Description
本発明は、車両フロアの遮音構造に関するものである。 The present invention relates to a sound insulation structure for a vehicle floor.
遮音のためのパネル構造として、騒音が入射される外側パネルに対して、間隔をあけて内側パネルを配設して、この外側パネルと内側パネルとの間の空間内に吸音材を充填した2重壁構造が知られている。 As a panel structure for sound insulation, an inner panel is disposed at a distance from an outer panel on which noise is incident, and a space between the outer panel and the inner panel is filled with a sound absorbing material 2 A heavy wall structure is known.
車両においては、ロードノイズがフロアパネルを介して車室内に伝達されることから、フロアパネル部分での遮音というものが重要となる。特許文献1には、フロアパネルパネル部分を2重壁構造としたものが開示されている。
In a vehicle, road noise is transmitted to the vehicle interior via the floor panel, so that sound insulation at the floor panel portion is important.
ところで、遮音のために採択された2重壁構造にあっては、吸音材の面密度が大きいほど(つまり空間内での空気の流れ抵抗が大きいほど)、遮音性向上の上では好ましい反面、面密度が高くなるほど重量増加となり、軽量化という点では好ましくないものとなる。 By the way, in the double wall structure adopted for sound insulation, the larger the surface density of the sound absorbing material (that is, the greater the air flow resistance in the space), the more preferable for improving sound insulation, As the surface density increases, the weight increases, which is not preferable in terms of weight reduction.
従来の2重壁構造は、外側パネルの面内において(外側パネルの面に沿って)、吸音材の面密度が同一に設定されているのが実情である。すなわち、従来は、外側パネルから内側パネルとの間の空間においては、空気(粒子)が外側パネルから内側パネルに向けてほぼまっすぐに(外側パネルと直交する方向に)移動するものと考えられており、外側パネルの面内において吸音材の材質を変更する等のことは全く考慮されていないのが実情である。 In the conventional double wall structure, the surface density of the sound absorbing material is set to be the same in the plane of the outer panel (along the surface of the outer panel). That is, conventionally, in the space between the outer panel and the inner panel, air (particles) is considered to move almost straight (in a direction perpendicular to the outer panel) from the outer panel toward the inner panel. In fact, the fact that the material of the sound absorbing material is changed in the plane of the outer panel is not considered at all.
On the other hand, when a double wall structure is adopted for the floor panel portion of the vehicle, the floor panel is formed of a thin iron-based metal, so that it is vibrated slightly by road noise, for example, and a sound absorbing material is disposed. It has been newly found that the distribution of the air velocity (particle velocity) in the space is different in the plane of the floor panel as the outer panel. That is, the vibrating floor panel has a belly part that is greatly displaced from the stationary state where it does not vibrate. Air velocity (ie particle velocity) will move.
本発明は以上のような事情を勘案してなされたもので、その目的は、フロアパネルの面内における粒子速度の相違を勘案して、フロアパネルの面内における吸音材の面密度を適正に設定して、遮音性と軽量化とを共に満足できる車両フロアの遮音構造を提供することにある。 The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to appropriately adjust the surface density of the sound absorbing material in the plane of the floor panel in consideration of the difference in particle velocity in the plane of the floor panel. The object is to provide a sound insulation structure for a vehicle floor that can satisfy both sound insulation and weight reduction.
In order to achieve the above object, the following solution is adopted in the present invention. That is, as described in
The floor panel has a floor area surrounded by strength members, one is long and the other is short,
A high-rigidity portion extending in the short direction is formed in the floor region, and a square panel region and other regions partitioned by the high-rigidity portion are formed in the floor region,
On the panel region, a double wall structure is formed by disposing a floor carpet via a sound absorbing material as an intermediate layer,
The sound-absorbing material in the panel region has a high-density region and a low-density region having a smaller surface density than the high-density region in plan view,
The high-density region is set as a central part in the center of the panel region,
The low density region is set as an annular region surrounding the central region;
It is like that.
