Description

Claims (15)
- 近位開口及び遠位開口を有し、貫通する管腔を有する第1カテーテルと、
前記第1カテーテルの遠位領域内に設置される第1閉塞器と、
前記第1閉塞器の近位に設置される第2閉塞器と、
前記第2閉塞器の近位に設置される戻し口であって、前記第1カテーテルの前記近位開口よりも遠位に配置されている戻し口と、
前記第1カテーテルの前記遠位開口を前記戻し口に接続する導管と、を具備する単一アクセスカテーテル装置であって、
前記第1カテーテルの前記遠位開口と前記戻し口との間における前記第1カテーテルの少なくとも一部が、前記導管の少なくとも一部を形成し、
前記第1閉塞器と前記第2閉塞器との間の距離は調整可能であり、
前記第1閉塞器が血管内で拡張されたときに、血液が圧力勾配により前記第1カテーテルの前記遠位開口を介して前記導管に流入させられる、単一アクセスカテーテル装置。 - 前記第1カテーテルの周りに、且つ前記第1カテーテルと同心となるように配置された第2カテーテルを更に具備し、
前記第2閉塞器は、前記第2カテーテルに結合される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第2カテーテルは、前記第1カテーテルに滑動可能に結合される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 導入シースを更に具備しており、
前記導入シースは、前記第1カテーテルの周りに、且つ前記第1カテーテルと同心となるように配置される、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記導入シースは、前記第1カテーテルに滑動可能に結合される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記戻し口は、前記導入シースの側壁に設けられた開口によって、少なくとも部分的に画定される、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記戻し口は、前記導入シースの遠位開口によって、少なくとも部分的に画定される、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1カテーテルの遠位端部に滑動可能に結合された細長い部材と、前記細長い部材の遠位端部に結合された第3閉塞器とを更に具備しており、
前記第3閉塞器と前記第1閉塞器との間の距離は、前記細長い部材を前記第1カテーテルに対して滑動させることにより調整可能である、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 第3閉塞器と、前記カテーテルの遠位端部から突き出る支柱と、を更に具備しており、
前記第3閉塞器は、前記支柱の遠位部分に結合され、拡張可能で且つ萎縮可能である、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記導管と直列であるか又は前記戻し口の周りにあるフィルタを更に具備する、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタは取り外し可能である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタは、網バスケットを含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記導管に流体接続された外部ポンプを更に具備する、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記外部ポンプは、吸引機を具備する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記導管に流体接続されたドレイン容器を更に具備する、請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の装置。
