Description
Claims (11)
- 照明器具ハウジングと、光源と、前記光源から前記照明器具ハウジングへ熱を伝達するための熱伝達装置とを有する照明器具であって、前記熱伝達装置が、
ヒートスプレッダと、
照明器具ハウジングの様々な形状に適応し得るように、前記照明器具ハウジングと接触する場合に前記ヒートスプレッダに向かって弾性的に圧縮可能であるように、前記ヒートスプレッダに機械的に接続される少なくとも1つの熱伝達プレートと、
前記光源が、前記ヒートスプレッダに接続され、前記熱伝達プレートが、前記照明器具ハウジングと熱的に接触するように弾性的に押圧される場合に、熱が前記光源から前記照明器具ハウジングに伝達されるように、各熱伝達プレートに及び前記ヒートスプレッダに熱的に接続されている少なくとも1つのヒートパイプと、
を有する照明器具。 - 前記熱伝達装置は、それぞれ、各熱伝達プレートと前記ヒートスプレッダとの間に配されている少なくとも1つの弾性要素を更に有する、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱伝達プレートは可撓性である、請求項1又は2に記載の照明器具。
- 前記熱伝達装置は、内部にヒートパイプが摺動可能に配されている熱伝導管の端部に取り付けられる前記熱伝達プレートを含んでいる、少なくとも1つの熱伝導サブアセンブリを更に有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記熱伝導サブアセンブリは、前記熱伝導管を少なくとも部分的に囲んでいる外管であって、前記ヒートスプレッダに取り付けられている外管を更に有する、請求項4に記載の照明器具。
- 前記熱伝導サブアセンブリは、更に、各熱伝導管と前記ヒートスプレッダとの間に配置される弾性要素を更に有する、請求項4又は5に記載の照明器具。
- 前記ヒートパイプが銅でできている、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記ヒートパイプが可撓性である、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記ヒートパイプは、湾曲されたヒートパイプ、平坦なマイクロ熱トランスミッタ及び螺旋ヒートパイプからなる群から選択される、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の照明器具。
- 前記ヒートスプレッダは、前記少なくとも1つのヒートパイプを収容する少なくとも1つの溝を有する、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明器具。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明器具を組み立てる方法であって、
照明器具ハウジングを設けるステップと、
熱伝達装置を設けるステップと、
前記照明器具ハウジングを開けるステップと、
光源を前記熱伝達装置の前記ヒートスプレッダに接続するステップと、
自身に前記光源が取り付けられている前記熱伝達装置を、前記熱伝達プレートが、前記照明器具ハウジングの内面に熱的に接触すると共に、前記照明器具ハウジングの前記内面に適応するように、前記照明器具ハウジング内に挿入するステップと、
前記照明器具ハウジングを閉じるステップであって、前記熱伝達装置は前記照明器具ハウジングの内面に押し付けられるステップと、
を有する方法。