上記解決手法によれば、パネル領域について、平面視において(パネル領域の面内において)吸音材の密度を相違させて、パネル領域の全面に亘って一律に密度を大きくする場合に比して、遮音性を同等のものとしつつ軽量化を図ることができる。また、パネル領域を、高剛性部によって正方形となるようにしておくことにより、想定されるパネル領域での粒子速度の分布を精度よく反映させることができ、吸音材による遮音効果を十分に確保することができる。 According to the above solution, compared to the case where the density of the sound-absorbing material is made different in plan view (in the plane of the panel area) and the density is increased uniformly over the entire surface of the panel area, It is possible to reduce the weight while making the sound insulation equivalent. In addition, by making the panel area square by the high-rigidity part, the distribution of the particle velocity in the assumed panel area can be accurately reflected, and the sound insulation effect by the sound absorbing material is sufficiently ensured. be able to.
上記解決手法を前提とした好ましい態様は、請求項2以下に記載のとおりである。 The solving technique preferred embodiments on the premise of the Ru der as described in the subclaims.
前記高剛性部が、ビード部とされている、ようにしてある(請求項2対応)。この場合、高剛性部を確保するための重量増加を防止する上で好ましいものとなる。 The high rigidity portion is a bead portion (corresponding to claim 2 ). In this case, it is preferable for preventing an increase in weight for securing the high-rigidity portion.
前記高剛性部が、前記フロア領域に接合されると共に、該フロア領域を区画する前記強度部材とは別部材の補強部材によって構成されている、ようにしてある(請求項3対応)。この場合、補強部材を利用して高剛性部を簡単に構成することができ、また高剛性部を有しないフロアパネルをそのまま有効に利用して高剛性部を構成することができる。 The high-rigidity portion is joined to the floor region, and is configured by a reinforcing member that is a separate member from the strength member that defines the floor region (corresponding to claim 3 ). In this case, by using the reinforcing member it can be simply configured high rigidity portion, also Ru can be utilized to floor panels having no high-rigidity portion as it effectively constitutes a high rigidity portion.
前記高密度領域が、前記パネル領域の中央部に設定された正方形の中央部位と、該中央部位を取り巻く正方形の環状部位とされている、ようにしてある(請求項4対応)。この場合、吸音材の密度分布を、パネル領域での粒子速度の分布を適切に反映させたものとすることができる。 The high-density region is configured to be a square central portion set at the center of the panel region and a square annular portion surrounding the central portion (corresponding to claim 4 ). In this case, the density distribution of the sound absorbing material can appropriately reflect the particle velocity distribution in the panel region.
前記強度部材が、少なくともトンネル部とサイドシルとクロスメンバを含むものとされており、
前記クロスメンバの延び方向が前記長尺方向とされる一方、前記サイドシルおよび前記トンネル部が延びる方向が前記短尺方向とされている、
ようにしてある(請求項5対応)。この場合、車両のフロアパネルおよびその周辺部分の構造として一般的に採用されているものをそのまま利用することができる。
The strength member includes at least a tunnel portion, a side sill, and a cross member;
While the extending direction of the cross member is the long direction, the direction in which the side sill and the tunnel portion extend is the short direction.
(Corresponding to claim 5 ). In this case, what is generally employed as the structure of the vehicle floor panel and its peripheral portion can be used as it is.
In the floor region, the area of the other region is smaller than the area of the panel region,
A double wall structure having the floor carpet and the sound absorbing material is formed in the other region,
The surface density of the sound absorbing material in the other region is smaller than the surface density of the sound absorbing material in the high density region in the panel region and equal to or greater than the surface density of the sound absorbing material in the low density region .
(Corresponding to claim 6 ). In this case, the density of the sound-absorbing material in other regions can be reduced as much as possible, and the weight reduction can be further promoted accordingly.
本発明によれば、遮音性と軽量化とを共に満足させることができる。 According to the present invention, both sound insulation and weight reduction can be satisfied.
以下本発明の実施形態について説明するが、まず、図1〜図6を参照しつつ2重壁構造におけるパネルの面内における粒子速度の相違と、粒子速度の相違に応じて吸音材の面密度を相違させる点について説明する。その後、図7以下を参照しつつ車両のフロアパネルに関連して説明を行うこととする。 Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. First, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the difference in particle velocity in the plane of the panel in the double wall structure, and the surface density of the sound absorbing material according to the difference in particle velocity. The points that are different will be described. Thereafter, the description will be made in relation to the floor panel of the vehicle with reference to FIG.
