Description
図1に示す制御バルブ100は、供給源から供給される高圧の燃料ガス(以下ガスという)を燃料タンクに充填する燃料充填システムにおいて、燃料ガスの通路に介装される逆止弁として用いられる。
次に、図4を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態を説明する。以下では、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、上記第1実施形態の制御バルブと同一の構成には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- 流体の流れを制御する制御バルブであって、
流体が通過するシート部と、
前記シート部に対して移動するポペットの弁体部と、
前記シート部と前記弁体部の間に画成されるポペット絞り流路と、を備え、
前記ポペット絞り流路は、前記シート部及び前記弁体部の中心線に直交する横断面の流路面積が上流側から下流側にかけて次第に大きくなるように形成され、
前記シート部及び前記弁体部の中心線を含む縦断面において、前記シート部の内周面に沿う2つの仮想線間の弁座角度は、前記弁体部の外周面に沿う2つの仮想線間の弁体角度より大きく、
前記弁座角度と前記弁体角度の角度差は、1.5度以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする制御バルブ。 - 前記ポペット絞り流路における前記シート部の中心線方向の長さが前記シート部の最小開口径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御バルブ。
- 前記シート部の上流側に弁座部を有し、
前記弁体部の外周にはシールリングが装着され、
前記シールリングは弁座部に当接することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御バルブ。
