Claims (10)
- 電子制御式ターボ機械であって、
第1の端部に結合されたタービンホイールおよび第2の端部に固定されたコンプレッサホイールを有する回転シャフトであって、前記回転シャフトの一部分は前記タービンホイールと前記コンプレッサホイールとの間に延在し、前記回転シャフトは第1、第2、および第3の軸方向部分を画定し、前記第2の軸方向部分は前記第1の軸方向部分と前記第3の軸方向部分との間に位置し、前記第2の軸方向部分は前記第1の軸方向部分および前記第3の軸方向部分の外径よりも小さな外径を有する、回転シャフトと、
前記タービンホイールを覆って配置されたタービンハウジング部分と、
前記コンプレッサホイールを覆って配置されたコンプレッサハウジング部分と、
前記タービン部分と前記コンプレッサ部分との間に位置する電気機械と
を備え、
前記電気機械は、ロータおよびステータを含み、
前記ロータは、前記回転シャフト上の一部分に配置され、前記回転シャフトの前記第1の軸方向部分および前記第3の軸方向部分に固定される、ターボ機械。 - 電子制御式ターボ機械であって、
ロータを有する電気機械と、
第1の端部に結合されたホイールを有し、前記電気機械の前記ロータと対合する軸方向部分を有する回転シャフトであって、前記軸方向部分が
第1の直径を有する第1の軸方向部分、
第2の直径を有する第2の軸方向部分、および
第3の直径を有する第3の軸方向部分
を有する回転シャフトと
を備え、
前記第2の軸方向部分は、前記第1の軸方向部分と前記第3の軸方向部分との間に位置し、
前記第2の直径は、前記第1および第3の直径よりも小さく、
前記ホイールは、タービンホイールおよびコンプレッサホイールのうちの一方である、ターボ機械。 - 前記第1の軸方向部分は、前記第3の軸方向部分よりも前記ホイールから遠く、
前記第3の直径は、前記第1の直径と実質的に等しい、請求項2に記載のターボ機械。 - 前記ロータの内径は、前記ロータの長さの少なくとも大部分に沿って均一であり、
前記第1の軸方向部分に沿って、前記ロータと前記回転シャフトの間にスリップフィットおよびプレスフィットのうちの一方が存在し、
前記第3の軸方向部分に沿って、前記ロータと前記回転シャフトの間にスリップフィットおよびプレスフィットのうちの一方が存在する、請求項3に記載のターボ機械。 - 前記ロータは、電子ビーム溶接、レーザ溶接、タングステン不活性ガス溶接、超音波溶接、および前記ロータに対して前記回転シャフトを回転させることによる摩擦溶接のうちの1つによって前記回転シャフトに取り付けられている、請求項2に記載のターボ機械。
- 前記回転シャフトの前記第1の端部に結合されたホイールは、タービンホイールであり、
前記ターボ機械は、前記回転シャフトの第2の端部に結合されたコンプレッサホイールをさらに備え、前記ロータは前記タービンホイールと前記コンプレッサホイールとの間に位置する、請求項2に記載のターボ機械。 - 前記回転シャフトは、前記第3の軸方向部分と前記ホイールとの間に位置するストッパーを有し、
前記ストッパーは、前記第3の軸方向部分よりも大きい直径を有し、
前記ストッパーは、前記回転シャフト上で軸方向について前記ロータの位置を定める、請求項2に記載のターボ機械。 - 前記回転シャフトは、前記第1の軸方向部分に近接するねじ部分を有し、
前記ターボ機械は、前記回転シャフトの前記ねじ部分と係合されて前記ロータを前記ストッパーに対して当接させるナットをさらに備える、請求項7に記載のターボ機械。 - 前記回転シャフトは、前記第1の軸方向部分に近接するねじ部分を有し、
前記ロータの内表面は、前記回転シャフトに関連付けられた前記ねじ部分と係合するねじ部分を有し、
前記ロータは、前記ストッパーに当接する、請求項7に記載のターボ機械。 - 前記ホイールは、タービンホイールであり、
前記ターボ機械は、前記回転シャフトの第2の端部に結合されたコンプレッサホイールをさらに備え、
前記ロータは、前記タービンホイールと前記コンプレッサホイールとの間に位置し、
前記第3の軸方向部分に沿って前記回転シャフトと前記ロータとの間にプレスフィットが存在する、請求項2に記載のターボ機械。
