Description
本出願は、2013年2月28日に中国国家知識産権局に出願された中国特許出願第201320091307.8号の利益を主張し、その開示の全体を参照によって本明細書に組み込む。
次いで、導電シートを、拡張された把持部分の中に挿入し、把持部分が導電端子を弾性的に把持するようにしてもよい。その結果、導電シートを導電端子に電気的に接続して、マイクロ電気信号の伝送の安定性および品質を改善することができる。さらに、操作部分は、導電シートの把持部分の中への挿入/そこからの引き出しのために、繰り返しかつ簡単に押しやることができる。
Claims (10)
- 導電シート(400)を板形状の導電端子(300)に電気的に接続するためのばねクリップ(100)であって、
前記ばねクリップ(100)は本体を有し、
前記本体は、単一のばね金属シートを曲げることによって形成され、かつ第1のアーム部(1)および第2のアーム部(2)を備えており
前記第1のアーム部(1)の自由端(11)が、前記第2のアーム部(2)に向かって延在して前記第2のアーム部(2)の一部とともに把持部分(3)を形成し、かつ、
前記第2のアーム部(2)の自由端が、前記把持部分(3)を越えて延在して前記把持部分(3)を拡張するための操作部分(21)を形成し、
開口部(4)が、前記把持部分(3)に対向する前記第1のアーム部(1)と前記第2のアーム部(2)との接続部分(5)に形成されることにより、前記導電端子(300)の端部を、前記開口部(4)を通して前記把持部分(3)の中に挿入し前記把持部分(3)によって弾性的に把持することができ、
内向きに延在する1対の制限部分(22)が前記第2のアーム部(2)上に形成され、
前記1対の制限部分(22)が前記第2のアーム部(2)の変位を制限するように構成され、
前記1対の制限部分(22)の各々は案内アーム部および阻止アーム部を備える実質的にL字の形状を有し、
前記導電端子(300)が、前記1対の制限部分(22)の前記案内アーム部の間を通過し、かつ前記1対の阻止アーム部によって画定された空間の中に制限される、
ばねクリップ(100)。 - 前記操作部分(21)が、前記第2のアーム部(2)の前記自由端を前記把持部分(3)に隣接する位置で外向きに曲げることによって形成される、
請求項1に記載のばねクリップ。 - 孔(211)が前記操作部分(21)に形成される、
請求項2に記載のばねクリップ。 - 少なくとも1対の内向きに延在する位置決め部分(12)が前記第1のアーム部(1)上に形成され、
前記位置決め部分(12)が、前記ばねクリップの中の所定位置に挿入された前記導電端子(300)の前記端部を前記把持部分(3)とともに保持するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のばねクリップ。 - 前記位置決め部分(12)の各々が実質的にL字の形状を有し、
前記導電端子(300)が対となった前記位置決め部分(12)の間を通過する、
請求項4に記載のばねクリップ。 - 内向きに延在する少なくとも1つのばねコンタクト(13)が前記第1のアーム部(1)上に形成され、
前記ばねコンタクト(13)が前記導電端子(300)の表面に弾性的に接触するように構成される、
請求項1に記載のばねクリップ。 - 前記第1のアーム部(1)と前記第2のアーム部(2)との前記接続部分(5)が弧の形状である、
請求項1に記載のばねクリップ。 - 筐体(6)と、
複数の導電端子(300)と、
前記複数の導電端子(300)上にそれぞれ装着された、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の複数のばねクリップ(100)と、
を備える接続ボックス(600)。 - 前記ばねクリップ(100)の中に挿入された前記導電端子(300)の端部が前記導電端子(300)の残りの部分に対して実質的に垂直である、
請求項8に記載の接続ボックス。 - 前記接続ボックスがソーラーパネル上に装着され、
前記導電シート(400)が前記ソーラーパネルから導き出されるバスバーである、
