Claims (3)
- バルブボディ(14)にスプール弁(12)と、このスプール弁(12)の作動切換えに用いる電磁三方弁(13)とを設けた液圧制御装置であって、
前記スプール弁(12)は、一端をパイロット室(15)に臨ませると共に該パイロット室(15)の容積を縮少させる方向にばね付勢されたスプール(16)を有していて、そのスプール(16)が、出力ポート(22)を入力ポート(21)及び解放ポート(23)に択一的に連通させることを可能として前記バルブボディ(14)に摺動自在に嵌合されており、前記電磁三方弁(13)は、前記パイロット室(15)に通じる弁室(39)を前記入力ポート(21)に通じさせる第1作動状態ならびに前記弁室(39)を前記解放ポート(23)に通じさせる第2作動状態を択一的に切換えるように作動する弁体(40)が収納されて成る弁部(36)と、前記弁体(40)の作動切換えのための電磁力を発揮するソレノイド部(37)とを備え、前記バルブボディ(14)には、前記スプール(16)を摺動自在に嵌合させる有底の摺動孔(20)と、前記弁部(36)を収納して前記摺動孔(20)の軸線と平行に延びる有底の収納孔(24)と、前記弁部(36)が前記第2作動状態にあるときに前記弁室(39)から解放される液圧を前記解放ポート(23)側に導く液圧解放路(59)とが設けられるものにおいて、
前記ソレノイド部(37)は、一端に天井壁(85a)を一体に有し且つ他端を開放した有底円筒状の主ヨーク(85)及びその主ヨーク(85)の開放端を閉じる補助ヨーク(86)から構成されて前記バルブボディ(14)に取付けられるヨーク(84)と、ボビン(87)にコイル(88)を巻装して成ると共に前記ヨーク(84)内に収容されるコイル組立体(89)と、前記ボビン(87)の中空部(87a)に摺動可能に嵌装されて前記天井壁(85a)に当接する固定コア(95)と、前記ボビン(87)の中空部(87a)において前記固定コア(95)に対向配置され且つ前記補助ヨーク(86)を貫通する可動コア(97)と、これら固定コア(95)及び可動コア(97)間に縮設されて両コアを相互に離反方向に付勢するコイルばね(100)とを備えていて、前記固定コア(95)が、前記コイルばね(100)の前記固定コア(95)に与えるセット荷重と、前記コイル(88)への通電に基づく前記固定コア(95)及び前記天井壁(85a)間の吸引力とにより、該天井壁(85a)に密着保持され、
前記収納孔(24)には、前記可動コア(97)の外端に一端が分離可能に当接し且つ他端が前記弁体(40)に連接して該可動コア(97)に該弁体(40)を連動させる弁棒(78)が摺動可能に支持されることを特徴とする液圧制御装置。 - 前記収納孔(24)は、前記ソレノイド部(37)寄りの大径孔部(24c)と、その大径孔部(24c)の内端に段部(24b)を介して連なる小径孔部(24a)とを有する段付き孔に形成され、前記弁体(40)を前記第1,第2作動状態でそれぞれ着座させる第1,第2弁座(B1c,B2c)を各々有する第1,第2弁座部材(B1,B2)は、その何れか一方の弁座部材(B2)が前記小径孔部(24a)に嵌合されると共にその何れか他方の弁座部材(B1)が前記小径孔部(24a)に圧入されて、前記一方の弁座部材(B2)が前記他方の弁座部材(B1)により前記小径孔部(24a)に係止されるよう構成され、前記大径孔部(24c)の内周面には、前記弁棒(78)を摺動可能に貫通支持させる軸受部材(56)が圧入されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の液圧制御装置。
- 前記弁棒(78)の可動コア(97)との対向端面(78b)は、少なくとも中央部が可動コア(97)側に膨出する球面状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の液圧制御装置。
