Claims (11)
- レールを製造するためのスチール鋼であって、少なくとも330HV30の硬度、少なくとも1000MPaの引張強度および少なくとも600MPaの降伏強度を有し、(質量%で)
・0.70%〜0.85%の炭素、
・0.65%〜1.00%のケイ素、
・1.1%〜1.4%のマンガン、
・0.07%〜0.15%のバナジウム、
・0.008%までの窒素、
・0.025%までのリン、
・0.008%〜0.030%の硫黄、
・最大2.5ppmの水素、
・最大0.10%のクロム、
・最大0.010%のアルミニウム、
・最大20ppmの酸素、
・鉄および不可避的不純物、
からなり、
式1によって決定されるマルテンサイトスタート変態温度(Ms)が175℃よりも低く、式2によるマルテンサイトフィニッシュ変態温度(Mf)が25℃よりも低い、

- 少なくとも0.10%のバナジウム含有量と、最大0.007%の窒素含有量との組み合わせを含んでなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のスチール鋼。
- 溶接修復ビードの熱影響部が少なくとも50容積%の残留オーステナイトを含んでなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のスチール鋼。
- 最大で、0.80%のケイ素含有量を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のスチール鋼。
- 最大で、1.35%のマンガン含有量を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のスチール鋼。
- 最大で、0.8%の炭素含有量を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のスチール鋼。
- 少なくとも330HV30の硬度、少なくとも1000MPaの引張強度および少なくとも600MPaの降伏強度を有する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のスチール鋼から作成されることを特徴とする、レール。
