Description
リン酸銀(Ag3PO4)は、可視光線領域で極めて高い酸化力を示す物質である。本発明のコーティング用組成物において、リン酸銀の含有量は20〜50重量部である。リン酸銀の含有量が20重量部より少ない場合、触媒活性が低く現れ、50重量部より多い場合、コストパフォーマンスが悪いだけでなく、分散性が低下して凝固・凝集(aggregation)が現れで、比表面積が減少する。
二酸化チタン(TiO2)は、紫外線の照射下で高い活性を示し、酸、塩基、有機溶媒に浸食されない化学的な安定性を有する光触媒の代表的な物質である。

Claims (18)
- 外観を形成するケースと、
前記ケースの内部または外部に備えられ、可視光領域の波長を有する光源によって反応または活性化される光触媒部と、
を含み、
前記光触媒部は、リン酸銀(Ag 3 PO 4 )を20〜50重量部、二酸化チタン(TiO 2 )を5〜40重量部、無機バインダーを10〜40重量部を有するように構成され、
前記無機バインダーには、コロイダルシリカ(SiO 2 )および金属アルコキシドから構成されるポリシリケート化合物が含まれ、
前記金属アルコキシドは、シリコンアルコキシド、チタニウムアルコキシド、ジルコニウムアルコキシド、アルミニウムアルコキシドおよびこれらの組合からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - 前記ケースには、前記家電製品の外部で発生した外部光源を前記ケースの内部に導入するための1つ以上のガイドホールが含まれる、請求項1に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。
- 前記ケースには、前記家電製品の外部で発生した外部光源を前記ケースの内部にガイドするための光ガイド部が含まれ、
前記光ガイド部は、光が透過可能な透明材質から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - 前記可視光領域の波長を有する光源は、前記ケース内に設置された照明源を介して照射されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。
- 前記照明源には、LED(Light Emitted Diode)または光ファイバーを利用したワイヤータイプの照明源が含まれる、請求項4に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。
- 前記家電製品の外部で発生した外部光源を収集する光収集部と、
前記光収集部で収集された光を前記照明源にガイドする光ケーブルとをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - 前記光触媒部は、前記ケースの外部表面または内部表面に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。
- 前記光触媒部は、前記リン酸銀(Ag3PO4)と二酸化チタン(TiO2)が設定された溶媒によって分散し、溶液の形態でコーティングされて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。
- 前記家電製品は、熱交換器、ファン、フィルターおよびドレイン部を含む空気調和機であり、
前記光触媒部は、前記熱交換器、ファン、フィルターおよびドレイン部の表面のうち少なくともいずれか1つに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - 前記家電製品は、熱交換器、ファンおよびドレイン部を含む除湿機であり、
前記光触媒部は、前記熱交換器、ファンおよびドレイン部の表面のうち少なくともいずれか1つに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - 前記家電製品は、前記ケースを構成するアウターケースおよびインナーケースと、食品を収納するための棚およびバスケットが含まれる冷蔵庫であり、
前記光触媒部は、前記インナーケース、棚およびバスケットの表面のうち少なくともいずれか1つに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - 前記家電製品は、洗濯水が貯蔵されるタブおよび衣類が収納されるドラムが備えられる洗濯機であり、
前記光触媒部は、前記タブおよびドラムの表面のうち少なくともいずれか1つに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - 前記家電製品は、食器の収納空間が形成されるタブおよび洗浄水が貯蔵されるサンプ(sump)が含まれる食器洗浄機であり、
前記光触媒部は、前記タブおよびサンプの表面のうち少なくともいずれか1つに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - ケースと、
前記ケースの表面またはその内部に備えられる光触媒部と、
を含み、
前記光触媒部は、20〜50重量部のリン酸銀(Ag3PO4)、5〜40重量部の二酸化チタン(TiO2)および10〜40重量部の無機バインダーから構成され、可視光線によって反応または活性化され、
前記無機バインダーには、コロイダルシリカ(SiO 2 )および金属アルコキシドから構成されるポリシリケート化合物が含まれ、
前記金属アルコキシドは、シリコンアルコキシド、チタニウムアルコキシド、ジルコニウムアルコキシド、アルミニウムアルコキシドおよびこれらの組合からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - 前記ケース内部には、熱交換器、ファン、フィルターおよびドレイン部が含まれ、
前記光触媒部は、前記熱交換器、ファン、フィルターおよびドレイン部の表面のうち少なくともいずれか1つに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - 前記ケースには、前記家電製品の外部で発生した外部光源を前記ケースの内部に導入するための1つ以上のガイド装置が含まれ、
前記ガイド装置には、ガイド溝またはガイドホールが含まれる、請求項14に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。 - 前記ガイド溝には、透明材質のカバー部材が設置されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。
- 前記ケースには、前記家電製品の外部で発生した外部光源を前記ケースの内部にガイドするための光ガイド部が含まれ、
前記光ガイド部は、光が透過可能な透明材質から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の可視光線用光触媒装置が備えられる家電製品。
