Claims (1)
- 固形有機物と廃水が含まれている生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物が投入される投入ホッパー(110);
前記投入ホッパー(110)の下端に備えられ、前記投入ホッパーを介して投入された廃棄物から不燃性物質と非有機性物質を選別と除去する選別機(120);
不燃性物質と非有機性物質が除去された廃棄物を所定大きさの以下に粉砕する粉砕機(130);
粉砕された廃棄物を回転速度及び粉砕された廃棄物中の固形有機物のサイズをそれぞれ異ならせて段階的に廃水と分離して除去する多段遠心分離機(140);
廃棄物のうち、前記多段遠心分離機を介して分離された固形有機物が移送されて集荷される有機物貯蔵所(150);
前記有機物貯蔵所に貯蔵される固形有機物とおがくず供給機(160)から供給されるおがくずを均一に混合して所定温度に加熱し、有機混合物を製造する混合加熱器(170);
前記混合加熱器を介して製造された有機混合物を成形し、固形燃料として製造する成形機(180);
前記多段遠心分離機を介して分離された廃水から固形有機物及び不純物を1次除去する第1フィルタ(210);
前記第1フィルタを通過した廃水を電気分解してガス及び気泡を生成する気泡発生器(220);
前記気泡発生器の残りの廃水から固形有機物及び不純物を2次除去する第2フィルタ(230);及び
前記気泡発生器から生成されたガス及び気泡と、前記第2フィルタから不純物が2次除去された水を供給された状態で、前記ガス及び気泡を燃焼させるとともに、不純物が除去された水を加熱して蒸気を発生する燃焼炉(300);
前記燃焼炉(300)は、
前記成形機(180)を介して製造された固形燃料を、前記気泡発生器から生成されたガス及び気泡とともに燃焼して蒸気を発生し、
前記燃焼炉で生成された熱は、前記混合加熱器に移送され、有機混合物の製造に利用されることを特徴とする、生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物の処理及びエネルギー生産システム。