FIG. 1 schematically shows a double wall structure. In FIG. 1, 20 is an outer panel, 30 is an inner panel, and 40 is a sound absorbing material. The
両パネル20と30は、静止状態のときが破線で示されて、ほぼ平行状態を維持している。外側パネル20に対して入射音(外側パネル20を車両のフロアパネルとしたときはロードノイズ)が入力される。このとき、実線で示すように、外側パネル20が振動され、これに応じて内側パネル30も振動される。このように、パネル20、30の振動により、空間Kの容積は、外側パネル20(内側パネル30)の面内において変化し、空間K内の粒子速度(空気速度)が外側パネル20の面内において相違することになる。
Both the
FIG. 2 shows the particle velocity distribution in the space K in two stages when the
吸音材40によって、粒子速度を小さくする効果が高いほど、遮音効果が高いものとなる。すなわち、騒音エネルギの伝達が、外側パネルの振動→粒子速度への変化→内側パネルを振動→室内への伝播という過程を経ることから、吸音材40によって粒子速度を低減することにより遮音効果を高めることができる。
The higher the effect of reducing the particle velocity by the
Here, the greater the surface density of the
図3においては、図2に示す粒子速度の分布に基づいて、吸音材40の面密度を大きくした領域M1を白抜きで、また面密度を小さくした領域M2をハッチングを付して示してある。領域M1は、方形(実施形態では正方形)の中央部位と、この中央部位を取り巻く方形の環状部位の2箇所に設定される。領域M2は、2箇所の領域M1の間に位置する方形(実施形態では正方形)の環状部位と、外側パネル1の周縁部に位置する方形の環状部位との2箇所とされている。
In FIG. 3, based on the particle velocity distribution shown in FIG. 2, the region M1 in which the surface density of the
Next, an example of setting a large surface density in the region M1 will be described. First, the particle velocity maximum value portion R1 and the median value portion R2 are selected from the particle velocity distribution shown in FIG. Then, the particle velocity Vp (change) when the flow resistance σ is increased from 0 is acquired for each of the two parts R1 and R2. FIG. 4 shows an example of the correlation between the particle velocity Vp thus obtained and the flow resistance σ. In FIG. 4, the broken line is for the maximum value region R1, and the solid line is for the median value region R2.
図4において、部位R1およびR2共に、当初は、流れ抵抗の増大に伴って粒子速度Vpが大きく低下されていくが、流れ抵抗σが0.03(単位はMPa・s/m2 で、以下の説明では単位を省略して記載する)となった後は、流れ抵抗σの増大に伴う粒子速度Vpの低下分が極めて小さくなり、流れ抵抗σを0.05〜0.06付近から増大させても、粒子速度Vpは殆ど低下しないことになる。 In FIG. 4, initially, in both the parts R1 and R2, the particle velocity Vp is greatly reduced as the flow resistance increases, but the flow resistance σ is 0.03 (the unit is MPa · s / m 2) In this explanation, the unit is omitted), and the decrease in the particle velocity Vp accompanying the increase in the flow resistance σ becomes extremely small, and the flow resistance σ is increased from around 0.05 to 0.06. However, the particle velocity Vp is hardly reduced.
For each of the regions R1 and R2, even if the flow resistance σ is larger than 0.06, the particle velocity Vp cannot be substantially decreased (the function of decreasing the particle velocity Vp by the sound absorbing material 40). Saturation or limit). Accordingly, when the particle velocities Vp are the same under the condition that the flow resistances σ are the same for each of the portions R1 and R2, the predetermined target value VpT is set. The flow resistance σ at the target value VpT is set as the flow resistance required in the area M1 with a large surface density shown in FIG. 3 (sound insulation is sufficiently ensured at the portion where the particle velocity Vp is maximum).
