Claims (3)
- 軸方向に延びる流体通路が内部に形成され、該流体通路に流体が流入する棒状部材と、
前記流体通路よりも細く形成されると共に、先端側が前記流体通路内に位置する状態で該流体通路に挿入され、前記流体の温度を検出する棒状の温度センサと、
前記流体通路に連通し、前記流体の圧力を検出する圧力センサと、
前記温度センサの基端側を固定する固定部材と、
前記棒状部材に設けられ、前記温度センサの先端側を保持する保持部材とを備え、
前記流体通路は、前記流体が前記温度センサの先端側から基端側へ流れるように構成され、前記圧力センサの連通箇所よりも上流側に形成された螺旋状の通路と、該螺旋状の通路の上流側に連続して形成され、前記保持部材が設けられる直線通路とを有し、
前記保持部材は、前記温度センサの先端を保持し且つ前記直線通路を遮断する上流側保持部材と、前記温度センサの先端よりも基端寄りの部分を保持し且つ前記直線通路を遮断する下流側保持部材とを有し、
前記棒状部材において前記上流側保持部材と前記下流側保持部材との間の前記直線通路に対応する側部および前記下流側保持部材よりも下流側の前記直線通路に対応する側部には、それぞれ前記流体が流入可能な連通孔が設けられている
ことを特徴とするセンサ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ装置において、
前記棒状部材は、内側が前記流体通路となる円筒状に形成され、
外周面に螺旋状の溝が形成された円筒状に形成され、前記棒状部材に挿入され該棒状部材の内周面と前記螺旋状の溝とによって前記螺旋状の通路を形成する内挿体を備え、
前記内挿体は、前記温度センサの基端側が挿入され、前記固定部材を構成している
ことを特徴とするセンサ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ装置において、
前記上流側保持部材は、前記棒状部材の軸方向端の開口に挿入され且つ内側に前記温度センサの先端が挿入される円筒状に形成され、前記開口を閉鎖している
ことを特徴とするセンサ装置。
