Description
Claims (2)
- アルミニウムめっき鋼板の溶接領域におけるアルミニウムからなるめっき層をアルカリ溶液で除去した前処理済みアルミニウムめっき鋼板を形成する第1工程と、
前記前処理済みアルミニウムめっき鋼板の前記溶接領域に鋼材からなる他部材を溶接して一体とする第2工程と
を備え、
前記第1工程では、前記溶接領域に開口を有するマスクを用いて前記溶接領域のめっき層をアルカリ溶液で除去し、
前記第1工程では、複数の前記アルミニウムめっき鋼板の各々の間に前記マスクをスペーサとして配置して前記溶接領域以外に前記スペーサを当接させて束ね、前記溶接領域を含み、一部の前記スペーサの配置領域までをアルカリ溶液に浸漬することで、前記溶接領域のめっき層をアルカリ溶液で除去することを特徴とするアルミニウムめっき鋼板の溶接方法。 - 請求項1記載のアルミニウムめっき鋼板の溶接方法において、
前記第1工程では、
第1のアルミニウムめっき鋼板の溶接領域のめっき層をアルカリ溶液で除去した第1の前処理済みアルミニウムめっき鋼板、および前記他部材である第2のアルミニウムめっき鋼板の溶接領域のめっき層をアルカリ溶液で除去した第2の前処理済みアルミニウムめっき鋼板を形成し、
前記第2工程では、前記第1の前処理済みアルミニウムめっき鋼板と前記第2の前処理済みアルミニウムめっき鋼板との各々溶接領域を突き合わせレーザ溶接により溶接し、前記第1の前処理済みアルミニウムめっき鋼板と前記第2の前処理済みアルミニウムめっき鋼板と一体としたテーラード・ウェルデッド・ブランクを形成する
ことを特徴とするアルミニウムめっき鋼板の溶接方法。
