature cracking of (A) and (B) will be described with reference to FIG. The
Refer to each figure in Fig. 4 for the procedure for applying
(Step 1) Warm water is passed through the heating pipe of the existing concrete whose hardening has progressed and the concrete temperature has become steady, and heat is supplied to the existing concrete to thermally expand the existing concrete. As temperature control at that time, it is preferable that the temperature difference caused by the hot water is 20 ° C. or less. The temperature gradient is preferably about 15 ° C./6 hr. Due to the heat supply to the existing concrete, the amount of expansion on the upper surface of the existing concrete is made equal to the amount of thermal expansion on the lower surface of the concrete when the
(Step 2) Concrete placement of the
(Step 3) When the member center temperature of the
(Step 4) As shown in FIG. 4 (d-1), the cooling system of the
After the above construction steps are completed, the heating pipe in the existing concrete corresponding to the

Hereinafter, the result of the temperature cracking behavior analysis by the three-dimensional finite element method analysis for confirming the effect of the method for suppressing temperature cracking of concrete according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 5 shows an analysis model mesh diagram of the three-dimensional finite element method analysis. The structure on which the analysis model mesh diagram is based is assumed to be a reinforced concrete L-shaped retaining wall having a wall height of about 13 m. As an analysis of the method for suppressing temperature cracks according to the present invention, the wall portion has a three-stage casting lift (each lift height 4.4 m, wall thickness 1.5 m) in order to perform a step-by-step analysis in consideration of construction steps. It is assumed that it will be constructed by concrete placement. In addition, the boundary condition is set as an analysis model for the extension 20 m as a 1/2 model in the width direction.
