前記起動回路(300)が前記第2のスイッチ状態(312)にあり、かつ、前記ハンドピース(120)が第2の位置にあるとき、前記治療電流は、前記ブレード電極(26)、前記第1の動作アーム(6)、前記第2の動作アーム(6)のいずれか、またはこれらのうちいくつかと、隣接しているハンドピース部品との間で導かれ、
前記起動回路(300)が前記第1のスイッチ状態(310)にあるとき、前記治療電流は導かれない、
ことを特徴とする電気手術システム。

上記[1]に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記ハンドピース(120)が前記第1の位置にあるとき、前記治療電流は双極エネルギーであり、前記ハンドピース(120)が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記治療電流は単極エネルギーであることを特徴とする電気手術システム。

上記[1]または[2]に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記隣接しているハンドピース部品は接地パッド(66)であることを特徴とする電気手術システム。

前記起動回路(300)が前記第2のスイッチ状態(312)にあり、かつ、前記ハンドピースが第2の位置にあるとき、前記治療電流は、前記ブレード電極(26)、前記第1の動作アーム(6)、前記第2の動作アーム(6)のいずれか、またはこれらのうちいくつかと、隣接しているハンドピース部品との間で導かれ、
前記治療電流は、前記起動回路(300)が前記第1のスイッチ状態(310)にあるときに導かれず、前記第2の位置において、前記ブレード電極(26)は前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)を越えて延出され、前記治療電流は単極エネルギーであり、前記単極エネルギーは前記ブレード電極(26)と、接地パッド(66)である前記隣接しているハンドピース部品との間で延在し、
前記第2の位置において、前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)は、前記ブレード電極(26)が前記第1の動作アームおよび前記第2の動作アームを越えて位置付けられるように格納され、前記治療電流は、前記第1の動作アーム(6)と前記第2の動作アーム(6)の一方または両方である前記隣接しているハンドピース部品と、前記ブレード電極(26)との間で延在する双極エネルギーであることを特徴とする電気手術システム。

上記[4]に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記ハンドピース(120)が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)が互いに短絡されるか、または電力が前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)を通ることができないように電気的に切断されるか、またはこれらの両方であることを特徴とする電気手術システム。

上記[4]または[5]に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記ブレード電極(26)は、前記ハンドピース(120)が前記第1の位置にあるとき、電力が前記ブレード電極(26)を通ることができないように、電源から電気的に切断される、または、前記ブレード電極(26)は、前記ハンドピース(120)が前記第1の位置にあるときに電力が前記ブレード電極(26)を通ることから防止されるように、電圧源と接触している部分を覆う絶縁体スリーブ(54)を含むことを特徴とする電気手術システム。

上記[3]から[6]のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記治療電流は、前記接地パッド(66)が電気的に切断されると共に前記起動回路(300)が前記第2のスイッチ状態にあるとき、前記第1の動作アーム(6)と前記第2の動作アーム(6)の一方または両方と、前記ブレード電極(26)との間で導かれることを特徴とする電気手術システム。

上記[1]から[7]のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)は、前記ブレード電極(26)が第1の位置にあるとき、第1の電力コネクタおよび第2の電力コネクタにそれぞれ電気的に接続され、前記ブレード電極(26)および前記隣接しているハンドピース部品は、前記ブレード電極(26)が第2の位置にあるとき、前記第1の電力コネクタおよび前記第2の電力コネクタにそれぞれ電気的に接続されることを特徴とする電気手術システム。

上記[1]から[8]のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記起動回路(300)は、前記ハンドピース(120)のモードと機能性の一方または両方を変更するための複数の位置の間で移動可能であるセレクタ(308)を含むことを特徴とする電気手術システム。
Claims (7)
- a)第1の動作アーム(6)、
b)第2の動作アーム(6)、および、
c)ブレード電極(26)、
を含むハンドピース(120)と、
第1のスイッチ状態(310)および第2のスイッチ状態(312)を有する起動回路(300)と、
を備える電気手術システムであって、
前記起動回路(300)が前記第2のスイッチ状態(312)にあり、かつ前記ブレード電極が第1の位置にあるとき、治療電流が前記第1の動作アーム(6)と前記第2の動作アーム(6)との間で導かれ、
前記ブレード電極(26)が第1の位置にあるときに、前記ハンドピース(120)の前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)は、長手方向に関して静止し、かつ把持力を生み出すために互いに対して移動可能であり、
前記ブレード電極(26)が前記第1の位置にあるときに、当該ブレード電極(26)が、電源から電気的に切断され、かつ前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)より後退していることで、電力が前記ブレード電極(26)に通電できないようになっており、
前記ブレード電極(26)は、第2の位置では、前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)を越えて延出し、
前記起動回路(300)が前記第2のスイッチ状態(312)にあり、かつ、前記ブレード電極(26)が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記治療電流は、前記ブレード電極(26)と、隣接しているハンドピース部品との間で導かれ、
前記ブレード電極(26)が前記第2の位置にあるときに、前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)が前記電源から電気的に切断されることで、電力が前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)に通電できないようになっており、
前記起動回路(300)が前記第1のスイッチ状態(310)にあるとき、前記治療電流は導かれない、
ことを特徴とする電気手術システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記ブレード電極(26)が前記第1の位置にあるとき、前記治療電流は双極エネルギーであり、前記ブレード電極(26)が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記治療電流は単極エネルギーであることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1または2に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記隣接しているハンドピース部品は接地パッド(66)であることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1に記載の電気手術システムであって、
前記第2の位置において、前記ブレード電極(26)は前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)を越えて延出され、前記治療電流は、前記ブレード電極(26)と、接地パッド(66)である前記隣接しているハンドピース部品との間で延在する単極エネルギーである、
ことを特徴とする電気手術システム。 - 請求項3または4に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記ブレード電極(26)は、当該ブレード電極が前記第1の位置にあるとき、電力が当該ブレード電極(26)を通ることができないように、電源から電気的に切断されるように、または、前記ブレード電極(26)は、当該ブレード電極(26)が前記第1の位置にあるときに、電力が当該ブレード電極(26)を通ることから防止されるように、電圧源と接触している前記ブレード電極(26)の部分を覆い当該部分に固定的に接続される絶縁体スリーブ(54)を含むことを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)は、前記ブレード電極(26)が前記第1の位置にあるとき、第1の電力コネクタおよび第2の電力コネクタにそれぞれ電気的に接続され、前記ブレード電極(26)および前記隣接しているハンドピース部品は、前記ブレード電極(26)が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記第1の電力コネクタおよび前記第2の電力コネクタにそれぞれ電気的に接続されることを特徴とする電気手術システム。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術システムであって、前記起動回路(300)は、前記ハンドピース(120)のモードと機能性の一方または両方を変更するための複数の位置の間で移動可能であるセレクタ(308)を含むことを特徴とする電気手術システム。
