Description
b)多孔質吸音材料を剪断するステップと、
c)それぞれが延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルム又は延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムの改質フィルムである複数の被覆層を多孔質吸音材料の一表面に被覆するステップと、
d)被覆及び隣接する前記被覆層同士の継ぎ目のところに、密着接続処理を行うステップと、
e)前記ステップが完了した後、複合材料を検査して検査合格のものを包装するステップと、を含む交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料の製造方法。
a)多孔質吸音材料および延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムに対するプロセス前の材料準備ステップと、
b)多孔質吸音材料を裁断し、裁断完了後にプロセスリクエストに合わせて多孔質吸音材料に粘着テープを貼り付けるステップと、
c)それぞれが延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムである複数の被覆層を多孔質吸音材料の一表面に被覆するステップと、
d)被覆及び隣接する被覆層同士の継ぎ目のところに、接続方式が粘着又は溶接のいずれかである密着接続処理を行うステップと、
e)前記ステップが完了した後、複合材料を検査して検査合格のものを包装するステップと、を含む。
a)ポリテトラフルオロエチレン分散樹脂と液体押出し補助剤とを所定比で混合させるステップと、
b)混合完了後に、柱体状ブランク材を押し出し、圧延法によって柱体状ブランク材をシート材にし、巻取を行うステップと、
c)巻き出して乾燥通路を通過させることにより、昇温しながらシート材における押出し補助剤を除去するステップと、
d)押出し補助剤が除去された後、シート材を微細繊維孔の構造となるように引っ張り、熱固定後に再び巻取を行うステップと、
e)前記工程が完了した後、検査、包装を行い、最終的に延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムが得られるステップと、を含む。
a)多孔質吸音材料および延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムの改質フィルムに対するプロセス前の材料準備ステップと、
b)多孔質吸音材料を裁断し、裁断完了後にプロセスリクエストに合わせて多孔質吸音材料に粘着テープを貼り付けるステップと、
c)それぞれが延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムの改質フィルムである複数の被覆層を多孔質吸音材料の一表面に被覆するステップと、
d)被覆及び隣接する被覆層同士の継ぎ目のところに、接続方式が粘着又は溶接のいずれかである密着接続処理を行うステップと、
e)前記ステップが完了した後、複合材料を検査して検査合格のものを包装するステップと、を含む。
2:被覆層
Claims (10)
- 多孔質吸音材料層および前記多孔質吸音材料層の一表面上に配置された複数の被覆層を備え、多孔質吸音材料層の表面に前記複数の被覆層が密着被覆され、且つ被覆及び隣接する前記被覆層同士の継ぎ目のところに密着接続処理を行い、前記被覆層は、延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルム層又は延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムの改質フィルム層であることを特徴とする交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料。
- 多孔質吸音材料層の材質は、繊維状集積組織の繊維及びその製品、多孔質構成の発泡プラスチック、膨張真珠岩製品、ミクロ孔ガラスウール、スラグウール又はこれらの材料を主要原料として製造された各種の吸音板材又は吸音部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料。
- 密着接続処理は、粘着又は溶接を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料。
- 前記高吸音複合材料は、音声バリアープレートの表面または多孔質バリアープレートのサンドイッチ層内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料。
- a)多孔質吸音材料、および、延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルム又は延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムの改質フィルムに対する処理前の材料準備ステップと、
b)多孔質吸音材料を剪断するステップと、
c)それぞれが延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルム又は延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムの改質フィルムである複数の被覆層で、多孔質吸音材料の一表面を被覆するステップと、
d)被覆及び隣接する前記被覆層同士の継ぎ目のところに、密着接続処理を行うステップと、
e)前記ステップが完了した後、複合材料を検査して検査合格のものを包装するステップと、を含む交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料の製造方法。 - ステップb)が完了した後、プロセスリクエストに合わせて多孔質吸音材料に粘着テープを貼り付けることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記多孔質吸音材料は、繊維状集積組織の繊維及びその製品、多孔質構成の発泡プラスチック、膨張真珠岩製品、ミクロ孔ガラスウール、スラグウール又はこれらの材料を主要原料として製造された各種の吸音板材又は吸音部材であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料の製造方法。
- ステップd)に記載の密着接続処理は、粘着又は溶接を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料の製造方法。
- 延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムの改質フィルムは、延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンのミクロ孔フィルムの表面に一層以上の撥油撥水改質処理された塗布層が改質塗布されてなるものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料の製造方法。
- 延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンミクロ孔フィルムの改質フィルムは、延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンのミクロ孔フィルムの両面に撥油撥水改質処理された塗布層が改質塗布されてなるものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の交通音遮断用高吸音複合材料の製造方法。
