Description
この構成によれば、継手機能部を介してスリーブと配管とを容易に連結することができる。
図1に示すように、弁装置1はガスタンク2に取り付けられている。ガスタンク2には高圧(例えば、70MPa程度)の水素ガスが充填されている。弁装置1は、電磁弁3と、電磁弁3を収容するボディ5とを備えている。電磁弁3の一部はボディ5の一側面50から露出している。ボディ5から露出した電磁弁3の一部はカバー4により覆われている。カバー4はボルト6によってボディ5に固定されている。
弁装置1では、電磁弁3のコイル35bに駆動電流が供給されていない場合、コイルスプリング33の付勢力及び水素ガスの圧力により弁体32が弁座37に着座している。したがって、スリーブ30の流路30cは閉じた状態となるため、スリーブ30の先端部30aから水素ガスが送出されない。
(1)本実施形態の弁装置1では、スリーブ30における弁体32の下流側の先端部30aがボディ5から露出しているため、スリーブ30の先端部30aに配管7を連結することができる。これにより、スリーブ30及び配管7の連結部分をボディ5の外部に位置させることができる。よって、スリーブ30の先端部30aを通過した水素ガスがボディ5の開口部55とスリーブ30との間の隙間から入り込み難くなるため、スリーブ30とボディ5との間に設けられるシール部材43に逆圧や急減圧が加わり難くなる。結果的に、シール部材43に加わる負担を軽減することができる。
・上記実施形態では、スリーブ30の回り止めを行うべく、収容孔52の内壁の一部及びスリーブ30の外壁の一部を長円状に形成したが、それらを多角状(例えば六角状)等に形成してもよい。要は、収容孔52の内壁及びスリーブ30の外壁がスリーブ30の周方向において互いに係合可能な形状をそれぞれ有していればよい。
・シール部材42,43にはOリング以外のシール部材を用いてもよい。
次に、上記実施形態及びその変形例から把握できる技術的思想について追記する。
(イ)前記ボディにおける前記スリーブの収容される収容孔の内壁及び前記スリーブの外壁は、前記スリーブの周方向において互いに係合可能な形状をそれぞれ有している弁装置。この構成によれば、スリーブのねじ溝に配管の締結部材を締め付ける際にスリーブがボディに対して相対回転し難くなるため、締結作業を容易に行うことができる。

- ガスの供給路を有するボディと、
前記ボディに収容される電磁弁と、を備え、
前記電磁弁は、
前記供給路に通じる流路を内部に有する筒状のスリーブと、
前記流路を開閉する開閉部と、
前記開閉部を開閉駆動させる駆動部と、を有し、
前記スリーブの外壁と前記ボディの内壁との間にはシール部材が配置され、
前記スリーブにおける前記開閉部の下流側の先端部が前記ボディから露出しており、
前記先端部には、配管を接続可能な継手機能部が設けられている弁装置。 - 前記継手機能部は、前記スリーブの先端部の外周面に形成されたねじ溝からなり、
前記ねじ溝は、前記配管に設けられる締結部材を締結可能に構成される
請求項1に記載の弁装置。
