Claims (8)
- 車両に推進力を与えるために運転者が操作した運転操作量を検出または推定する運転操作量検出部と、
前記運転操作量に基づき前記車両の駆動源への指令値を算出する指令値算出部と、
前記指令値に基づき前記駆動源の推進力を制御する推進力制御部と、
前記駆動源の作動状態を検出または推定する作動状態検出部と、
前記運転操作量または前記運転操作量に基づき算出された演算値の変化量である運転操作変化量を算出する運転操作変化量算出部と、
前記作動状態または前記作動状態に基づき算出された演算値の変化量である作動状態変化量を算出する作動状態変化量算出部と、
少なくとも前記駆動源の異常を検出する異常検出部と、
車両または前記駆動源の運転状態に応じた複数の閾値を設定する閾値可変部と、
前記複数の閾値に応じた所定の継続時間を設定する継続時間可変部と、を有し、
前記異常検出部は、前記運転操作変化量と前記作動状態変化量との差分または割合が所定の前記閾値を超えた状態が対応する前記継続時間を超えた場合に、少なくとも前記駆動源の異常を検出することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記閾値可変部は、車両の速度または前記駆動源の回転数が大きいほど前記閾値を大きな値に設定することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記継続時間可変部は、前記閾値が大きいほど対応する前記継続時間を短い値に設定することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記運転操作変化量算出部は複数の異なる単位時間当たりの前記運転操作変化量を算出し、前記作動状態変化量算出部は前記複数の異なる単位時間当たりの前記作動状態変化量を算出することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項4において、
前記閾値および前記継続時間は、それぞれ前記複数の異なる単位時間当たりの前記差分または前記割合毎に設定されることを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記異常検出部で異常を検出した場合は、前記駆動源の推進力を低下させるフェールセーフ処理を行うことを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記運転操作量検出部は、前記運転操作量であるアクセル開度を検出または推定し、
前記作動状態検出部は、前記駆動源であるエンジンの回転数および負荷を前記作動状態として検出または推定し、
前記運転操作変化量算出部は、前記アクセル開度および前記エンジンの回転数に基づいて許容発生トルクとその変化量を算出し、
前記作動状態変化量算出部は、前記エンジンの回転数および前記エンジンの負荷に基づいて推定発生トルクとその変化量を算出し、
前記異常検出部は、前記許容発生トルクの変化量と前記推定発生トルクの変化量との差分である差分トルクが所定の前記閾値を超えた状態が対応する前記継続時間を超えた場合に、前記エンジンの異常を検出することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項7において、
前記許容発生トルクから許容発生馬力に換算する許容発生馬力算出部と、
前記許容発生馬力の変化量を算出する許容発生馬力変化量算出部と、
前記推定発生トルクから推定発生馬力に換算する推定発生馬力算出部と、
前記推定発生馬力の変化量を算出する推定発生馬力変化量算出部と、を有し、
前記異常検出部は、前記許容発生馬力の変化量と前記推定発生馬力の変化量との差分である差分馬力が所定の前記閾値を超えた状態が対応する前記継続時間を超えた場合に、前記エンジンの異常を検出することを特徴とする車載制御装置。
