Description
The present invention relates to a technique for suppressing wear or seizure of a bearing.
Techniques for suppressing wear and seizure of bearings used in internal combustion engines and compressors are being studied. Patent Document 1 describes a bearing coated with a resin layer on which carbon particles are deposited (see FIG. 3). Patent Document 2 has a bearing alloy layer, an intermediate layer that covers the surface of the bearing alloy layer, and an overlay layer that covers the surface of the intermediate layer, and when worn from the surface side of the overlay layer, In the slide bearing that exposes the crests of the overlay layer and the intermediate layer and the bearing alloy layer remaining in the recesses of the annular groove provided in the alloy layer, the height of the crests, the thickness of the overlay layer, etc. are within a predetermined range. A set plain bearing is described (see paragraph 6, FIG. 1).
In order to prevent wear and seizure of the bearing, it is important that an oil film is formed between the shaft and the bearing at least when the shaft is rotating. In order to form an oil film, it is desirable that a space for retaining lubricating oil exists between the shaft and the bearing. Therefore, the sliding surface of the bearing is often provided with a so-called oil groove as a space for holding the lubricating oil.
By the way, the part of the bearing sliding surface other than the oil groove slides with the shaft, so frictional heat is generated, and in order to prevent the temperature from rising due to stagnation of the lubricating oil, It is necessary to continue to be supplied with lubricating oil. However, when the lubricating oil retained in the oil groove is depleted, the lubricating oil does not spread over the sliding surface of the bearing, and the temperature of the bearing and the shaft may increase, resulting in wear and seizure. Therefore, in the bearing, it is necessary not to exhaust the lubricating oil held in the oil groove.
One of the objects of the present invention is to suppress the temperature rise of the bearing and the shaft.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a bearing according to the present invention is provided on a cylindrical base material having an inner peripheral surface, an oil-repellent first resin layer provided on the inner peripheral surface, and the inner peripheral surface. And an oleophilic second resin layer formed of a material having a smaller elastic modulus than the first resin layer, and the shaft contacting the first resin layer and the second resin layer is rotated to rotate the first resin layer . The second resin layer is recessed from the first resin layer in a state where the pressure of the oil film filled between the first resin layer and the second resin layer is received between the first resin layer and the shaft.
In the above embodiment, it is desirable to include polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a solid lubricant.
Preferably, any of molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, boron nitride, graphite, carbon, graphite fluoride, and melamine cyanurate (MCA) is included as a solid lubricant.
According to the present invention, the temperature rise of the bearing and the shaft can be suppressed.

1. Embodiment In the drawings, a bearing 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below using an xyz right-handed coordinate space. Of the coordinate symbols shown in the figure, a symbol in which a black circle is drawn in a white circle represents an arrow heading from the back side to the near side. In this coordinate space, the direction along the x-axis is referred to as the x-axis direction. Of the x-axis directions, the direction in which the x component increases is referred to as + x direction, and the direction in which the x component decreases is referred to as -x direction. For the y and z components, the y-axis direction, + y direction, -y direction, z-axis direction, + z direction, and -z direction are defined according to the above definition.

The bearing 1 may be integrally formed in a cylindrical shape, but may be formed by combining members divided into two or more by any plane passing through the straight line O. The

As shown in FIG. 2, a sintered
On the inner peripheral surface F0 of the
FIG. 3 is a view for explaining a process in which the
In the −y direction of the surface F2 of the formed
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the bearing 1 when the shaft is rotating. When the shaft rotates, the pressure of the oil film formed by the lubricating oil sandwiched between the shaft and the contact surface F1 increases, and the contact surface F1 is pushed in the + y direction. Since the
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, when the shaft is not rotating, the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, when the shaft rotates, the
段差δは、第1接触面F11(第1樹脂層111が露出している部分)と、第2接触面F12(第2樹脂層112が露出している部分)との、軸からの距離の差でもあり、τ0、τ1、τ2、で表すと、δ=τ0−(τ1+τ2)である。
Thereby, a level difference δ is generated on the contact surface F1 of the
With the configuration described above, when the shaft rotates and the pressure of the oil film rises, the
Since the
Moreover, since the
A specific example of a bearing in which the oil film pressure is 6 megapascals includes a compressor using a refrigerant, particularly a bearing such as a scroll compressor or a swash plate compressor. The pressure in the bearing is confirmed by a pressure measuring film or a contact microscope.
2. Modification The above is the description of the embodiment, but the contents of this embodiment can be modified as follows. Further, the following modifications may be combined.
2-1. Shape of Groove In the above-described embodiment, the first contact surface F11 and the second contact surface F12 are alternately arranged along the direction of the axis, so the
Moreover, the groove |
Further, the
2-2. Arrangement of Resin Layer In the embodiment described above, since the
FIG. 8 is a view for explaining the configuration of the
2-3. Step In the embodiment described above, the first contact surface F11 and the second contact surface F12 are both circumferential surfaces having no irregularities in the z-axis direction, but the first contact surface F11 or the second contact surface F12 has irregularities. May be. For example, the first contact surface F11 or the second contact surface F12 may have a difference in the y-axis direction in FIG. In this case, the step δ described above is a distance between the shallowest portion of the first contact surface F11 and the deepest portion of the second contact surface F12.
In the above-described embodiment, when the shaft supported by the bearing 1 is stationary, the contact surface F1 has no step, but may have a step. Even in this case, when the shaft rotates, the
