Description
プロフィルレールの平坦な下側を形成した支持面と、
それぞれが側方の開口を有し、前記開口が互いに反対方向に面している、第1及び第2の収容空間と、
プロフィルレールの下側とは反対側に面した開口を有し、前記開口は、仮想中央平面に対して鏡面対称でありかつそのそれぞれの自由端部において内方へ屈曲された2つのウェブによって形成されている、T字形のスロットの形式の第1の収容空間と、
支持面と、第1、第2及び第3の収容空間とによって形成された、全ての側において包囲された、第1の矩形の中央の中空空間と、
第3の収容空間の両側に配置されかつそれぞれが第1及び第2の収容空間のうちの一方に隣接している、全ての側において包囲された、第2の中空の横方向空間と、を有するプロフィルレールに関する。
ねじ穴を有するヘッドプレートと、
ヘッドプレートに横方向に配置された2つの脚部と、を備え、
前記ヘッドプレートとは反対側に面した前記脚部の端部は、プロフィルレールにおける屈曲部に係合するよう設計されたフックを有する、クリップホルダに関する。
直角の端部及び傾斜した端部を有する中間ウェブと、
傾斜した端部よりも直角の端部の近くで中間ウェブに取り付けられた第1のL字形延長部と、
直角の端部よりも傾斜した端部の近くで中間ウェブに取り付けられかつ第1のL字形延長部とは反対の中間ウェブの側に取り付けられた第2のL字形延長部とを有する、クロスコネクタに関する。
本発明による複数のプロフィルレールと、
フックがプロフィルレールにおける屈曲部に対して相補的な形状を有する、本発明による複数のクリップホルダと、を備え、
複数のクリップホルダは、プロフィルレールの第3の収容空間に挿入され、クリップホルダのフックはプロフィルレールにおける屈曲部に係合し、ねじ穴に挿入されたねじによって保持部材がクリップホルダに固定される、ソーラーモジュール用の取付けシステムに関する。

Claims (10)
- プロフィルレールであって、断面図で見て、
前記プロフィルレールの全幅にわたって連続的に延在する水平な下面を有する下側を形成した支持面と、
それぞれが側方の開口を有し、前記開口が互いに反対方向に面している、第1及び第2の収容空間と、
前記プロフィルレールの前記下側とは反対側に面した開口を有し、該開口は、仮想中央平面に対して鏡面対称でありかつそのそれぞれの自由端部において内方へ屈曲された2つのウェブによって形成されている、T字形のスロットの形式の第3の収容空間と、
前記支持面と、前記第1、第2及び第3の収容空間とによって形成された、全ての側において包囲された、第1の矩形の中央の中空空間と、
前記第3の収容空間の両側に配置されかつそれぞれが前記第1及び第2の収容空間のうちの一方に隣接している、全ての側において包囲された、第1及び第2の側方の中空空間と、を有することを特徴とする、プロフィルレール。 - 前記支持面の上方の前記第1の中央の矩形の中空空間の高さが、前記支持面の上方の前記第1及び第2の収容空間の高さよりも大きく、これにより、前記第1の中央の中空空間がそれぞれの側において前記第1及び第2の側方の中空空間と重なり合っている、請求項1記載のプロフィルレール。
- 前記第1及び第2の収容空間がそれぞれ、T字形スロットの形式である、請求項1又は2記載のプロフィルレール。
- 全体又は一部に歯形プロフィルを有する側方外壁を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のプロフィルレール。
- クリップホルダであって、
ねじ穴を有するヘッドプレートと、
該ヘッドプレートに横方向に配置された2つの脚部と、を備え、
前記ヘッドプレートとは反対側に面した前記脚部の端部は、屈曲部に係合するよう設計されたフックを有しており、前記各脚部の内側にはウェブが内側に向けて設けられていて、前記ねじ穴を通って前記ウェブまで延びるねじが該ウェブ及び前記各脚部を支持しており、前記フックは、それぞれの脚部の内側に向かって内方に、水平に対して15°の角度だけ傾斜していることを特徴とする、クリップホルダ。 - 前記ヘッドプレートは、平面図で見て正方形である、請求項5記載のクリップホルダ。
- クロスコネクタであって、該クロスコネクタは、断面図で見て、
一定の厚みで延在する端部及び先細に厚みが減少している端部を有する中間ウェブと、
前記先細に厚みが減少している端部よりも前記一定の厚みで延在する端部の近くで前記中間ウェブに取り付けられた第1のL字形延長部と、
前記一定の厚みで延在する端部よりも前記先細に厚みが減少している端部の近くで前記中間ウェブに取り付けられかつ前記第1のL字形延長部とは反対の中間ウェブの側に取り付けられた第2のL字形延長部とを有することを特徴とする、クロスコネクタ。 - ソーラーモジュール用の取付けシステムであって、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の複数のプロフィルレールと、
フックがプロフィルレールにおける屈曲部に対して相補的な形状を有する、請求項5又は6記載の複数のクリップホルダと、を備え、
該複数のクリップホルダは、前記プロフィルレールの第3の収容空間に挿入され、前記クリップホルダの前記フックは前記プロフィルレールにおける前記屈曲部に係合し、ねじ穴に挿入されたねじによって、2つの隣接するソーラーモジュールを保持するための保持部材がクリップホルダに固定されることを特徴とする、ソーラーモジュール用の取付けシステム。 - 少なくとも2つのプロフィルレールが互いに垂直に配置されており、請求項7記載のクロスコネクタが、第1のL字形延長部でもって一方のプロフィルレールの第1又は第2の収容空間に収容され、かつ第2のプロフィルレールの第3の収容空間に挿入されたクリップホルダにねじによって第2のL字形延長部を使用することによって固定される、請求項8記載の取付けシステム。
- 少なくとも2つのプロフィルレールは、2つのプロフィルレールの第1の中央中空空間に収容された望遠鏡型コネクタを介して互いに結合されている、請求項8又は9記載の取付けシステム。
