Claims (5)
- 摩擦伝達機構としての無段変速機構と摩擦締結要素を締結及び解放する機構とを直列に有する変速機を備えた車両の車両制御装置であって、前記車両の左右の車輪に分配される駆動力を別々に制御し、車両側からの要求により駆動源から前記車輪に伝達される駆動力を低減する車両姿勢制御を実行可能な車両制御装置において、
前記車輪におけるスリップの発生を検出するスリップ検出手段と、
前記車両姿勢制御作動中であって前記スリップ検出手段により前記車輪のスリップが検出されたとき、前記無段変速機構のトルク容量よりも前記摩擦締結要素のトルク容量が小さくなるように前記変速機を制御する変速機制御手段と、
前記変速機制御手段により前記無段変速機構のトルク容量よりも前記摩擦締結要素のトルク容量が小さくなるように前記変速機が制御されるときに前記無段変速機構で滑りが発生しないように前記駆動源のトルクの低下量を算出し、該低下量に基づいて前記駆動源のトルクを低減するトルク低減制御を実行するトルク制御手段と、
を備える車両制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両制御装置であって、
前記トルク制御手段は、前記変速機の変速比が所定のLow変速比範囲にあるとき前記トルク低減制御を実行する、
車両制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両制御装置であって、
前記トルク制御手段は、前記変速機の変速比が所定のHigh変速比範囲にあるとき前記トルク低減制御を実行しない、
車両制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両制御装置であって、
前記車両姿勢制御作動中であって前記スリップ検出手段により前記車輪のスリップが検出され、かつ、前記変速機の変速比が前記所定のLow変速比範囲と前記所定のHigh変速比範囲との間の変速比範囲にあるとき、前記駆動源のトルクを低減する第2のトルク制御手段を備える、
車両制御装置。 - 摩擦伝達機構としての無段変速機構と摩擦締結要素を締結及び解放する機構とを直列に有する変速機を備えた車両の車両制御方法であって、前記車両の左右の車輪に分配される駆動力を別々に制御し、車両側からの要求により駆動源から前記車輪に伝達される駆動力を低減する車両姿勢制御を実行可能な車両制御方法において、
前記車輪におけるスリップの発生を検出し、
前記車両姿勢制御作動中に前記車輪のスリップが検出されたとき、前記無段変速機構のトルク容量よりも前記摩擦締結要素のトルク容量が小さくなるように前記変速機を制御し、
前記無段変速機構のトルク容量よりも前記摩擦締結要素のトルク容量が小さくなるように前記変速機が制御されるときに前記無段変速機構で滑りが発生しないように前記駆動源のトルクの低下量を算出し、該低下量に基づいて前記駆動源のトルクを低減するトルク低減制御を実行する、
を含む車両制御方法。