Here, FIG. 5 shows the relationship between the basis weight (corresponding to the surface density and weight) of the
前述のように、粒子速度の大きい領域M1について要求される流れ抵抗(実施形態では0.06)に基づいて、吸音材40の目付が設定される。
As described above, the basis weight of the
When the basis weight set for the region M1 is β1, a predetermined transmission loss (corresponding to δ in FIG. 5) corresponding to this is determined from a characteristic line (solid line in FIG. 5) showing the particle velocity Vp as large. . Then, the basis weight β2 of the
図6は、前述した領域M1とM2を設定して、この領域M1、M2に対する吸音材40の面密度を設定するための工程を示すものである。図6は、前述した説明を総合したものとなっている。なお、以下の説明でQはステップを示す。
FIG. 6 shows a process for setting the aforementioned areas M1 and M2 and setting the surface density of the
First, in Q1, the
この後、Q2において、しきい値となる所定値を境にして、粒子速度の大きい領域M1と小さい領域M2とが設定される(図3のようなマップの設定)。 Thereafter, in Q2, a region M1 where the particle velocity is high and a region M2 where the particle velocity is small are set with a predetermined value serving as a threshold value (map setting as shown in FIG. 3).
Q3では、粒子速度Vpの最大値部位R1と中央値部位R2とが選択される。この後、Q4において、両部位R1とR2とについて、流れ抵抗σを0から増大させたときの粒子速度Vpの関係が取得される(図4のような特性の取得で、シミュレーションによる取得とすることができる)。 In Q3, the maximum value region R1 and the median value region R2 of the particle velocity Vp are selected. Thereafter, in Q4, the relationship of the particle velocity Vp when the flow resistance σ is increased from 0 is acquired for both the parts R1 and R2 (acquisition by simulation by acquiring characteristics as shown in FIG. 4). be able to).
Q5では、取得された図4に示すような特性から、各部位R1とR2とのそれぞれについて、粒子速度Vpがほぼ同じ値となる目標値VpTまで低下するときの流れ抵抗値σが決定される(実施形態では0.06)。この後、Q6において、Q5で決定された流れ抵抗σを満足する吸音材40の第1面密度(図5におけるβ1対応)が決定される。このQ6で決定される第1面密度が、吸音材40のうち領域M1についての面密度となる。
In Q5, the flow resistance value σ when the particle velocity Vp decreases to the target value VpT at which the particle velocity Vp is substantially the same is determined for each of the regions R1 and R2 from the acquired characteristics as shown in FIG. (0.06 in the embodiment). Thereafter, in Q6, the first surface density (corresponding to β1 in FIG. 5) of the
Q7では、図5に示す特性に基づいて、粒子速度Vpが小のときについて、粒子速度Vpが大かつ第1面密度のときの透過損失と同等の透過損失δとするための第2面密度が決定される。この第2面密度が、吸音材40のうち領域M2についての面密度となる。
In Q7, based on the characteristics shown in FIG. 5, for when the particle velocity Vp is small, the second surface density for transmission loss and an equivalent transmission loss δ when the first surface density particle velocity Vp is large and Is determined. This second surface density is the surface density of the region M2 in the
Next, an example in which the double-wall sound insulation structure is applied to a vehicle floor panel will be described with reference to FIGS. First, in FIG. 7,

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the double-wall sound insulation structure includes the
In the embodiment, two

In the floor region F1, a
フロア領域F1は、ビード部18によって、車幅方向においてパネル領域P1と他の領域P2とに区画される。パネル領域P1は、図7ではダブルハッチングを付して示してあり、図9にも示すように正方形とされて、他の領域P2よりも大きな面積とされている。
The floor region F1 is partitioned by the
パネル領域P1における吸音材17の面密度が、図3に示す場合と同様な設定とされている。すなわち、パネル領域P1において、吸音材17は、高密度領域M1と、低密度領域M2とが設定されている。このように、パネル領域P1において、遮音性を十分に確保しつつ、低密度領域M2を設定することから、この分軽量化を図ることができる。なお、実施形態では、高密度領域M1での面密度を0.9kg/m2 とし、低密度領域M2での面密度を面密度0.6kg/m2 としてある。
The surface density of the
他の領域P2は、パネル領域P1に比して面積が小さくてロードノイズに起因して発生される粒子速度がパネル領域に比して小さくなる。よって、他の領域P2における吸音材17の面密度を、パネル領域P1での低密度領域M2と同じに設定して、その分さらなる軽量化を図ることができる。なお、他の領域P2での吸音材17の面密度を、領域M1での面密度と領域M2での面密度との中間程度の密度とすることもできる。
The other region P2 has a smaller area than the panel region P1, and a particle velocity generated due to road noise is smaller than that of the panel region. Therefore, the surface density of the
