Description
The present invention relates to a folding packaging box formed of a plate member such as a hollow plate material or cardboard made of synthetic resin, and in particular, a folding type suitably used for a return box that is used repeatedly, a moving storage box, and the like. Related to packaging boxes.
In general, a folding packaging box is used as a returnable box or a moving storage box.
This type of foldable packaging box is a so-called mandarin orange box type in which the bottom and top surfaces of a rectangular cylindrical box are closed by a flap by assembling and assembling a single plate-like member formed of cardboard or the like. A packaging box called “Formula A” is well known.
In addition, corrugated cardboard is generally used as the plate-like member that constitutes the packaging box, but paper material such as cardboard other than corrugated cardboard, synthetic resin material such as plastic corrugated board, and synthetic resin bubble board made of core material In addition, a hollow plate or a hollow panel in which a plate-like member is bonded to the surface of a honeycomb structure is also used.
Here, this type of foldable packaging box is assembled into a box shape at the time of use, and when not in use, the box is folded into a flat shape for storage and transportation. For example, a packaging box used as a returnable box can be used to return the item to a transfer source such as a shipping office in order to store the item again after the item is transferred from the transfer source to the transfer destination. When returned to a storage, etc., and collected and stored, it is required that the box be folded to reduce the volume.
However, in the case of the A-type packaging box described above, the flaps for closing the top and bottom surfaces of the box at the upper and lower edges of the four side walls constituting the cylindrical storage space of the box, respectively. Therefore, the flaps are largely overhanging on the upper edge and the lower edge of the folded side wall, and the folded state cannot be made compact.
Therefore, in order to make the folded state of the A-type packaging box smaller and more compact, two opposing side wall portions and respective flaps connected to the upper and lower edges thereof are connected to the inner side of the box. A packaging box that can be folded is proposed.
According to such a packaging box, since the pair of side wall portions and the upper and lower flaps can be folded in two and folded inside the box, the packaging can be made compact in this folded state, and can be made compact when not in use. Storage and transportation of the packaging box can be simplified.
Examples of such a conventional folding packaging box include those disclosed in
However, the conventional foldable packaging box as described above has been able to reduce the folded state, but there is a method for collectively storing and transporting the folded state of the folded packaging boxes. There wasn't.
For this reason, a plurality of boxes in a folded and volume-reduced state are bundled using, for example, a binding tool, or a single large-sized box for storing a plurality of folded boxes in a stack is prepared separately. There was a disadvantage in efficient storage and transportation.
The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-described conventional problems, and enables the same (same shape / same size) packaging box in a folded state to be stored in the assembled packaging box. Therefore, it is possible to store and transport the folded packaging box easily and efficiently without the need for a storage box or binding tool for storing the packaging box when not in use. An object of the present invention is to provide a foldable packaging box suitable for a storage box.

Examples of the material resin of the bubble board (hollow plate material) 100 described above include, for example, polyolefin resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene, polystyrene resins such as polystyrene, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate, and polyamide resins such as nylon. Examples thereof include resins.
However, these are not particularly limited, and other synthetic resins and materials can of course be used.
[Folding part]
The above-described
Hereinafter, the specific structure of the
The
A cut (half cut) may be made when forming the folded
Here, FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the
As shown in these drawings, in a portion where there is no

As a result, the
Moreover, in order to further increase the strength of the folded
At this time, if the

In addition to the
FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the bubble board 100 (panel) corresponding to FIG. 8 described above, in which a V-shaped processed
The V-shaped
In addition, the V-shaped
When the V-shaped processed
Actually, it is possible to obtain a
Further, by providing such a V-shaped
For example, by providing the V-shaped processed

As described above, according to the

Thus, according to the
Furthermore, the
As mentioned above, although the preferred embodiment was shown and demonstrated about the folding packaging box of this invention, the folding packaging box of this invention is not limited only to embodiment mentioned above, Various in the range of this invention It goes without saying that changes can be made.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, as a hollow plate material to be a plate-like member that forms a folding packaging box according to the present invention, a bubble board provided with a cap sheet having a large number of caps as a core material has been described as an example. The hollow plate material for forming the folding packaging box of the present invention is not limited to the bubble board, and other hollow plate materials, hollow panels and the like can be used. For example, instead of the bubble board, a hollow plate material in which the core material is formed in a honeycomb structure, a hollow plate material in which the core material is formed in a corrugated board shape (so-called plastic step), or the like can be used.
Of course, paper cardboard or cardboard can be used.
Moreover, in embodiment mentioned above, although the cap sheet used as the core material of a hollow plate material is provided only one layer, a cap sheet can also be provided with two or more layers. For example, two layers of cap sheets can be laminated to form a core material.
In that case, it is preferable to arrange | position each cap sheet | seat so that protrusion top surface side may oppose. In this way, the protrusions of the two-layer cap sheet can be sealed and sealed by the back sheet and the liner sheet, respectively, and the protrusions of the two-layer cap sheet can function as bubbles.
Moreover, it is also possible to provide a plurality of layers for the exterior material composed of the back sheet and the liner sheet. Further, the exterior material can be formed of a metal plate, or the exterior material can be coated by laminating a resin layer or the like on the surface of the exterior material.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be suitably used as a packaging box formed of a plate member such as a hollow plate material made of synthetic resin or cardboard, for example, a storage box for moving or a returnable box.
