図5は、本実施形態の変形例1に係る犠牲陽極パネルを鋼材に取り付けた場合の図2に示すB1−B2線断面図である。上述した本実施形態と同じ部材には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。本実施形態の変形例1に係る犠牲陽極パネル1は、頭部のないスタットボルト5ではなく、頭部5n1のあるボルト5Bで固定されている。
図6は、本実施形態の変形例2に係る犠牲陽極パネルの平面部分拡大図である。上述した本実施形態と同じ部材には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。
図7は、本実施形態の変形例3に係る犠牲陽極パネルの平面部分拡大図である。上述した本実施形態と同じ部材には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。

以上説明した、本実施形態の犠牲陽極パネル1について、評価者は、大気暴露試験を行った。大気暴露試験の試験方法は、以下の通りである。
消耗量は大気暴露試験後に腐食生成物を除去し、大気暴露試験前後の質量の差分から求められた。腐食生成物はJIS規格(Z2371)に基づき、煮沸したリン酸クロム酸混合溶液中で除去された。消耗形態は、腐食生成物を除去された後に、保湿材3が接触する取付面を対象として、デジタルカメラとマイクロスコープ(キーエンス製 VHX−1000)を用いて観察された。得られた試験結果は、下記表1に示されている。

Claims (4)
- 鉄よりもイオン化傾向の大きい金属材料を含み、保湿性を有する保湿材を介して鋼材に取り付けられる取付面と、前記取付面と反対側の外表面とを有する板材であって、
前記取付面と前記外表面との間を貫通するボルト挿入用の固定孔を有し、
前記金属材料は、亜鉛とアルミニウムとからなる合金であって、亜鉛が2質量%以上7質量%以下であり、アルミニウムが残部であることを特徴とする犠牲陽極パネル。 - 前記金属材料は、亜鉛とアルミニウムとからなる合金であって、亜鉛が3質量%以上6.5質量%以下であり、アルミニウムが残部である請求項1に記載の犠牲陽極パネル。
- 前記取付面と前記外表面との間を貫通する複数の水分導入用孔をさらに有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の犠牲陽極パネル。
- 前記固定孔は、平面視で長孔であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の犠牲陽極パネル。
