Description
Claims (21)
- 選ばれた処置の間に使用される医療器具システムであって、
第1の端部から第2の端部へ延在するカニューレ状部材であって、少なくとも金属材料から作られるカニューレ状部材と、
前記第1の端部、第2の端部および前記カニューレ状部材の内壁に接着されて固定された生体適合性のあるライナ部材と
を備え、
前記接着され固定された生体適合性のあるライナ部材は、前記カニューレ状部材の第1端から第2端まで延在し、前記カニューレ状部材の前記第1端の周囲に延在し、該第1端に接着され固定された第1のライナ延長部と、前記カニューレ状部材の前記第2端の周囲に延在し、該第2端に接着され固定された第2のライナ延長部とを備え、
前記生体適合性のあるライナ部材は、前記カニューレ状部材に接着されて固定されたとき、前記カニューレ状部材からの金属破片が、前記ライナ部材の使用時に前記カニューレ状部材の外に出ることを抑制する、医療器具システム。 - 選ばれた処置の間に使用される医療器具システムの製造方法であって、前記医療器具システムが、
第1の端部から第2の端部へ延在するカニューレ状部材であって、少なくとも金属材料から作られるカニューレ状部材と、
前記第1の端部、第2の端部および前記カニューレ状部材の内壁に接合されて固定された生体適合性のあるライナ部材と
を備え、
前記接合され固定された生体適合性のあるライナ部材は、前記カニューレ状部材の第1端から第2端まで延在し、前記カニューレ状部材の前記第1端の周囲に延在し、該第1端に接合され固定された第1のライナ延長部と、前記カニューレ状部材の前記第2端の周囲に延在し、該第2端に接合され固定された第2のライナ延長部とを備え、
前記生体適合性のあるライナ部材は、前記カニューレ状部材に接合されて固定されたとき、前記カニューレ状部材からの金属破片が、前記ライナ部材の使用時に前記カニューレ状部材の外に出ることを抑制し、
前記ライナ部材は、前記ライナ部材と前記カニューレ状部材との間で加熱加圧接合される、システムの製造方法。 - 前記カニューレ状部材は、
第1の金属チューブから形成される第1のカニューレ状部材と、
前記第1のカニューレ状部材の一端部に少なくとも部分的に挿入される、第2の金属チューブから形成される第2のカニューレ状部材と
を含み、
前記カニューレ状部材全体の内径は、前記第1のカニューレ状部材および前記第2のカニューレ状部材によって画定され、
前記ライナ部材は、前記第1のカニューレ状部材の第1の内壁および前記第2のカニューレ状部材の第2の内壁の双方に配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 追跡装置をさらに備え、
前記追跡装置は、前記第2のカニューレ状部材に取り付けられ、
前記第2のカニューレ状部材は、前記第1のカニューレ状部材よりも硬い、請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 追跡システムをさらに備え、
前記追跡システムは、前記追跡装置の位置を求めるように構成される、請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記追跡システムと表示装置とを含むナビゲーションシステムをさらに備え、
前記ナビゲーションシステムは、対象に対する前記追跡装置の前記求められた位置を図示するように構成される、請求項5に記載のシステム。 - 前記カニューレ状部材は少なくともアルミニウム材料から作られ、
前記アルミニウムは可鍛性および屈曲性を有し、
前記ライナ部材はポリマー材料から作られる、請求項1、3から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記カニューレ状部材の外壁は、前記ライナ部材または別の部材から作られた外側部材によって覆われている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のカニューレ状部材は前記第1のカニューレ状部材に挿入され、前記ライナ部材は、前記第2のカニューレ状部材の前記第1の端部から前記第1のカニューレ状部材の前記第2の端部へ延在するとともに、前記第2のカニューレ状部材の前記第1の端部の周囲に延在する前記第1のライナ延長部と前記第1のカニューレ状部材の前記第2の端部の周囲に延在する前記第2のライナ延長部とを含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 医療器具システムを形成する方法であって、
第1の部材端部から第2の部材端部へ延在するカニューレ状部材を準備するステップであって、前記カニューレ状部材は少なくとも第1の金属材料から作られるステップと、
生体適合性のあるライナ部材を、前記第1の部材端部、第2の部材端部および前記カニューレ状部材の内壁に接着して固定するステップとを備え、
前記生体適合性のあるライナ部材が第1のライナの端部から第2のライナの端部へ延び、
接着して固定された生体適合性のあるライナ部材が、前記カニューレ状部材の第1の部材端部の周囲に延在し、該第1の部材端部に接着され固定された第1のライナ延長部と、前記カニューレ状部材の第2の部材端部の周囲に延在し、該第2の部材端部に接着され固定された第2のライナ延長部とを有し、
前記生体適合性のあるライナ部材は、前記カニューレ状部材に接着されて固定されたとき、前記カニューレ状部材から生じた金属破片が、前記生体適合性のあるライナ部材の使用時に、前記カニューレ状部材の外に出ることを抑制している、方法。 - 前記カニューレ状部材を準備するステップは、第1のカニューレ状部材に挿入される第2のカニューレ状部材を準備するステップを含み、前記第1のカニューレ状部材および前記第2のカニューレ状部材は単一の内部孔を画定する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のカニューレ状部材を形成する前記第1の金属材料よりも硬い第2の金属材料から作られた前記第2のカニューレ状部材を準備するステップ
を備える、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の金属材料はアルミニウムを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記準備された生体適合性のあるライナ部材を、前記カニューレ状部材の前記内壁に接着して固定するステップは、前記生体適合性のあるライナ部材を前記第1のカニューレ状部材の第1の内壁および前記第2のカニューレ状部材の第2の内壁の双方に接着するステップを含む、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記準備された生体適合性のあるライナ部材を、前記カニューレ状部材の前記内壁に接着するステップは、
前記生体適合性のあるライナ部材を前記カニューレ状部材内に配置するステップと、
前記生体適合性のあるライナ部材に加圧して、前記生体適合性のあるライナ部材の外壁を前記第1の内壁および前記第2の内壁に接触させ、前記生体適合性のあるライナ部材を前記カニューレ状部材に接着して固定するステップと
を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記ライナ部材に加圧して、前記ライナ部材の外壁を前記第1の内壁および前記第2の内壁に接触させるステップの間に、前記カニューレ状部材を加熱するステップ
をさらに備える、請求項14または15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ライナ部材を前記カニューレ状部材内に配置するステップの前に、前記第1の内壁および前記第2の内壁にエッチング加工するステップ
をさらに備える、請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ライナ部材を前記カニューレ状部材内に配置するステップの前に、前記第1の内壁および前記第2の内壁を研磨するステップ
をさらに備える、請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ポリエーテルブロックアミド、直鎖低密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンホモポリマーの少なくとも1つから作られた前記ライナ部材を準備するステップ
を備える、請求項10から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ライナ部材を、前記第1の部材端部および前記第2の部材端部の少なくとも一方の近傍の、前記カニューレ状部材の外壁の少なくとも一部分に接着するステップ
をさらに備える、請求項10から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 外部粘着性材料と内部滑性材料の同時押し出し体として形成された前記ライナ部材を準備するステップ
を備え、
前記準備されたライナ部材を、前記カニューレ状部材の前記内壁に接着するステップは、前記外部粘着性材料を前記カニューレ状部材の前記内壁に接触させるステップを含む、
請求項10に記載の方法。
